The stock market is full of events that affect the sensitivity reaction of investors at a large scale. Individual investor sentiment is just like his/her personal feeling depending upon their nature, risk appetite, and market scenario. This research study investigates the investors’ reaction in the stock market for the real estate segment during the massive market crisis in developing countries. Demonetisation of 2016 in India has been taken with the purpose of implementing a pilot study to analyse the overreaction and availability bias. The primary focus was on analysing how the investors react on the information of demonetisation and their pattern of investment in the stock market with a special emphasis on real estate sector where the effect of the event had dramatically changed the stock prices. Therefore, a pre- and post- analysis had been conducted to gauge the prices, sensitivity, and reaction of investors in the stock market. The reaction of the citizens after these events was found to be drastically affected. Five real estate companies had been focused upon in this study to examine the impact of investors’ overreaction owing to the demonetisation and their investment pattern for stocks during pre- and post- demonetisation period at that timeframe. The analysis was done on a shorter period of time so that the impact of overreaction and availability bias can be critically analysed. The paper thus exhibits how investor sentiments and reaction for stock preference had changed over time through statistical study.

Soil cadmium (Cd) causes toxicity and oxidative stress, alters biochemical processes and rootknot formation in rice. Irrigation of exogenous peroxidase (POX) together with its co-substrate H2O2(POXRice + H2O2), is likely to have protective effect upon the biochemical and nodular changes in ricegrown in Cd-rich soil. Exposure to Cd concentration of 1.00 mg/L increased oxidative stress, loss of cellviability, electrolyte leakage and root knot formation, whereas it significantly lowered the chlorophyll leveland rhizobium growth in rice. Irrigation of exogenous POXRice + H2O2 to Cd-stressed rice seedlingsreversed the Cd-induced alterations in rice to levels similar in control (non-stressed) seedlings. Resultsprovided strong evidence of exogenous POXRice + H2O2-mediated reversal and restoration of physiologicaland biochemical processes as well as increased resistance of rice seedlings to root knot *** with POXRice + H2O2 appeared to contribute towards bringing normoxic conditions in the otherwisehypoxic soil environment by enhancing the O2 in pot-experiments due to reduced Cd uptake, enhancedmineral homeostasis of essential elements viz. P, Fe, Mo, Mg and Mn for maintenance of root architecturedamaged by lipid peroxidation and reduction in oxidative stress by reducing Cd-induced reactive oxygenspecies generation. Therefore, the mitigation of Cd-toxicity in rice through this novel approach appeared tobe a promising mode to limit Cd-uptake, modulate protective and tolerance mechanisms for sustainablerice yield in Cd-contaminated rice-croplands and prevent nematode attack in rice, however, more detailedstudies are needed prior to large scale applications.

Automatic plant classification through plant leaf is a classical problem in Computer *** classification is challenging due to the introduction of new species with a similar pattern and *** efforts are made to automate plant classification using plant leaf,plant flower,bark,or *** much effort,it has been proven that leaf is the most reliable source for plant *** it is challenging to identify a plant with the help of leaf structure because plant leaf shows similarity in morphological variations,like sizes,textures,shapes,and ***,it is required to normalize all plant leaves into the same size to get better *** Neural Networks(CNN)provides a fair amount of accuracy when leaves are classified using this *** the performance can be improved by classifying using the traditional approach after applying *** this paper,two approaches,namely CNN+Support Vector Machine(SVM)and CNN+K-Nearest Neighbors(kNN)used on 3 datasets,namely LeafSnap dataset,Flavia Dataset,and MalayaKew *** datasets are augmented to take care all the *** assessments and correlations of the predetermined feature extractor models are ***+kNN managed to reach maximum accuracy of 99.5%,97.4%,and 80.04%,respectively,in the three datasets.

