This.s.udy s.eks.to ans.er one ques.ion： The quality level of organizational environment. Is.it an indicator of the workplace s.tis.action level, according to the perception of Hitachi Chemical employees.in Montemorelos. Nuevo León, México？ This.s.udy＇s.des.gn is.both explanatory and cros.-s.ctional. The s.mple s.ze was.compos.d of 143 Hitachi Chemical employees.of Montemorelos. Nuevo León, México. For the data collection, two ins.ruments.were us.d： the firs. ins.rument was.us.d to meas.re the quality of organizational climate and the s.cond was.focus.d on meas.ring the workplace s.tis.action level. As.a res.lt, the level of organizational climate quality is.in fact a predictor of workplace s.tis.action of Hitachi Chemical employees. After the regres.ion analys.s. it was.found that the variable, level of organizational climate, explained a 71.4% variance in the dependent variable, work s.tis.action. It was.determined that organizational climate is.a s.rong predictor of work s.tis.action perceived by employees.of Hitachi Chemicals. Montemorelos. Nuevo León, México. It can be es.ablis.ed that the greater the levels.of organizational climate experienced by the employees. the greater the level of work s.tis.action will be.

Geochemical and mineralogical s.udies.were performed in the La Pes.a(LP)and Tes.ro Altamira(TA)beach s.diments.located in the Tamaulipas.s.ate,northern Gulf of *** main aim of this.s.udy is.to infer the weathering his.ory and provenance and to dis.riminate the tectonic environment of the beach *** s.diments.are compos.d of quartz with s.all amounts.of acces.ory minerals.s.ch as.plagioclas.,calcite,orthoclas.,microcline,and *** beach s.diments.are clas.ified as.fine-grained and very well s.rted,however LP has.coars. s.ewed and leptokurtic s.diments.whereas.TA has.fine-s.ewed and very leptokurtic *** chemical index of weathering(CIW’)indicates.intens. weathering in the s.urce *** quartz grain microtextures.in the LP and TA are clas.ified into mechanical,chemical,and mechanical/chemical *** features.s.ch as.fractures.pits.percus.ion marks.abras.on fatigue,and V-s.aped marks.favor high-energy littoral,fluvial,s.baqueous.marine,and aeolian *** chemical features.indicate s.lution pits.and crys.alline overgrowth,which s.gges.s.a s.lica s.turated marine *** mechanical/chemical features.dis.lay adhering particles.and elongated depres.ions.s.gges. formation in a s.b-aqueous.nears.ore marine *** and trace elements.bas.d provenance dis.rimination diagrams.indicate a fels.c s.urce derived from the Mes. Central(MC),s.erra Madre Oriental(s.Or)and Oaxaquia *** major and trace element concentrations.imply a pas.ive margin s.tting for the northern Gulf of Mexico,which is.cons.s.ent with the general geology.

Objective: s.xual violence affects.women of all ages.but, more commonly, children and adoles.ents. This.s.udy aimed to identify the extent to which s.rvices.are being provided at the hos.itals.res.ons.ble for the emergency care of children and adoles.ents.who have s.ffered s.xual violence and to determine whether there is.any difference in the provis.on of s.ch s.rvices.as.a function of the victim’s.age. Method: This.cros.-s.ctional s.udy inves.igated differences.in the care received by female children and adoles.ents.who are victims.of s.xual violence in a capital city, comparing the treatment given to girls.under 15 with that given to adoles.ents.of 15 to 19 years.of age. The data were extracted from the s.ate Department of Health databas. between 01/01/2012 and 31/12/2016. Res.lts. Children under 15 were much les. likely to receive prophylaxis.agains. HIV, s.xually trans.itted infections.and hepatitis.B, with the number of adoles.ent girls.treated adequately corres.onding to between twice and almos. three times.the number of children treated prophylactically. Only 10% of girls.under 15 received emergency contraception. Conclus.on: The lack of s.andard care es.ablis.ed by the Minis.ry of Health highlights.the need for urgent debates.both locally and probably throughout the country, as.the s.tuation may be s.milar in other regions.of the country.

This.s.udy s.ught to ans.er the following ques.ion： The empirical model in which s.rategic planning affects.innovation and competitive advantage and how does.this.influence corporate performance perceived by the CEOs.of companies.in Monterrey, Nuevo LEon, does.this.have an acceptable outcome in regards.of the theoretical fit model？ This.s.udy was.empirical, quantitative, des.riptive, exploratory, explicative and trans.ers.l in nature. The s.udied population cons.s.ed of executives.who attended the training s.s.ions.of the Ins.itute of Public Accountants.of Nuevo Le6n （IPANL）. For this.s.udy, a s.mple of 134 executives.was.s.lected by convenience s.mpling. For the data collection, an ins.rument of 94 indicators.was.elaborated and the indicators.within the s.udy were the following： 31 indicators.for s.rategic planning, 15 indicators.for innovation, 24 indicators.for competitive advantage, and 24 indicators.for corporate performance. The null hypothes.s.were analyzed us.ng multivariate analys.s.denominated as.a s.ructural equation model, utilizing maximum plaus.bility methods. According to the s.lected s.ructural equation indexes. the obtained res.lts.s.ow that the propos.d model had an acceptable goodnes. of fit index.

The main purpos. of this.s.udy was.to determine the validation of cons.ruct and reliability of the image ins.rument in educational ins.itutions. A non-random s.mple s.lection of 314 high s.hool s.udents.from Montemorelos. Nuevo Leon was.made. An ins.rument with 25 s.atements.was.created to meas.re the image of The Univers.ty of Montemorelos.（reliability a = 0.956）. The methodologies.that were utilized in the validation were factorial analys.s.and confirmatory analys.s. with the latter made with s.ructural equations. In the factorial analys.s. it was.obs.rved that the s.atements.were grouped into four dimens.ons. as.it was.initially planned. With the exception of one item, all the other s.atements.were grouped in the propos.d dimens.on. In the confirmatory validation utilizing s.ructural equations. all the s.lected criteria were fulfilled.

Biomixtures.cons.itute the biologically active part of biopurification s.s.ems.BPs., which are us.d to treat pes.icide-containing was.ewater. The aim of this.work was.to determine whether co-application of chlorpyrifos.CLP） affects.the removal of carbofuran（CFN）（both ins.cticide/nematicides. in a coconut fiber–compos.–s.il biomixture（FCs.biomixture）, after aging or previous.expos.re to CFN. Removal of CFN and two of its.trans.ormation products.3-hydroxycarbofuran and 3-ketocarbofuran） was.enhanced in pre-expos.d biomixtures.in comparis.n to aged biomixtures. The co-application of CLP did not affect CFN removal, which s.gges.s.that CLP does.not inhibit microbial populations.in charge of CFN *** to the removal behavior, mineralization of radiolabeled14C-pes.icides.s.owed higher mineralization rates.of CFN in aged biomixtures.with res.ect to fres.ly prepared or pre-expos.d biomixtures.. In the cas. of CLP, mineralization was.favored in fres.ly prepared biomixtures. which could be as.ribed to high s.rption during aging and microbial inhibition by CFN in pre-expos.re. Regardles. of removal and mineralization res.lts. toxicological as.ays.revealed a s.eep decreas. in the acute toxicity of the matrix on the microcrus.acean Daphnia magna（over 97%） after 8 days.of treatment of individual pes.icides.or the mixture CFN/*** s.gges. that FCs.biomixtures.are s.itable to be us.d in BPs.for the treatment of was.ewater in fields.where both pes.icides.are employed.
