Agriculture plays a vital role in the Indian *** recommen-dation for a speciﬁc region is a tedious process as it can be affected by various variables such as soil type and climatic *** the same time,crop yield prediction was based on several features like area,irrigation type,temperature,*** recent advancements of artiﬁcial intelligence(AI)and machine learning(ML)models pave the way to design effective crop recommendation and crop pre-diction *** this view,this paper presents a novel Multimodal Machine Learning Based Crop Recommendation and Yield Prediction(MMML-CRYP)*** proposed MMML-CRYP model mainly focuses on two processes namely crop recommendation and crop *** the initial stage,equilibrium optimizer(EO)with kernel extreme learning machine(KELM)technique is employed for effectual recommendation of ***,random forest(RF)tech-nique was executed for predicting the crop yield *** reporting the improved performance of the MMML-CRYP system,a wide range of simulations were carried out and the results are investigated using benchmark ***-mentation outcomes highlighted the signiﬁcant performance of the MMML-CRYP approach on the compared approaches with maximum accuracy of 97.91%.

In the recent era,the signiﬁcance of Renewable Energy(RE)sources in the process of power generation has attained considerable attention as it provides multiple beneﬁcial impacts without harming the *** Photovoltaic(PV)and Doubly-Fed Induction Generator(DFIG)fed wind turbine are employed as hybrid power sources in this *** output voltages of these sources are independently controlled by separate controllers in an optimal manner for effec-tively maximizing the overall performance of the *** Reboost Luo con-verter is introduced in this work to maximize the output voltage of PV in an efﬁcient manner whereas the Grey Wolf Optimization(GWO)tuned Proportional Integral(PI)is used to optimize the converter *** wind turbine output is fed to rectiﬁer that is controlled by a PI ***,a battery setup is utilized with bidirectional converter as a secondary power source to ensure con-tinuous power supply to the *** intelligent Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference system(ANFIs)is implemented to regulate the powerﬂow in two directions between the battery and Point of Common Coupling(PCC).The output of PV,Wind and Battery are combined at a single point and fed to the grid through a three phase *** overall setup is validated through MATLAB simulink and the performances are veriﬁed with the developed experimental prototype.

Classification Model for IDs Using Auto Cryptographic Denoising Technique

Intrusion detection systems(IDs)are one of the most promising ways for securing data and networks;In recent decades,IDs has used a variety of categorization *** classifiers,on the other hand,do not work effectively unless they are combined with additional algorithms that can alter the classifier’s parameters or select the optimal sub-set of features for the *** are used in tandem with classifiers to increase the stability and with efficiency of the classifiers in detecting *** algorithms,on the other hand,have a number of limitations,particularly when used to detect new types of *** this paper,the NsL KDD dataset and KDD Cup 99 is used to find the performance of the proposed classifier model and compared;These two IDs dataset is preprocessed,then Auto Cryptographic Denoising(ACD)adopted to remove noise in the feature of the IDs dataset;the classifier algorithms,K-Means and Neural network classifies the dataset with adam *** classifier is evaluated by measuring performance measures like f-measure,recall,precision,detection rate and *** neural network obtained the highest classifying accuracy as 91.12%with drop-out function that shows the efficiency of the classifier model with drop-out function for KDD Cup99 *** their power and limitations in the proposed methodology that could be used in future works in the IDs area.

An Optimized Novel Trust-Based security Mechanism Using Elephant Herd Optimization

Routing strategies and security issues are the greatest challenges in Wireless sensor Network(WsN).Cluster-based routing Low Energy adaptive Clustering Hierarchy(LEACH)decreases power consumption and increases net-work lifetime *** WsN is a challenging issue faced by *** systems are very helpful in detecting interfering nodes in *** have successfully applied Nature-inspired Metaheuristics Optimization Algorithms as a decision-making factor to derive an improved and effective solution for a real-time optimization *** metaheuristic Elephant Herding Optimizations(EHO)algorithm is formulated based on ele-phant herding in their *** considers two herding behaviors to solve and enhance optimization *** on Elephant Herd Optimization,a trust-based security method is built in this *** proposed routing selects routes to destination based on the trust values,thus,finding optimal secure routes for transmitting *** results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed EHO based *** Average Packet Loss Rate of the proposed Trust Elephant Herd Optimization performs better by 35.42%,by 1.45%,and by 31.94%than LEACH,Elephant Herd Optimization,and Trust LEACH,respec-tively at Number of Nodes *** the proposed routing is efficient in selecting secure routes,the average packet loss rate is significantly reduced,improving the network’s *** is also observed that the lifetime of the network is enhanced with the proposed Trust Elephant Herd Optimization.

