Efficient translation mediated by the 5'untranslated region(5'UtR)is essential for the robust efficacy of mRNA ***,the N1-methyl-pseudouridine(m1)modification of mRNA can impact the translation efficiency of the 5'*** discovered that the optimal 5'UtR for m1y-modified mRNA(m1y-5'UtR)differs significantly from its unmodified counterpart,high-lighting the need for a specialized tool for designing mly-5'UtRs rather than directly utilizing high-expression endogenous gene 5'*** response,we developed a novel machine learning-based tool,Smart5UtR,which employs a deep generative model to identify superior m1y-5'UtRs in *** tailored loss function and network architecture enable Smart5UtR to overcome limitations inherent in existing *** a result,Smart5UtR can successfully design superior 5'UtRs,greatly benefiting mRNA vaccine ***,Smart5UtR-designed superior 5'UtRs significantly enhanced antibody titers induced by COVID-19 mRNA vaccines against the Delta and Omicron variants of SARS-CoV-2,surpassing the performance of vaccines using high-expression endogenous gene 5'UtRs.

Chronic hepatitis B is globally prevalent and is a major cause of cirrhosis and hepatocellular *** immunoprophylaxis against hepatitis B in pregnancy,perinatal transmission still occurs in at least 10%of the children born to a mother with high level of *** regarding hepatitis B therapy during pregnancy must take into account the benefits and safety for both the mother and the unborn *** this review,we summarize the current treatment options for chronic hepatitis B with a focus on management during pregnancy and the evidence-based strategies to prevent vertical transmission of hepatitis B virus(HBV).

the objective of this work is to investigate experimentally controlling cavitating flow over NACA66(MOD)hydrofoils by means of an active water injection along its suction *** continuous water vertically jets out of the chamber inside the hydrofoil through evenly distributed surface *** were carried out in cavitation water *** high-speed visualization technology and the particle image velocimetry(PIV)system to study the sheetlcloud cavity *** studied the effects of this active control on cavity evolution with four kinds of jet flow at two different jet *** analyzed the effect of water injection on the mechanism of the cavitating flow *** results were all compared with that for the original hydrofoil without jet and show that the active jet can effectively suppress the sheet/cloud cavitation characterized by shrinking the attached cavity size and breaking the large-scaled cloud sheding vortex cavity into small-scaled *** optimum effectiveness of cavitation suppression is affected by the jet flow rates and jet *** water injection at flow rate coefficient 0.0245 with the jet position of 0.45C reduces the maximum sheet cavity length by 79.4%and the cavity shedding is diminished completely,which gives the most superior effect of sheet cavitation *** jet blocks the re-entrant jet moving upstream and weakens the power of re-entrant jet and thus restrains the cavitation development effectively and stabilizes the flow field.

the full array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)has been in operation since July *** its kilometer-square array(KM2A),we optimized the selection criteria for very high and ultrahigh energyγ-rays using data collected from August 2021 to August 2022,resulting in an improvement in significance of the detection in the Crab Nebula of approximately 15%,compared with that of previous *** the implementation of these new selection criteria,the angular resolution was also significantly improved by approximately 10%at tens of *** aspects of the full KM2A array performance,such as the pointing error,were also calibrated using the Crab *** resulting energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range of 10-1000 teV are well fitted by a log-parabola model,which is consistent with the previous results from LHAASO and other experiments.

Surface ozone(O\-3) was measured at Oki Island(Japan), Cheju Island(South Korea), Lanyu Island(taiwan Province, China), Cape D'Aguilar(Hong Kong SAR) and Lin'an, Longfenshan, Waliguan(China mainland) during January 1994—December 1996 as a component of IGAC/APARE(International Global Atmospheric Chemistry/East Asia-North Pacific Regional Experiment). this paper gave a joint discussion on the observational results at these stations over the study region. Investigations showed that the average of surface O 3 mixing ratios at the seven sites are 47.9±15.8, 48.1±17.9, 30.2±16.4, 31.6±17.5, 36.3±17.5, 34.8±11.5 and 48.2±9.5 ppbv, respectively. Significant diurnal variations of surface O 3 have been observed at Oki, Cheju, D’Aguilar, Lin'an and Longfenshan. their annual averaged diurnal differences range from 8 to 23 ppbv and differ in each season. Surface O 3 at Lanyu and Waliguan do not show strong diurnal variability. Seasonal cycles of surface O 3 showed difference at the temperate and the subtropical remote sites. Oki has a summer minimum-spring maximum, while Lanyu has a summer minimum-autumn maximum. the suburban sites at D'Aguilar and Lin'an report high-level O 3 in autumn and low level O 3 in summer. Surface O 3 remains high in autumn and low in winter at the rural site Longfenshan. For the global background station Waliguan, surface O 3 exhibits a broad spring-summer maximum and autumn-winter minimum. the backward air trajectories to these sites have shown different pathways of long-range transport of air pollution from East Asia Continent to North Pacific Ocean. Surface O 3 was found to be strongly and positively correlated with CO at Oki and Lanyu, especially in spring and autumn, reflecting the substantial photochemical buildup of O\-3 on a regional scale. It is believed that the regional sources of pollution in East Asia have enhanced the average surface O 3 concentrations in the background atmosphere of North Pacific.

Plasma immersion ion implantation (PIII) is an excellent technique for the surf see modification of complex-shaped components. Owing to pulsed operation mode of the high voltage and large slew rate, the capacitance on the high-voltage coaxial cable can be detrimental to the process and cannot be ignored. In fact, a significant portion of the rise-time/fall-time of the implantation voltage pulse and big initial current can be attributed to the coaxial cable.
