Automated object detection has received the most attention over the *** cases ranging from autonomous driving applications to military surveillance systems,require robust detection of objects in different illumination ***-of-the-art object detectors tend to fare well in object detection during daytime ***,their performance is severely hampered in night light conditions due to poor *** address this challenge,the manuscript proposes an improved YOLOv5-based object detection framework for effective detection in unevenly illuminated nighttime ***,the preprocessing strategies involve using the Zero-DCE++approach to enhance lowlight *** is followed by optimizing the existing YOLOv5 architecture by integrating the Convolutional Block Attention Module(CBAM)in the backbone network to boost model learning capability and Depthwise Convolutional module(DWConv)in the neck network for efficient compression of network *** Night Object Detection(NOD)and Exclusively Dark(ExDARK)dataset has been used for this *** proposed framework detects classes like humans,bicycles,and *** demonstrate that the proposed architecture achieved a higher Mean Average Precision(mAP)along with a reduction in model size and total parameters,*** proposed model is lighter by 11.24%in terms of model size and 12.38%in terms of parameters when compared to baseline YOLOv5.

In the present work, we examine the soliton excitations in the relativistic Toda lattice model using the rotational expansion method, where the coupling between the lattice sites is varied. For specific choices of the coupling strength we proceed to analyze the nonlinear wave excitations arising in the model which are found to be dark, singular and periodic solitary wave profiles. These solitary wave profiles are admitted to show possible modulation in its amplitude.

Hyperspectral(HS)image classiﬁcation is a hot research area due to challenging issues such as existence of high dimensionality,restricted training data,*** recognition of features from the HS images is important for effective classiﬁcation ***,the recent advancements of deep learning(DL)models make it possible in several application *** addition,the performance of the DL models is mainly based on the hyperparameter setting which can be resolved by the design of *** this view,this article develops an automated red deer algorithm with deep learning enabled hyperspec-tral image(HSI)classiﬁcation(RDADL-HIC)*** proposed RDADL-HIC technique aims to effectively determine the HSI *** addition,the RDADL-HIC technique comprises a NASNetLarge model with Adagrad ***,RDA with gated recurrent unit(GRU)approach is used for the identiﬁcation and classiﬁcation of *** design of Adagrad optimizer with RDA helps to optimally tune the hyperparameters of the NASNetLarge and GRU models *** experimental results stated the supremacy of the RDADL-HIC model and the results are inspected interms of different *** comparison study of the RDADL-HIC model demonstrated the enhanced per-formance over its recent state of art approaches.

Micro RNAs potential utility in colon cancer: Early detection, prognosis, and chemosensitivity

Over the past decade, research has shown that aberrant expression of micro RNA(mi RNA) is involved in colorectal cancer development and progression. Micro RNAs are small sequences of non-coding RNA that regulate expression of genes involved in important cellular functions, such as cell differentiation, multiplication, and apoptosis. A specific mi RNA may display the effects of a tumor suppressor or oncogene. Altered mi RNA expression is found in colorectal cancer(CRC) and patterns of mi RNA expression correlate with CRC detection and outcome. Studies also have examined the use of circulating serum mi RNA and fecal mi RNA expression as non-invasive markers for early detection. Here, we review recent evidence demonstrating the potential role of mi RNA in CRC and the implications of its use in the diagnosis, prognosis, and management of CRC.

Soil is the major source of infinite lives on Earth and the quality of soil plays significant role on Agriculture practices all ***,the evaluation of soil quality is very important for determining the amount of nutrients that the soil require for proper *** present decade,the application of deep learning models in many fields of research has created greater *** increasing soil data availability of soil data there is a greater demand for the remotely avail open source model,leads to the incorporation of deep learning method to predict the soil *** that concern,this paper proposes a novel model called Improved Soil Quality Prediction Model using Deep Learning(ISQP-DL).The work considers the chemical,physical and biological factors of soil in particular area to estimate the soil ***,pH rating of soil samples has been collected from the soil testing laboratory from which the acidic range has been categorized through soil test and the same data has been taken as input to the Deep Neural Network Regression(DNNR)***,soil nutrient data has been given as second input to the DNNR *** utilizing this data set,the DNNR method is used to evaluate the fertility rate by which the soil quality has been *** training and testing,the model uses Deep Neural Network Regression(DNNR),by utilizing the *** results show that the proposed model is effective for SQP(Soil Quality Prediction Model)with efficient good fitting and generality is enhanced with input features with higher rate of classification *** results show that the proposed model achieves 96.7%of accuracy rate compared with existing models.

Cysticercosis is a preventable and eradicable cause of blindness endemic in the Indian subcontinent, South- East Asia and other developing countries. Ocular and orbital cysticercosis has varied presentations depending upon the site of involvement, number of lesion and the host immune response. In this article we present a review of the various clinical manifestations, diagnosis and management protocol for orbital and ocular cysticercosis. Owing to its varied presentation, cysticercosis may pose a diagnostic challenge to the health professionals. Early diagnosis and management can prevent the vision loss and optimize visual outcomes.

Association of metabolic NCD risk factors with oral, breast and cervical precancers and cancers in India

Objective To find an association between metabolic non-communicable disease(NCD)risk factors(high blood pressure(BP),high random blood sugar(RBS)and overweight/obesity)and oral,breast,cervical cancers/precancerous or potentially malignant *** This is an observational study using convenience *** participants were screened through opportunistic or population-based *** The study was conducted at a health promotion clinic(HPC)located in Northern India under the Indian Council of Medical *** is a screening clinic where screening is done for hypertension(HT),diabetes mellitus(DM),obesity,and oral,breast and cervical *** study was conducted between December 2016 and January *** The number of participants screened was 8352(6712 women and 1640 men).All consenting men and women above 18 years were *** participants were screened for oral cancer,DM,HT and *** women were also screened for breast and cervical *** screening was done for non-pregnant women 21 years and above with history of sexual *** Oral potentially malignant disease(OPMD)was the most prevalent,followed by breast cancer,oral cancer,cervical cancer and cervical *** RBS had a strong association with oral cancer(OR=2.29,95%CI 1.09 to 4.82,p=0.03)and breast cancer(OR=1.95,95%CI 1.01 to 3.76,p=0.05).High BP had a strong association with breast cancer(OR=2.50,95%CI 1.43 to 4.35,p<0.0001).An inverse association was noted between oral cancer and overweight/obesity(OR=0.20,95%CI 0.08 to 0.48,p<0.0001).Current tobacco use was strongly associated with oral cancer(OR=6.51,95%CI 3.63 to 11.67,p<0.0001)and OPMD(OR=9.82,95%CI 8.13 to 11.86,p<0.0001).No association was elicited between the metabolic NCD risk factors and cervical cancer/*** The study reaffirms that NCD metabolic risk factors determine oral and breast *** NCD risk factors,current tobacco use was a strong determinant