Plant Disease Diagnosis and Image Classification Using Deep Learning

Indian agriculture is striving to achieve sustainable intensification,the system aiming to increase agricultural yield per unit area without harming natural resources and the *** farming employs technology to improve *** and accurate analysis and diagnosis of plant disease is very helpful in reducing plant diseases and improving plant health and food crop *** disease experts are not available in remote areas thus there is a requirement of automatic low-cost,approachable and reliable solutions to identify the plant diseases without the laboratory inspection and expert’s *** learning-based computer vision techniques like Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and traditional machine learning-based image classification approaches are being applied to identify plant *** this paper,the CNN model is proposed for the classification of rice and potato plant leaf *** leaves are diagnosed with bacterial blight,blast,brown spot and tungro *** leaf images are classified into three classes:healthy leaves,early blight and late blight *** leaf dataset with 5932 images and 1500 potato leaf images are used in the *** proposed CNN model was able to learn hidden patterns from the raw images and classify rice images with 99.58%accuracy and potato leaves with 97.66%*** results demonstrate that the proposed CNN model performed better when compared with other machine learning image classifiers such as Support Vector Machine(SVM),K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),Decision Tree and Random Forest.

As technology shrinks in modern era the demand on high speed, low power consumption and small chip area in microprocessors is come into existence. In this paper we have presented a new class of domino circuit design for low power consumption, faster circuit speed and high performance. Due to wide fan-in domino logic, its logic gate suffer from noise sensitivity, if we improve sensitivity, sub-threshold and gate oxide leakage current dominate in evaluation network, which increases the power consumption and reduces the performance of the circuit. The proposed circuit improves the dynamic power consumption and reduces the delay which improves the speed of the circuit. Simulation is performed in BISM4 Cadence environment at 65 nm process technology, with supply voltage 1 V at 100 MHz frequency and bottleneck operating temperature of 27°C with CL = 1 fF. From the result average power improvement by proposed circuit 1 & 2 for 8 input OR gate is 10.1%, 15.28% SFLD, 48.56%, 51.49% CKD, 55.17%, 57.71% HSD and improvement of delay is 1.10%, 12.76% SFLD, 19.13%, 28.63% CKD, 4.32%, 15.59% HSD, 19.138%, 44.25% DFD respectively.

Since 1978, the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Ocular Tumor Program has been using particle therapy for treating ocular patients with malignant as well as benign eye disease. Helium ion beams were used initially and were produced by two synchrotron-based systems: first by the 184-inch synchro-cyclotron and later by the Bevalac, at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). Since 1994, protons, produced by a cyclotron-based system at the Crocker Nuclear Laboratory (CNL) Eye Treatment Facility (ETF), have been used for this purpose. The CNL cyclotron produces a 67.5 MeV beam, allowing for a uniquely homogeneous beam for eye treatment, without degradation of the beam or manipulation of the beam line. This paper describes, in detail, the control system for beam delivery, as implemented for measuring and delivering the radiation to ocular tumors at CNL. The control system allows for optimal delivery and rapid termination of the irradiation after the desired dose is achieved. In addition, several safeguard systems are discussed, as these are essential for such a system in the event of failure of software, electronics, or other hardware. The QA analysis shows that the total range of the proton beam is 30.7 ± 1.0 mm in water at iso-center. The beam distal penumbra (80% - 20%) is 1.1 mm for a range-modulated beam at a collimator to iso-center distance of 50 mm. Daily QA checks confirm that the range and modulation is within 0.1 mm. The beam flatness and symmetry in a 25 mm diameter beam are ±1% - 2%. Variation in the daily dosimetry system, as compared to standard dosimetry, is within ±3.5%, with a mean variation of 0.72(±1.9)% and 0.85(±2.3)% for segmented transmission ionization chambers IC1 (upstream) and IC2 (downstream), respectively. From May 1994 to the end of 2015, UCSF has treated 1838 proton ocular patients at the Davis ETF. During this period, no treatments were missed due to any cyclotron or control system failures.
