Efficient Certificateless Authenticated Key Agreement for Blockchain-Enabled Internet of Medical Things

Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)plays an essential role in collecting and managing personal medical *** recent years,blockchain technology has put power in traditional IoMT systems for data sharing between different medical institutions and improved the utilization of medical ***,some problems in the information transfer process between wireless medical devices and mobile medical apps,such as information leakage and privacy *** paper first designs a cross-device key agreement model for blockchain-enabled *** model can establish a key agreement mechanism for secure medical data ***,a certificateless authenticated key agreement(KA)protocol has been proposed to strengthen the information transfer security in the cross-device key agreement *** proposed KA protocol only requires one exchange of messages between the two parties,which can improve the protocol execution ***,any unauthorized tampering of the transmitted signed message sent by the sender can be detected by the receiver,so this can guarantee the success of the establishment of a session key between the strange *** blockchain ledger can ensure that the medical data cannot be tampered with,and the certificateless mechanism can weaken the key escrow ***,the security proof and performance analysis are given,which show that the proposed model and KA protocol are more secure and efficient than other schemes in similar literature.

AIM： To determine the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori （H pylori） among dyspeptic patients and to assess the relationship between Hpylori infection, blood group, HIV infection and life style of the patients. METHODS： In a hospital-based cross-sectional study, patients attending Outpatient Department of University of Gondar Hospital were enrolled. Socio-demographic information was collected using questionnaires. Serum was analyzed for anti-H pylori IgG antibodies using a commercial kit. HIV serostatus was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Blood grouping was performed by slide agglutination tests. RESULTS： A total of 215 dyspeptic patients were included in the study. One hundred and sixteen patients （54%） were females and 99 （46%） were males. Anti-H pylori IgG antibodies were detected in sera of 184 （85.6%） patients. The prevalence was significantly higher in patients aged 50 years and above. Twenty point five percent of the patients were found to be seropositive for HIV. No significant association was found between sex, ABO blood groups, consumption of spicy diets, socioeconomic status and seropositivity for Hpylori. However,alcohol consumption was significantly associated with H pylori serology. CONCLUSION： The prevalence of H pylori infection is associated with a history of alcohol intake and older age. The effect of different diet, alcohol and socioeconomic status as risk factors for H pylori infection needs further study.

Nature of First-Order Transition in Planar Rotator Model with Modified Potential

We have carried out micro-canonical Monte Carlosimulations of a planar rotator model in 30 × 30 lattice using periodic boundary conditions. The energy distribution of the rotator in the lattice shows features that can be associated with spin wave and vortex excitations. The results supplement the first-order transition observed in canonicalMonte Carlosimulation, due to vortex nucleation. We also see features that can be associated with the in-homogeneity of vortex charge in the critical region.

Biochemically curative surgery for gastrinoma in multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 patients

AIM： To search for the optimal surgery for gastrinoma and duodenopancreatic neuroendocrine tumors in patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1. METHODS： Sixteen patients with genetically confirmed multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 （MEN 1） and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome （ZES） underwent resection of both gastrinomas and duodenopancreatic neuroendocrine tumors （NETs） between 1991 and 2009. For localization of gastrinoma, selective arterial secretagogue injection test （SASI test） with secretin or calcium solution was performed as well as somatostatin receptor scintigraphy （SRS） and other imaging methods such as computed tomography （CT） or magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. The modus of surgery for gastrinoma has been changed over time, searching for the optimal surgery： pancreaticoduodenectomy （PD） was first performed guided by localization with the SAST test, then local resection of duodenal gastrinomas with dissection of regional lymph nodes （LR）, and recently pancreas-preserving total duodenectomy （PPTD） has been performed for multiple duodenal gastrinomas. RESULTS： Among various types of preoperative localizing methods for gastrinoma, the SASI test was the most useful method. Imaging methods such as SRS or CT made it essentially impossible to differentiate functioning gastrinoma among various kinds of NETs. However, recent imaging methods including SRS or CT were useful for detecting both distant metastases and ectopic NETs; therefore they are indispensable for staging of NETs. Biochemical cure of gastrinoma was achieved in 14 of 16 patients （87.5%）; that is, 100% in 3 patients who underwent PD, 100% in 6 patients who underwent LR （although in 2 patients （33.3%） second LR was performed for recurrence of duodenal gastri- noma）, and 71.4% in 7 patients who underwent PPTD. Pancreatic NETs more than 1 cm in diameter were resected either by distal pancreatectomy or enucleations, and no hepatic metastases have developed postoperatively. Pathological study of the

Microcanonical Monte Carlo Simulation of 2D 4-State Potts Model

Monte Carlo simulation of two dimensional 4 state Potts model has been carried out in microcanonical ensemble. The simulations were done on a 30 × 30 system with periodic boundary conditions. The temperature dependence of energy and order parameter has been calculated. The transition in 4-state Potts model is concluded to be first-order in nature. The transition temperature and latent heat of the first-order transition have been found to be 0.92 and 0.18, respectively.

Effect of Silane Coupling Agent Concentration on Interfacial Properties of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Composites

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the concentration of silane coupling solution on the tensile strength of basalt fiber and the interfacial properties of basalt fiber reinforced polymer *** surface treatment of basalt fibers was carried out using an aqueous alcohol solution *** fibers were subjected to surface treatment with 3-Methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane at 0.5 wt.%,1 wt.%,2 wt.%,4 wt.%and 10 wt.%.The basalt monofilament tensile tests were carried out to investigate the variation in strength with the concentration of the silane coupling *** microdroplet test was performed to examine the effect of the concentration of the silane coupling agent on interfacial strength of basalt reinforced polymer *** film was formed on the surface of the basalt fiber treated silane coupling agent *** tensile strength of basalt fiber increased because the damaged fiber surface was repaired by the firm of silane coupling *** firm was effective in not only the surface protection of basalt fiber but also the improvement on the interfacial strength of fiber-matrix ***,the surface treatment using the high concentration silane coupling agent solution has an adverse effect on the mechanical properties of the composite materials,because of causing the degradation of the interfacial strength of the composite materials.

Alkyl chlorides are robust precursors to carbon radicals;however,their relative inertness has hampered their practical *** modern photochemical strategies have greatly enhanced the utility of alkyl chlorides as radical precursors,these methods often depend on strongly reducing conditions leading to unproductive side ***,we report a catalytic radical generation from 1°,2°,and 3°unactivated alkyl chlorides with zirconocene and photoredox catalysis,which enables both hydrogenation and borylation on a range of structurally complex *** mild zirconocene-catalyzed protocol shows that zirconium can render the C−Cl bond cleavage more exergonic and can lower the activation energy of the transition state,amplifying the ability of metallocenes toward halogen atom transfer.

Number and distribution of eosinophils and lymphocytes in the Japanese pediatric gastrointestinal tract:in search of a definition for"abnormally increased eosinophils"
