TGF-betas are pleiotropic growth factors with important roles in normal homeostasis and complex roles in tumorigenesis. In general TGF-betas function as tumor suppressors early in the tumorigenic process and as pro-metastatic factors later. metastasis-promoting activities include the enhancement of invasion and migration, the promotion of angiogenesis, and the suppression of immune surveillance. Overexpression of TGF-beta in many advanced human tumors correlates with metastasis and poor prognosis, and there is considerable interest in developing TGF-beta antagonists for cancer therapy. However, the complexity of TGF-beta action, involving the context-dependent interplay of many cellular targets, means that preclinical animal models are critical for evaluating such agents.

有人提出早产婴脑室内出血可通过腰穿减低颅内压并限制脑积水的进展。在两年中,我们对监护中心的婴儿进行了连续腰穿,试图治疗出血后脑积水,发现治疗后脑膜炎发生率高的惊人。为了判定引起脑膜炎的原因,我们对出血后脑积水采用腰穿治疗并发与未并发脑膜炎的婴儿进行了比较。方法通过neurosongrams检查,筛查出全部早产婴的脑室内出血。根据PapiLe等对脑室内出血的严重性进行分类。一旦证明有进行性脑积水,开始每天连续腰穿治疗,其目的是使脑室大小恢复正常或保持2周无变化。我们希望每天做腰穿,但如果脑室进行性增大或连续3天腰穿不成功,就停止腰穿。

Surgah Formation at male-kuh well section with 82 meters thickness has been studied at Pol-e-Dokhtar area. Surgah Formation at mentioned section was composed of limestone and shaly limestone. The lower and upper contacts of studied formation with Sarvak and Ilam formations are conformed. Based planktonic foraminifera study 37 species belonging to 10 genera in frame of two planktonic foraminiferal biozones were identified respectively as below: 1) Dicarinella concavata Interval Zone;2) Dicarinella asymetrica Total Range Zone. Finally, based on recent investigation have been detected middle Turonian-Late Santonian age for studied section. According to (Robaszynski and caron 1979), the first occurrence of Dicarinella primitiva has been shown base of the Coniacian stage. The first occurrence of Di. primitiva was placed under the Turonian-Coniacian boundary. Robaszynski and caron 1995 recorded the first occurrence of Dicarinella primitiva and Dicarinella concavata were simultaneous and assigned to late Turonian which correlated with ammonite’s species Subprionocyclus neptuni. In the correlation between ammonite and Dicarinella primitiva at Tethyan realm first occurrence of Di. primitiva was close to the middle-Late Turonian sub stage. The base of Coniacian stage was identified based on the FODs of Archaeoglobigerina cretacea and Dicarinella concavata from planktonic foraminifera with FOD of Cremnoceramus walterdorfensis walterdorfensis from inoceramid group, while the base of Santonian stage recorded using LOD of Dicarinella primitiva, Whiteinellids group with FODs of Dicarinella asymetrica and Inoceramus aff. vistulensis (inoceramid species).

BACKGROUND Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty(ESG) is an effective therapy for class Ⅰ-Ⅱ obesity, but there are knowledge gaps in the published literature about its implementation in patients with class Ⅲ obesity [body mass index(BmI) ≥ 40 kg/m2].AIm To evaluate the safety, clinical efficacy, and durability of ESG in adults with class Ⅲ *** This was a retrospective cohort study that used prospectively collected data on adults with BmI ≥ 40 kg/m2who underwent ESG and longitudinal lifestyle counseling at two centers with expertise in endobariatric therapies from may 2018-march 2022. The primary outcome was total body weight loss(TBWL) at 12 mo. Secondary outcomes included changes in TBWL, excess weight loss(EWL) and BmI at various time points up to 36 mo, clinical responder rates at 12 and 24 mo, and comorbidity improvement. Safety outcomes were reported through the study duration. One-way ANOVA test was performed with multiple Tukey pairwise comparisons for TBWL, EWL, and BmI over the study *** 404 consecutive patients(78.5% female, mean age 42.9 years, mean BmI 44.8 ± 4.7 kg/m2) were enrolled. ESGs were performed using an average of 7 sutures, over 42 ± 9 min, and with 100% technical success. TBWL was 20.9 ± 6.2% at 12 mo, 20.5 ± 6.9% at 24 mo, and 20.3 ± 9.5% at 36 mo. EWL was 49.6 ± 15.1% at 12 mo, 49.4 ± 16.7% at 24 mo, and 47.1 ± 23.5% at 36 mo. There was no difference in TBWL at 12, 15, 24, and 36 mo from ESG. TBWL exceeding 10%, 15%, and 20% was achieved by 96.7%, 87.4%, and 55.6% of the cohort at 12 mo, respectively. Of the cohort with the relevant comorbidity at time of ESG, 66.1% had improvement in hypertension, 61.7% had improvement in type Ⅱ diabetes, and 45.1% had improvement in hyperlipidemia over study duration. 概述了未来IC器件可采用的前道CmP设备及整合解决方法的巨大进展。为提高设备的可用性和生产线的运作效率,在一台设备上采用多用途的整合解决方法。而且,对这些方法与下一代无磨料网膜抛光设备的能力进行了比较。未来数代器件要求的CmP工艺技术包括先进的抛光头、先进的现场终点系统、多平台、多抛光头结构。与下一代消耗品(单独硬抛光垫、高平面性磨料、无磨料抛光等)结合,能使直接抛光浅沟槽隔离(STI)工艺方法满足0.18μm乃至更小特征尺寸的器件要求。采用新型多步工艺进行了多晶硅CmP。先进的多晶硅金属介质(PmD)抛光工艺展示了更长寿命的抛光垫和更高的金刚石盘片生产效率和更强的设备可用性。这些工艺技术已全部成功地使用在生产线,并正在生产中进行测试。

维生素A与免疫系统的反应能力有关,维生素A缺乏症是众所周知的,其是调节先天性和适应性免疫反应的中间物。维生素A合成和代谢的研究进展已经将抗原递呈细胞(APC)视为其新陈代谢的的中心免疫细胞。目前已知抗原递呈细胞可以表达视黄醛脱氢酶和分泌视黄酸。产生的视黄酸有自分泌和旁分泌作用。自分泌作用包括非经典的CD1d分子主要组织相容性Ⅰ类样分子和基质金属蛋白-9。旁分泌作用影响多淋巴细胞普西细胞群。具体来说,维甲酸类增加了IgA的同型转换的B淋巴细胞,增强了调节性T细胞分化,并指导淋巴细胞归附到黏膜。CD1d分子脂质抗原递呈扩展了自然杀伤T细胞群体。在此之前,维生素主要是对适应性免疫淋巴细胞起作用,但最近研究表明,抗原递呈细胞可能是维生素A免疫系统功能的中枢驱动器。

Excessive fluid administration after cardiothoracic surgery has been proposed as a cause of postoperative atrial fibrillation. In this study, we observed that fluid balance and volume administered on postoperative day 2 was greater in pat ients who developed postoperative AF than in those who did not. We also found th at net fluid balance on postoperative day 2 was an independent predictor of post operative AF among patients not receiving prophylactic therapy.
