We reported solvent-free and recoverable heterogeneous iron functionalised imidazolium-based ionic liquid for the reduction of nitroarene derivatives in the presence of formic acid under greener ***,the experimental result shows that the iron complex could be an extremely resourceful,high rate and reusable catalyst for a different nitroarene substrate.

Aeroelastic study of flight vehicles has been a subject of great interest and research in the last several years. Aileron reversal and flutter related problems are due in part to the elasticity of a typical airplane. Structural dynamics of an aircraft wing due to its aeroelastic nature are characterized by partial differential equations. Controller design for these systems is very complex as compared to lumped parameter systems defined by ordinary differential equations. In this paper, a stabilizing statefeedback controller design approach is presented for the heave dynamics of a wing-fuselage model. In this study, a continuous actuator in the spatial domain is assumed. A control methodology is developed by combining the technique of “proper orthogonal decomposition” and approximate dynamic programming. The proper orthogonal decomposition technique is used to obtain a low-order nonlinear lumped parameter model of the infinite dimensional system. Then a near optimal controller is designed using the single-network-adaptive-critic technique. Furthermore,to add robustness to the nominal single-network-adaptive-critic controller against matched uncertainties, an identifier based adaptive controller is proposed. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the single-network-adaptive-critic controller augmented with adaptive controller for infinite dimensional systems.

Objective:To determine the prevalence and antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli(E. coli),in seafood obtained from Cuddalore and Parangipettai fish landing ***,to identify the susceptibility of *** against predominant seaweeds red alga Kappaphycus alvarezii(***) and brown alga Padina boergessenii(***) extracts as sulfated polysaccharides and polyphenols ***:A total of 48 samples(Two stations Cuddalore and Parangipettai,Tamil Nadu,India).Sampling area are fish landing centre where fishes caught from sea and estuary,seafood processing plants(packing and ice packed fishes) and local fish markets(fish samples).After isolation totally 80 strains were analyzed for its antimicrobial resistance and sensitivity against commercially 10 *** ampicillin resistant *** CE21 was identified through molecular techniques as I6S rDNA sequencing. Friction and wear studies enable the investigation of material interaction between two sliding surfaces in contact. In the present investigation, the coefficient of friction and the wear resistance of AISI 316 L parts were studied under self-mating, dry sliding conditions using a pin-on-disc type configuration. The experiments were conducted at vacuum based high temperature pin-on-disc tribometer. The 4 mm diameter pin and 180 mm diameter disc were subjected to varying sliding velocities(0.5, 0.75 and 1.5 m/s) and were operated in 200, 400, 500 and 580 ℃ temperature at 600 Torr vacuum. The variation of specific wear rates with sliding velocities and different environmental conditions was studied. The morphology of sliding/rubbed surfaces was observed using Scanning Electron Microscope. In summary, it was found that a severe to mild wear transition occurred in sliding under operating conditions. Increased wear rates have been observed for 500 and 580 ℃ with increasing sliding velocity. Adhesive wear has been found to be predominant at 500 and 580 ℃ where as de-lamination has been observed at ambient temperature,200 and 400 ℃ in vacuum. The present paper also carried out the numerical analysis of the vibration behavior of AISI 316 L under thermal environment. Results revealed that at high temperature vibrational amplitude and natural frequency is significantly reduced. This can be attributed to the reduction in stiffness of the material at elevated temperatures. This high amplitude vibration during service can lead to high wear rate.

In this paper,we propose a new linear multiuser receiver for synchronous code-division multiple-access (CDMA) systems,referred to as the orthogonal multiuser(OMU) *** the linear minimum mean-squared error(MMSE) receiver,the OMU receiver depends only on the signature vectors and does not require knowledge of the received amplitudes or the channel signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).Here we develop methods that construct an optimal set of vectors with a specified inner product structure,from a given set of vectors in a complex Hilbert *** optimal vectors are chosen to minimize the sum of the squared norms of the errors between the constructed vectors and the given *** algorithm has been developed using the principles of quantum parameters and some of its axioms and *** place of the classical matched filter(MF) receiver we propose a modified *** approach assumes that improving the accuracy will necessarily result in im- proved *** simulation results provided here suggests that in certain cases the OMU and POMU receivers can significantly increase the probability of correct detection with low error rate over the MF receiver.

Phosphate Starvation Responses and Gibberellic Acid Biosynthesis Are Regulated by the MYB62 Transcription Factor in Arabidopsis

The limited availability of phosphate （Pi） in most soils results in the manifestation of Pi starvation responses in plants. To dissect the transcriptional regulation of Pi stress-response mechanisms, we have characterized the biological role of MYB62, an R2R3-type MYB transcription factor that is induced in response to Pi deficiency. The induction of MYB62 is a specific response in the leaves during Pi deprivation. The MYB62 protein localizes to the nucleus. The overexpression of MYB62 resulted in altered root architecture, Pi uptake, and acid phosphatase activity, leading to decreased total Pi content in the shoots. The expression of several Pi starvation-induced （PSI） genes was also suppressed in the MYB62 overexpressing plants. Overexpression of MYB62 resulted in a characteristic gibberellic acid （GA）-deficient phenotype that could be partially reversed by exogenous application of GA. In addition, the expression of SOC1 and SUPERMAN, molecular reg- ulators of flowering, was suppressed in the MYB62 overexpressing plants. Interestingly, the expression of these genes was also reduced during Pi deprivation in wild-type plants, suggesting a role for GA biosynthetic and floral regulatory genes in Pi starvation responses. Thus, this study highlights the role of MYB62 in the regulation of phosphate starvation responses via changes in GA metabolism and signaling. Such cross-talk between Pi homeostasis and GA might have broader implications on flowering, root development and adaptive mechanisms during nutrient stress.
