The spread of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has already taken on pandemic extents,influencing even more than 200 nations in a couple of ***,regulation measures in China have decreased new cases by over 98%,this decrease is not the situation everywhere,and most of the countries still have been affected by *** objective of this research work is to make a comparative analysis of the top 5 most populated countries namely United States,India,China,Pakistan and Indonesia,from 1st January 2020 to 31st July *** research work also targets to predict an increase in the number of deaths and total infected cases in these five *** our research,the performance of the proposed framework is determined by using three Machine Learning(ML)regression algorithms namely Linear Regression(LR),Support Vector Regression(SVR),andRandom Forest(RF)*** proposed model is also validated upon the infected and death cases of further *** performance of these three algorithms is compared using the RootMean Square Error(RMSE)*** Forest algorithm shows best performance as compared to other proposed algorithms,with the lowest RMSE value in the prediction of total infected and total deaths cases for all the top five most populated countries.

Mineral nutrients are fundamentally metals and other inorganic compounds. The life cycle of these mineral nutrients begins in soil, their primary source. Soil provides minerals to plants and through the plants the minerals go to animals and humans; animal products are also the source of mineral nutrients for humans. Plant foods contain almost all of the mineral nutrients established as essential for human nutrition. They provide much of our skeletal structure, e.g., bones and teeth. They are critical to countless body processes by serving as essential co-factors for a number of enzymes. Humans can not utilize most foods without critical minerals and enzymes responsible for digestion and absorption. Though mineral nutrients are essential nutrients, the body requires them in small, precise amounts. We require them in the form found in crops and they can be classified into three different categories： major, secondary, and micro or trace minerals. This classification is based upon their requirement rather than on their relative importance. Major minerals such as potassium （K） and phosphorus （P） are required in amounts of up to 10 g d-1. The daily requirement of secondary and micro minerals ranges from 400 to 1 500 mg d-1 and 45 ~tg d-1 to 11 mg d-1, respectively. To protect humans from mineral nutrient deficiencies, the key is to consume a variety of foods in modest quantities, such as different whole grains, low fat dairy, and different meats, vegetables and fruits. For insurance purposes, a supplement containing various mineral nutrients can be taken daily.

Gamma-ray bursts(GRBs) are divided into two classes according to their *** investigate if the softness of bursts plays a role in the conventional classification of the *** employ the BATSE(Burst and Transient Source Experiment) catalog and analyze the duration distributions of different groups of GRBs associated with distinct *** analysis reveals that the conventional classification of GRBs with the duration of bursts is influenced by the softness of the *** exists a bimodality in the duration distribution of GRBs for each group of bursts and the time position of the dip in the bimodality histogram shifts with the softness *** findings suggest that the conventional classification scheme should be modified by separating the two well-known populations in different softness groups,which would be more reasonable than doing so with a single *** to the relation between the dip position and the softness parameter,we get an empirical function that can roughly set apart the short-hard and long-soft bursts:SP =(0.100 ± 0.028) T-(0.85 0.18) 90,± where SP is the softness parameter adopted in this paper.

Tumor angiogenesis is the proliferation of a network of blood vessels that penetrates into cancerous growths, supplying nutrients and oxygen and removing waste products. The process of angiogenesis plays an important role in many physiological and pathological conditions. Solid tumors depend on angiogenesis for growth and metastasis in a hostile environment. In the prevascular phase, the tumor is rarely larger than 2 to 3 mm3 and may contain a million or more cells. Up to this size, tumor cells can obtain the necessary oxygen and nutrient supplies required for growth and survival by simple passive diffusion. The properties of tumors to release and induce several angiogenic and antiangiogenic factors which play crucial roles in regulating endothelial cell (EC) proliferation, migration, apoptosis or survival, cell-cell and cell-matrix adhesion through different intracellular signaling are thought to be the essential mechanisms during tumor-induced angiogenesis. Tumor angiogenesis actually starts with tumor cells releasing molecules that send signals to surrounding normal host tissue. This signaling activates certain genes in the host tissue that, in turn, make proteins to encourage growth of new blood vessels. In this review, we focus the mechanisms of tumor-induced angiogenesis, with an emphasis on the regulatory role of several angiogenic and anti-angiogenic agents during the angiogenic process in tumors. Advances in understanding the mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis have led to the development of several most effective antiangiogenic and anti-metastatic therapeutic agents and also have provided several techniques for the regulation of cancer's angiogenic switch. The suggestion is made that standard cytotoxic chemotherapy and angiogenesis inhibitors used in combination may produce complementary therapeutic benefits in the treatment of cancer.

Secure transmission of images over a communication channel, with limited data transfer capacity, possesses compression and encryption schemes. A deep learning based hybrid image compression-encryption scheme is proposed by combining stacked auto-encoder with the logistic map. The proposed structure of stacked autoencoder has seven multiple layers, and back propagation algorithm is intended to extend vector portrayal of information into lower vector space. The randomly generated key is used to set initial conditions and control parameters of logistic map. Subsequently, compressed image is encrypted by substituting and scrambling of pixel sequences using key stream sequences generated from logistic *** proposed algorithms are experimentally tested over five standard grayscale images. Compression and encryption efficiency of proposed algorithms are evaluated and analyzed based on peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR), mean square error(MSE), structural similarity index metrics(SSIM) and statistical,differential, entropy analysis respectively. Simulation results show that proposed algorithms provide high quality reconstructed images with excellent levels of security during transmission..

