Image Instrument Construct Val.dation of University Institutions

The main purpose of this study was to determine the val.dation of construct and rel.abil.ty of the image instrument in educational.institutions. A non-random sampl. sel.ction of 314 high school.students from Montemorel.s, Nuevo l.on was made. An instrument with 25 statements was created to measure the image of The University of Montemorel.s （rel.abil.ty a = 0.956）. The methodol.gies that were util.zed in the val.dation were factorial.anal.sis and confirmatory anal.sis, with the l.tter made with structural.equations. In the factorial.anal.sis, it was observed that the statements were grouped into four dimensions, as it was initial.y pl.nned. With the exception of one item, al. the other statements were grouped in the proposed dimension. In the confirmatory val.dation util.zing structural.equations, al. the sel.cted criteria were ful.il.ed.

Organizational.Environment and Work Satisfaction of the Empl.yees of Hitachi Chemical.Montemorel.s Nuevo l.on México

This study seeks to answer one question： The qual.ty l.vel.of organizational.environment. Is it an indicator of the workpl.ce satisfaction l.vel. according to the perception of Hitachi Chemical.empl.yees in Montemorel.s, Nuevo l.ón, México？ This study＇s design is both expl.natory and cross-sectional. The sampl. size was composed of 143 Hitachi Chemical.empl.yees of Montemorel.s, Nuevo l.ón, México. For the data col.ection, two instruments were used： the first instrument was used to measure the qual.ty of organizational.cl.mate and the second was focused on measuring the workpl.ce satisfaction l.vel. As a resul., the l.vel.of organizational.cl.mate qual.ty is in fact a predictor of workpl.ce satisfaction of Hitachi Chemical.empl.yees. After the regression anal.sis, it was found that the variabl., l.vel.of organizational.cl.mate, expl.ined a 71.4% variance in the dependent variabl., work satisfaction. It was determined that organizational.cl.mate is a strong predictor of work satisfaction perceived by empl.yees of Hitachi Chemical., Montemorel.s, Nuevo l.ón, México. It can be establ.shed that the greater the l.vel. of organizational.cl.mate experienced by the empl.yees, the greater the l.vel.of work satisfaction wil. be.

Impact of Chiapanecan Handicrafts

The purpose of this research is to study the perception of Chiapanecan handicrafts as an el.ment of sustainabl. competitive advantage in the State of Chiapas, Mexico, mainl. due to the tourism. Mexican handicrafts contribute to 20.3% of the Gross Domestic Product （GDP） of the cul.ural.sector, that is, 0.6% of the National.GDP. This research is quantitative, descriptive, and transversal. The sampl. sel.ction was made for convenience so certain criteria coul. be met. In total. 70 tourists were surveyed in the handicraft commerce area. For the data retrieval. an instrument with the “Sustainabil.ty SWOT” （sSWOT） was designed, which consists of eight dimensions （trends, environmental.chal.enges, threats, opportunities, strengths, weaknesses, which to prioritize, and where to act）. The instrument consists of 22 items with a singl. l.kert scal. ranging from 1 to 5 （1 = Nul. to 5 = Excel.ent）. The study showed that 54.29% of the tourists who visit Chiapas perceive that handicrafts have a regul.r impact on the smal. producer’s qual.ty of l.fe, whil. the remaining 45.71% point out that the impact is greater.
