Three taxa of Ramaria subgenus Ramaria, and 18 of subg. Laeticolora are reported from Yunnan Province. Of these 13 are considered new to science. Only one taxon (R. formosa) is considered of widespread distribution, the others being known olay from the Indo-Asian subcontinent. Wide distribution patterns, based on phenetic similarity, seem to be at the infraspecific to species complex level, but only rarely contaxie. New taxa are as follows: subg. Ramaria: R. eryuanensis; subg. Laeticolora: R. brunneipes, R. distinctissima, R. ephemeroderma, R. hilaris, R. lacviformosoides, R. linearioides, R. linearis, R. nanispora, R. rubri-attenuipcs, R. sino-conjunctipes, R. rubricarnata var. laeta, R. botrytoides var. microspora, and R. neoformosa var. sinensis. Keys to Yunnan taxa of Ramaria subgenera Ramarla and Laeticolora are furnished.

BACKGROUND Contrast enhanced harmonic endoscopic ultrasound(CEH-EUS) is a spreading technique; some studies have shown its value in the diagnosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma using quantitative *** To examine the value of CEH-EUS for differentiating various pancreatic lesions in everyday routine with qualitative and quantitative *** Data of 55 patients with pancreatic lesions who underwent CEH-EUS were analysed retrospectively. Perfusion characteristics were classified by the investigator qualitatively immediately upon investigation, quantitative analysis was performed later on. Samples from fine needle aspiration(EUS-FNA) or surgical specimen served as gold *** CEH-EUS showed 39 hypoenhanced lesions, 3 non-enhanced and 13 hyperenhanced lesions. Concordance of the investigators qualitative classification of peak contrast enhancement with quantitative analysis later on was 100%, while other parameters such as arrival time, time to peak or area under the curve did not show additional value. 34 of 39 hypoenhanced lesions were pancreatic adenocarcinoma; of the hyperenhanced lesions 4 were inflammatory, 3 neuroendocrine carcinomas, 1 lymphoma, 1 insulinoma and 4 metastases(2 of renal cell carcinoma, 2 of lung cancer). Non-enhanced lesions showed up as necroses. Sensitivity for the detection of pancreatic adenocarcinoma was 100%,specificity 87.2% for hypoenhancement alone; in otherwise healthy pancreatic tissue all hypoenhanced lesions were pancreatic adenocarcinoma(sensitivity and specificity 100%, PPV and NPV for adenocarcinoma 100%).CONCLUSION This study again shows the excellent value of CEH-EUS in everyday routine for diagnostics of various focal pancreatic lesions suggesting that qualitatively assessed hypoenhancement is highly predictive for adenocarcinoma. The volatile and sensory profile of pasteurized(95℃,18 min)and sterilized(120℃,14 min)tomato soup and its changes at accelerated storage conditions(37℃and 42℃)were identified,characterized,and correlated by predictive *** led to more profound changes over storage compared to pasteurisation,showing enhanced levels of‘dark'odour,‘burnt'flavour,and‘complexity',while pasteurized soup had more pronounced‘green'odour,‘vegetables'flavour,‘harmony',and‘freshness'.Over time,‘dark'and‘burnt'significantly increased for sterilized soups,whereas‘green'decreased significantly only for sterilized soup stored at 42℃.The changes of‘dark',‘green',‘off-flavour,‘burnt',‘har mony',and‘freshness'were associated with formation of furans(furfural and 2-acetyl-5-methylfuran),and decline of unsaturated aldehydes like E-2-octenal and E,E-2,*** compounds were identified to represent potential shelf-life markers,yet more studies on their odour activity in the tomato soup matrix are necessary to understand their contribution to the sensory *** construction of partial least squares models allowed the prediction of‘green',‘off-flavour',‘burnt',and‘freshness'based on selected *** models will be important tools in the process of predicting the end of shelf life,but need to be supplemented with consumer acceptability levels.

To verify the utility of treatment with fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).METHODSWe searched EMBASE, Cochrane Library and PubMed in March, 2017. The reviewed literature was based on two systematic searches in each of the databases. The MeSH terms used were IBS and fecal microbiota transplantation and the abbreviations IBS and FMT. Reference lists from the articles were reviewed to identify additional pertinent *** total of six conference abstracts, one case report, one letter to the editor, and one clinical review were included. In the final analysis, treatment of 48 patients was evaluated. Treatment revealed an improvement in 58% of cases. The varying structure of the nine included studies must be taken into *** on FMT and IBS are too limited to draw sufficient conclusions. Standardized double blinded randomized clinical trials need to be carried out to evaluate the effect of FMT on IBS.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)-related mortality is high because early detection modalities are hampered by inaccuracy,expense and inherent procedural *** there is an urgent need for minimally invasive,highly specific and sensitive biomarkers that enable earlydisease detection when therapeutic intervention remains practical. Successful therapeutic intervention is predicated on the ability to detect the cancer early. Similar unmet medical needs abound in most fields of medicine and require novel methodological approaches. Proteomic profiling of body fluids presents a sensitive diagnostic tool for early cancer detection. Here we describe such a strategy of comparative proteomics to identify potential serum-based biomarkers to distinguish high-risk chronic hepatitis C virus infected patients from HCC patients. In order to compensate for the extraordinary dynamic range in serum proteins,enrichment methods that compress the dynamic range without surrendering proteome complexity can help minimize the problems associated with many depletion methods. The enriched serum can be resolved using 2D-difference in-gel electrophoresis and the spots showing statistically significant changes selected for identification by liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry. Subsequent quantitative verification and validation of these candidate biomarkers represent an obligatory and rate-limiting process that is greatly enabled by selected reaction monitoring(SRM). SRM is a tandem mass spectrometry method suitable for identification and quantitation of target peptides within complex mixtures independent on peptidespecific antibodies. Ultimately,multiplexed SRM and dynamic multiple reaction monitoring can be utilized for the simultaneous analysis of a biomarker panel derived from support vector machine learning approaches,which allows monitoring a specific disease state such as early HCC.
