Tin(Sn)-based perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have received increasing attention in the domain of photovoltaics due to their environmentally friendly *** this paper,numerical modeling and simulation of hole transport material(HTM)-free PSC based on methyl ammonium tin triiodide(CH_(3) NH_(3) SnI_(3))was performed using a one-dimensional solar cell capacitance simulator(SCAPS-1D)*** eff ect of perovskite thickness,interface defect density,temperature,and electron transport material(ETM)on the photovoltaic performance of the device was *** to optimization,the device demonstrated a power conversion effi ciency(PCE)of 8.35%,fi ll factor(FF)of 51.93%,short-circuit current density(J_(sc))of 26.36 mA/cm 2,and open circuit voltage(V_(oc))of 0.610 *** the above parameters individually while keeping others constant,the obtained optimal absorber thickness was 1.0μm,the interface defect density was 1010 cm-2,the temperature was 290 K,and the TiO 2 thickness was 0.01μ*** simulating with the optimized data,the fi nal device gave a PCE of 11.03%,FF of 50.78%,J_(sc) of 29.93 mA/cm 2,and V_(oc) of 0.726 *** the optimized and unoptimized metric parameters,an improvement of~32.10%in PCE,~13.41%in J_(sc),and~19.02%in V_(oc) were ***,the results of this study are encouraging and can pave the path for developing highly effi cient PSCs that are cost-eff ective,eco-friendly,and comparable to state-of-the-art.

Deep convolutional neural networks(DCNNs)have shown outstanding performance in the fields of computer vision,natural language processing,and complex system *** the improvement of performance with deeper layers,DCNNs incur higher computational complexity and larger storage requirement,making it extremely difficult to deploy DCNNs on resource-limited embedded systems(such as mobile devices or Internet of Things devices).Network quantization efficiently reduces storage space required by ***,the performance of DCNNs often drops rapidly as the quantization bit *** this article,we propose a space efficient quantization scheme which uses eight or less bits to represent the original 32-bit *** adopt singular value decomposition(SVD)method to decrease the parameter size of fully-connected layers for further ***,we propose a weight clipping method based on dynamic boundary to improve the performance when using lower *** results demonstrate that our approach can achieve up to approximately 14x compression while preserving almost the same accuracy compared with the full-precision *** proposed weight clipping method can also significantly improve the performance of DCNNs when lower precision is required.

当下是一个继往开来的时代，由于海洋资源的具有重要的经济和战略意义，世界各国都在积极寻找探索开发海洋的有效途径。而海洋设备的开发耗资大并且极具挑战，需要耗费大量的财力和物力。一旦最终产品未能满足相应的性能指标，将造成时间和财力的巨大浪费。因此，本文重点讨论了声纳的性能预测，从而为设备的设计和开发提供参考。尽管在海洋参数上采取了基本的近似，该预报方法可为更复杂精密的预报软件提供有效的指导。软件设计包括声纳系统各项参数的实时输入和显示声纳工作状态的图形的实时输出。最后，将软件输出的结果与Karachi浅海模型和Ormara深海模型进行了比较，同时针对冬季和夏季的不同条件也进行了对比分析。文章开始简单的讨论了主动声纳和其发展历史。随后详细讨论了本文中使用的声纳系统和主动声纳方程。然后详细推导了主动声纳方程涉及的主要公式。设计开发了基于不同参数的界面（GUI）。最后，给出了基于2009世界海洋地图集和Argo（海洋）的海洋数据的计算结果。本项目的顺利完成，离不开我中国和巴基斯坦的同事们，尤其是我的导师朴胜春和我的同事Asim Ismail先生的大力支持。有了他们的谆谆教导和源源不断的支持，我的论文才日益丰满。同时要感谢M. PPLS: a privacy-preserving location-sharing scheme in mobile online social networks

The recent proliferation of mobile devices has given rise to mobile online social networks(m OSNs), an emerging network paradigm that uses social networks as its main design element. As one of the most critical components in m OSNs, location sharing plays an important role in helping users share information and strengthen their social bonds, which however may compromise users’ privacy, including location information and social relationship details. To address these challenges, some solutions have been proposed. However, none of them considers the privacy of inter-user threshold distance, which effectively can be used to identify users, their friends, and location information, by malicious or undesired elements of the system. To overcome this limitation, we propose a secure distance comparison protocol. Furthermore,we present a privacy-preserving location-sharing scheme(PPLS), which allows users to build more complex access control policies. The safety of our scheme is validated by the security analysis and the experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of PPLS scheme.

