为了促进在中国开展有关成人依恋的研究,对目前国外该领域中广泛采用的“标准”成人依恋量表———“亲密关系经历量表(ECR)”———进行了中文版修订。371名中国大学生接受了测试,并用自尊量表,他人观量表等作为检验效度的依据。其中59人在四周后进行了重测。对其中的231名正处于恋爱中的被试的结果进行了统计分析,包括采用项目反应理论进行项目分析、信效度检验。结果表明,该量表的中文版具有较好的信度(内部一致性、和重测信度)以及效度(构想效度和效标效度)。

目的:检验自我概念的两个结构特征(分化度与整合度)与心理适应性之间的关系。方法:以275名大学生为被试,使用问卷测量其自我概念分化度(SCD),自我概念整合度(SCO),个人能动性水平(LPA)以及主观幸福感(SWB)。结果:LPA通过SCO调节SCD与SWB之间的关系。即LPA正相关于SCO(r=0.33,P<0.01),SCO和SCD对于SWB的交互作用显著(F(1,92)=8.78,P<0.01)。低SCO人群中,SCD越高SWB越低(F(1,92)=3.99,P<0.05);相反,高SCO人群中,SCD越高SWB越高(F(1,92)=4.80,P<0.05)。结论:自我概念的分化度与整合度共同决定了个体的心理适应性。

目的:检验自我决定理论(SDT)基本心理需要满足量表中文版在我国大学生群体中的信效度。方法:以291名大学生为被试,进行问卷调查。施测问卷包括SDT基本心理需要满足量表中文版、生活满意度量表、正性负性情绪量表。结果:所有9个项目均通过项目分析标准。探索性因素分析获得三因素结构,累计解释64.73%的总方差。验证性因素分析表明其与SDT假设的三因素模型拟合良好(χ^2=40.36,df=24,χ^2/df=1.68,RMSEA=0.07,GFI=0.94,CFI=0.97,NFI=0.94,IFI=0.97)。3个分量表均与生活满意度、积极情感、情感平衡、主观幸福感呈显著正相关,与消极情感呈显著负相关。3个分量表的Cronbachα系数分别为0.82(自主权)、0.86(胜任感)、0.80(关系性)。结论:SDT基本心理需要满足量表中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量中国大学生心理需要满足的工具。

A heavy ion beam probe （HIBP） using a 3-MV tandem accelerator has been installed on large helical device （LHD）. Electrostatic potential in core plasma can be measured under the toroidal magnetic field strength of up to 3 T. By using the HIBP, the transition of potential profiles from electron-root to ion^root is observed in core plasmas during ramp-up of the electron density. Potential fluctuations are also measured electron cyclotron current drive （ECCD）. Two kind of characteristic fluctuations are observed. One is a reversed-shear-induced Alfv^n eigenmode （RSAE）, whose frequency varies during the evolution of the rotational transform profile, and the other is with a constant geodeisc acoustic mode （GAM） frequency.

Paradoxical reduction of cerebral blood flow （CBF） after administration of the vasodilator acetazolamide is the most severe stage of cerebrovascular reactivity failure and is often associated with an increased oxygen extraction fraction （OEF）. In this study, we aimed to reveal the mechanism underlying this phenomenon by focusing on the ratio of CBF to cerebral blood volume （CBV） as a marker of regional cerebral perfusion pressure （CPP）. In 37 patients with unilateral internal carotid or middle cerebral arterial （MCA） steno-occlusive disease and 8 normal controls, the baseline CBF （CBFb）, CBV, OEF, cerebral oxygen metabolic rate （CMRO2）, and CBF after acetazolamide loading in the anterior and posterior MCA territories were measured by （15）~O positron emission tomography. Paradoxical CBF reduction was found in 28 of 74 regions （18 of 37 patients） in the ipsilateral hemisphere. High CBFb （〉47.6 mL/100 mL/min, n = 7） was associated with normal CBFb/CBV, increased CBV, decreased OEF, and normal CMRO2. Low CBFb （〈31.8 mL/100 mL/min, n = 9） was associated with decreased CBFb/CBV, increased CBV, increased OEF, and decreased CMRO2. These findings demonstrated that paradoxical CBF reduction is not always associated with reduction of CPP, but partly includes high- CBFb regions with normal CPP, which has not been described in previous studies.

Proteomic Analysis of Celecoxib on Chondrocytes from Patients with Osteoarthritis

Objective: To study a comprehensive proteomic analysis of celecoxib in oseteoarthritis (OA) chondrocytes. Methods: OA chondrocytes were stimulated with celecoxib, IL-1β and IL-1β together with celecoxib. Proteins were extracted from the cells and subjected to 2-dimensional differential image gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE). Proteins of interest were identified by mass spectrometry. Results: Eighty-six protein spots showed significantly different intensities with each reagent or reagent combination. AAA+ protein, HSP47/Serpin, cAMP-dependent protein kinase type II-beta regulatory subunit, alpha-actin-4 and tubulin decreased with the addition of celecoxib, while apolipoprotein A-V, glutamate carboxipeptide 2, mitochondrial stress-70 protein, sorting nexin-9 and GRP78 increased with the addition of celecoxib. GRP78 is a stress protein and may be chondroprotective. Celecoxib modulated IL-1β stimulated chondrocytes, and CD200R and moesin were identified as such resulting proteins. Conclusion: Protein profiles of OA chondrocytes changed after administration of celecoxib. Further investigation is needed to elucidate the function of each protein in OA chondrocytes.

AIM： To investigate the correlation between systemic hemodynamics and splanchnic circulation in recipients with cirrhosis undergoing living-donor liver transplantation （LDLT）, and to clarify how systemic hemodynamics impact on local graft circulation after LDLT.METHODS： Systemic hemodynamics, indocyanine green （ICG） elimination rate （K,cG） and splanchnic circulation were simultaneously and non-invasively investigated by pulse dye densitometry （PDD） and ultrasound. Accurate estimators of optimal systemic hyperdynamics after LDLT [i.e., balance of cardiac output （CO） to blood volume （BV） and mean transit time （MTT）, defined as the time required for half the administered ICG to pass through an attached PDD sensor in the first circulation] were also measured. Thirty recipients with cirrhosis were divided into two groups based on clinical outcomes corresponding to postoperative graft function.RESULTS： Cirrhotic systemic hyperdynamics characterized by high CO, expanded BV and low total peripheral resistance （TPR） were observed before LDLT. TPR reflecting cirrhotic vascular alterations was slowly restored after LDLT in both groups. Although no significant temporal differences in TPR were detected between the two groups, CO/BV and M＇IT differed significantly. Recipients with good outcomes showed persistent cirrhotic systemic hyperdynamics after LDLT, whereas recipients with poor outcomes presented with unstable cirrhotic systemic hyperdynamics and severely decreased KICG. Systemic hyperdynamic disorders after LDLT impacted on portal venous flow but not hepatic arterial flow.CONCLUSION： We conclude that subtle systemic hyperdynamics disorders impact on splanchnic circulation, and that an imbalance between CO and BV decreases portal venous flow, which results in critical outcomes.