In recent years,cervical cancer is one of the most common diseases which occur in any woman regardless of any *** is the deadliest disease since there were no symptoms shown till it is diagnosed to be the last *** women at a certain age,it is better to have a proper screening for cervical *** most underdeveloped nations,it is very difﬁcult to have frequent scanning for cervical *** Mining and machine learning methodologies help widely inﬁnding the important causes for cervical *** proposed work describes a multi-class classiﬁcation approach is implemented for the dataset using support Vector Machine(sVM)and the perception learning *** is known that most classiﬁcation algorithms are designed for solving binary classiﬁcation *** a heuristic approach,the problem is addressed as a multiclass classiﬁcation problem.A Gradient Boosting Machine(GBM)is also used in implementation in order to increase the classiﬁer *** proposed model is evaluated in terms of accuracy,sensitivity and found that this model works well in identifying the risk factors of cervical cancer.

GTCs-Vagus Nerve stimulator Automation Using Private IoT-Blockchain smartcontract

Generalized Tonic Clonic seizure(GTCs)is a form of epileptic seizure in which a patient loses control over their entire body,ultimately leading to loss of *** Vagus Nerve stimulator(VNs)is a tool/method for treating epileptic episodes that sends counter-electrical stimulations to the Vagus Nerve in order to mitigate epileptic signals from the *** machine is a stand-alone device that depends on human *** proposed framework uses an IoT and Blockchain oversight mechanism to augment the device's *** system counteracts against false-activation by monitoring the patient's vitals through a smart watch and allows only legitimate *** nominal operating threshold is determined by preprocessing inferences that include an 18-year-old GTCs epileptic patient and a data set of 281 non-GTCs epileptic *** proposed system functions as a dual control lock where the IoT system and the manually activation system work in tandem to activate the *** on the values sensed by the IoT device,the deployed system is able to make deci-sions and regulate the use of the *** IoT-Blockchain framework is able to fully eradicate false activation by increasing accuracy and transparency,ensur-ing the device is used correctly and safely.

soil is the major source of infinite lives on Earth and the quality of soil plays significant role on Agriculture practices all ***,the evaluation of soil quality is very important for determining the amount of nutrients that the soil require for proper *** present decade,the application of deep learning models in many fields of research has created greater *** increasing soil data availability of soil data there is a greater demand for the remotely avail open source model,leads to the incorporation of deep learning method to predict the soil *** that concern,this paper proposes a novel model called Improved soil Quality Prediction Model using Deep Learning(IsQP-DL).The work considers the chemical,physical and biological factors of soil in particular area to estimate the soil ***,pH rating of soil samples has been collected from the soil testing laboratory from which the acidic range has been categorized through soil test and the same data has been taken as input to the Deep Neural Network Regression(DNNR)***,soil nutrient data has been given as second input to the DNNR *** utilizing this data set,the DNNR method is used to evaluate the fertility rate by which the soil quality has been *** training and testing,the model uses Deep Neural Network Regression(DNNR),by utilizing the *** results show that the proposed model is effective for sQP(soil Quality Prediction Model)with efficient good fitting and generality is enhanced with input features with higher rate of classification *** results show that the proposed model achieves 96.7%of accuracy rate compared with existing models.

signal to noise ratio in ultrasound medical images captured through the digital camera is poorer,resulting in an inaccurate *** a result,it needs an efﬁcient despeckling method for ultrasound images in clinical practice and *** article proposes a novel adaptive fuzzyﬁlter based on the direc-tionality and translation invariant property of the Non-sub sampled Contour-let Transform(NsCT).since speckle-noise causes fuzziness in ultrasound images,fuzzy logic may be a straightforward technique to derive the output from the noisy ***ﬁltering method comprises detection andﬁltering ***,image regions classify at the detection stage by applying fuzzy inference to the directional difference obtained from the NsCT noisy ***,the system adaptively selects the better-suitedﬁlter for the speciﬁc image region,resulting in signiﬁcant speckle noise suppression and retention of detailed *** suggested approach uses a weighted averageﬁlter to distinguish between noise and edges at theﬁltering *** addition,we apply a structural similarity mea-sure as a tuning parameter depending on the kind of noise in the ultrasound *** proposed methodology shows that the proposed fuzzy adaptiveﬁlter effectively suppresses speckle noise while preserving edges and image detailed structures compared to existing approaches.