Tumor cells induce an immunosuppressive microen-vironment which leads towards tumor immune escape. Understanding the intricacy of immunomodulation by tumor cells is essential for immunotherapy. Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO) is an immunosuppressive enzyme which mediates tumor immune escape in various cancers including hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). IDO up-regulation in HCC may lead to recruitment of regulatory T-cells into tumor microenvironment and therefore inhibit local immune responses and promote metastasis. HCC associated fibroblasts stimulate natural killer cells dysfunction through prostaglandin E2 and subsequently IDO promotes favorable condition for tumor metastasis. IDO up-regulation induces immuno-suppression and may enhance the risk of hepatitis C virus and hepatitis B virus induced HCC. Therefore, IDO inhibitors as adjuvant therapeutic agents may have clinical implications in HCC. This review proposes future prospects of IDO not only as a therapeutic target but also as a prognostic marker for HCC.

BACKGROUND： Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide. The application of biophotonics for diagnosing precancerous lesions is a major breakthrough in oncology and is associated with the expression of clastogenic bio-markers, such as reactive oxygen species （ROS）, namely, superoxide anion radicals, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, and lipid peroxidation products. These ROS are the major sources of ultra-weak biophotons emission; in addition, biophotons are emitted from other biomolecules, which are not associated with ROS. The precancerous phase is diagnosed on the basis ofbiophoton emission from biomarkers. The type of biophotons emitted depends on the structure of the clastogenic ROS. METHODS： ROS-based emission of ultra-weak photons can be detected using charge coupled device （CCD） cameras and photomultiplier tubes. Furthermore, spectroscopic and microscopic analysis can yield more advanced and definite results. RESULTS： The frequency and intensity of biophoton emission associated with each ROS provides information regarding the precancerous phase. Previous have attempted to show an association between precancerous growth and biophoton emission; however, their results were not conclusive. In this review, we have addressed multiple aspects of the molecular environment, especially light- matter interactions, to derive a successful theoretical relationship which may have the ability to diaganose the tumor at precancerous stage and to give the solutions of previous failures. This can be a major quantum leap toward precancerous diagnosis therapy. CONCLUSION： Biophotonics provides an advanced framework, for easily diagnosing cancer at its preliminary stage. The relationship between biophotons, clastogenic factors, and biochemical reactions in the cellular microenvironment can be understood successfully. When considering the mechanism of the batteries,the capacity reduction at storage(when not in use)and cycling(during use)and increase of internal resistance is because of degradation in the chemical composition inside the *** optimize battery usage,a battery management system(BMS)is used to estimate possible aging effects while different load profiles are requested from the *** is specifically seen in a case when the vehicle is connected to the net(online through BMS).During this process,the BMS chooses the optimized load profiles based on the least aging effects on the battery *** major focus of this paper is to design an algorithm/model for lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)*** model of the batteries is based on the accelerated aging test data(data from the beginning of life till the end of life).The objective is to develop an algorithm based on the actual battery trend during the whole life of the *** the analysis of the test data,the complete trend of the battery aging and the factors on which the aging is depending on is identified,the aging model can then be recalibrated to avoid any differences in the production process during cell *** validation of the model was carried out at the end by utilizing different driving profiles at different C-rates and different ambient temperatures.A Linear and non-linear model-based approach is used based on statistical *** parameterization was carried out by dividing the data into small chunks and estimating the parameters for the individual ***-adaptive characteristic map using a lookup table was also *** nonlinear model was chosen as the best candidate among all other approaches for longer validation of 8-month data with real driving data set.
