2016年日本债法改正中对于是否保留债务人承诺作为债权让与对抗要件进行了讨论。争议的焦点主要在于债务人承诺是对抗要件还是权利主张要件,删除承诺是否会造成实务上的不便,删除承诺的话,债务人能否在未收到通知的情况下,向债权受让人清偿等问题上。从审议的过程来看,是否保留承诺作为对抗要件,这一问题涉及将债务人作为信息中心是否会加重债务人的负担,将债务人作为信息中心是否可行,如果债务人积极参与债权让与,是否应当让其承担一定的风险等债权让与基本理论问题。由于存在较大的争议,最终形成的改正方案对债务人承诺制度没有进行太大改动。

Numerical simulation of single-bubble growth behavior during nucleate pool boiling was developed based on the volume of fluid method considering the thin liquid layer under the bubble(microlayer).However,the experimental values of apparent contact angle(the small region connecting the microlayer and bulk liquid)are crucial for the *** on experimental results limited the further application of such numerical *** this study,a new method calculating the force balance,used to determine the interface shape near the apparent contact angle,was proposed instead of using the experimental values of the apparent contact *** a result,the good agreement was shown between the simulation results obtained based on the new and previous numerical *** simulation results were also in consistent with the experimental *** can be concluded that the single-bubble behavior,including the heat transfer characteristics,during nucleate pool boiling can be simulated based on the proposed method.

We performed a literature mini-review of the clinical profile of patients with spondylarthritis who are also human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-*** seems to us that patients with HLA-B27 and HLA-B51 are more common in men,Asians and between the third and ninth decades of *** are more likely to develop peripheral joint conditions,with cutaneous manifestations(e.g.,oral ulcers)and ***,more robust epidemiological studies with more accurate methodology and multicenter locations are needed to better map the role of the interaction between HLA-B51 in patients with spondylarthritis.

Dislocation-mediated plasticity in inorganic semiconductors and oxides has attracted increasing research interest because of the promising mechanical and functional properties tuned by *** this study,we investigated the effects of light illumination on the dislocation-mediated plasticity in hexagonal wurtzite ZnO,a representative third-generation semiconductor material.A(0001)45o off sample was specially designed to preferentially activate the basal slip on(0001)*** types of nanoindentation tests were performed under four different light conditions(550 nm,334 nm,405 nm,and darkness),including low-load(60μN)pop-in tests,high-load(500μN)nanoindentation tests,and nanoindentation creep *** maximum shear stresses at pop-in were found to approximate the theoretical shear strength regardless of the light *** activation volume at pop-ins was calculated to be larger in light than in ***-sectional transmission electron microscope images taken from beneath the indentation imprints showed that all indentation-induced dislocations were located beneath the indentation imprint in a thin-plate shape along one basal slip *** indentation-induced dislocations could spread much deeper in darkness than in light,revealing the suppressive effect of light on dislocation *** analytical model was adopted to estimate the elastoplastic stress field beneath the *** was found that dislocation glide ceased at a higher stress level in light,indicating the increase in the Peierls barrier under light ***,nanoindentation creep tests showed the suppression of both indentation depth and creep rate by *** creep also yielded a larger activation volume in light than in darkness.

The recent success in the synthesis and total structure determination of atomically precise gold nanoparticles has provided exciting opportunities for fundamental studies as well as the development of new applications. These unique nanoparticles are of molecular purity and possess well defined formulas (i.e., specific numbers of metal atoms and ligands), resembling organic compounds. Crystallization of such molecularly pure nanoparticles into macroscopic single crystals allows for the determination of total structures of nanoparticles (i.e., the arrangement of metal core atoms and surface ligands) by X-ray crystallography. In this perspective article, we summarize recent efforts in doping and alloying gold nanoparticles with other metals, including Pd, Pt, Ag and Cu. With atomically precise gold nanoparticles, a specific number of foreign atoms (e.g., Pd, Pt) can be incorporated into the gold core, whereas a range of Ag and Cu substitutions is observed but, interestingly, the total number of metal atoms in the homogold nanoparticle is preserved. The heteroatom substitution of gold nanoparticles allows one to probe the optical, structural, and electronic properties truly at the single-atom level, and thus provides a wealth of information for understanding the intriguing properties of this new class of nanomaterials.

Effects of Vertical Angle of Conical Punch on Stretch Flangeability of High Strength Steel

To clarify the effects of the vertical angle of a conical punch on stretch flangeability, hole expansion forming tests were conducted. Test results showed that the hole expansion ratio becomes larger as the vertical angle *** also showed that the fracture strain at the fracture location on the hole edge was constant and independent of the vertical angle. This is because the hole expansion ratio was controlled not only by the fracture strain, which is independent of the vertical angle, but also by deformation uniformity along the hole edge. From the result of numerical analyses, it was determined that deformation uniformity depends on the gradient of circumferential stress along the radius direction. When the vertical angle is sharp, the circumferential stress showed a steep decline and the deformation localization was suppressed. Consequently, the hole edge deformed more uniformly and the hole expansion ratio became larger. It is concluded that in order to improve stretch flangeability of high strength steel, it is important to uniformly deform the hole edge by applying a conical punch with a sharp vertical angle.