Maximization of Acoustic Levitating Force for a Single-Axis Acoustic Levitation System Using the Finite Element Method

We investigate single-axis acoustic levitation using standing waves to levitate particles freely in a medium bounded by a driver and a reflector. The acoustic pressure at the pressure antinode of the standing wave counteracts the downward gravitational force of the levitating object. The optimal relationship between the air gap and the driving frequency leads to resonance and hence maximization of the levitating force. Slight deviation from the exact resonance condition causes a reduction in acoustic pressure at the pressure antinodes. This results in a significant reduction of the levitating force. The driving frequency is kept constant while the air gap is varied for different conditions. The optimal air gap for maximizing the levitation force is studied for first three resonance modes. Furthermore, a levitating particle is introduced between the driver and the reflector. The dependence of the resonance condition on the size of the levitating particle as well as the position of the particle between the driver and the reflector has also been studied. As the size of the levitating particle increases, the resonance condition also gets modified. Finite element results show a good agreement with the validated results available in the literature. Furthermore, the finite element approach is also used to study the variation of acoustic pressure at the pressure antinode with respect to the size of the reflector. The optimum diameter of the reflector is calculated for maximizing the levitating force for three resonance modes.

The Subarnarekha River in east India experiences frequent high magnitude flooding in monsoon *** this study,we present an in-depth analysis of flood hydrology and GIS-based flood susceptibility mapping of the entire *** 40 years of annual peak discharge data,historical cross-sections of different gauging sites,and 12 flood conditioning factors were *** flood susceptibility mapping followed an expert knowledge-based multi-parametric analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and optimized AHP-VIP *** hydrology data indicated more than 5 times higher discharge contrasted with the mean streamflow of the peak monsoon month in all hydro-monitoring stations that correspond to possible overbank flooding in the shallow semi-alluvial reaches of the Subarnarekha *** ratio revealed continuous changes on the channel cross-sections at decadal scale in all gauging *** flood susceptibility map through optimized AHP-VIP method showed a great amount of areas(38%)have a high probability of flooding and demands earnest attention of administrative *** AHP-VIP based flood susceptibility map was theoritically validated through AUC approach and it showed fairly high accuracy(AUC=0.93).Our study offers an exceptionally cost and time effective solution to the flooding issues in the Subarnarekha basin.

Periodontitis is an inflammatory disease of the periodontium. Any imbalance between the matrix metalloproteinases （MMPs） secreted by neutrophils and tissue inhibitors initiates the destruction of collagen in gum tissue, leading to chronic periodontitis. This study aimed to correlate salivary levels of MMP-8 and periodontal parameters of chronic periodontitis to establish MMP-8 as a noninvasive marker for the early diagnosis of chronic periodontitis. The study involved 40 subjects visiting the periodontic OPD of Dr. Ziauddin Ahmad Dental College and Hospital, located in Aligarh, U.P., India, from 2011 to 2012. The subjects were divided into two groups： group I consisted of 20 periodontally healthy subjects （controls） while group II consisted of 20 patients with chronic periodontitis. Chronic periodontitis was assessed on the basis of several periodontal parameters, including pocket probing depth （PPD）, clinical attachment level （CAL）, gingival index （GI）, and plaque index （PI）. Around 3 ml of unstimulated and whole expectorated saliva was collected for MMP-8 estimation by ELISA using Quantikine human total MMP-8 immunoassay kits. Data were analyzed using STATISTICA （Windows version 6） software. Salivary MMP-8 levels of groups I and II were 190.91 ± 143.89 ng/ml and 348.26± 202.1 ng/ml, respectively. The MMP-8 levels and periodontal status （PPD, CAL, GI, and PI） of groups I and II showed positive and significant correlations （for PPD, r = 0.63, P 〈 0.001; for CAL, r = 0.54, P 〈 0.001; for GI, r = 0.49, P 〈 0.001; and for PI, r = 0.63, P 〈 0.001）. The results of this study demonstrate elevated concentrations of MMP-8 in individuals with chronic periodontitis.

Multiplicative calculus(MUC)measures the rate of change of function in terms of ratios,which makes the exponential functions significantly linear in the framework of ***,a generally non-linear optimization problem containing exponential functions becomes a linear problem in *** this as motivation,this paper lays mathematical foundation of well-known classical Gauss-Newton minimization(CGNM)algorithm in the framework of *** paper formulates the mathematical derivation of proposed method named as multiplicative Gauss-Newton minimization(MGNM)method along with its convergence *** proposed method is generalized for n number of variables,and all its theoretical concepts are authenticated by simulation *** case studies have been conducted incorporating multiplicatively-linear and non-linear exponential *** simulation results,it has been observed that proposed MGNM method converges for 12972 points,out of 19600 points considered while optimizing multiplicatively-linear exponential function,whereas CGNM and multiplicative Newton minimization methods converge for only 2111 and 9922 points,***,for a given set of initial value,the proposed MGNM converges only after 2 iterations as compared to 5 iterations taken by other methods.A similar pattern is observed for multiplicatively-non-linear exponential ***,it can be said that proposed method converges faster and for large range of initial values as compared to conventional methods.
