通过增大发动机的缸径和行程,以及其他设计改造来提升发动机的功率。通过优化冷却水套设计和水泵流量参数解决与冷却有关的问题。在保持发动机机体外形尺寸不变的情况下增大缸径会导致气缸体和气缸套之间的冷却水套减小,从而导致热负荷增加,采用优化冷却水套和改造水泵设计。来提高发动机的冷却能力。内燃机冷却系统包括具有复杂结构的水套。针对这些复杂的系统,计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟在短时间内就可以完成。CFD理论上具有模拟任何物理条件的能力。针对1款直列3缸水冷式柴油机,采用STAR CCM+软件8.04版本进行了有效优化。通过k-ε湍流模型,研究了冷却水流速和温度分布。采用UG NX 7.5软件对气缸体和气缸盖进行了模拟。

Assessing Doppler velocities of Rankin Inlet F-region echoes

Doppler velocities observed by the Rankin Inlet （RKN） PolarDARN radar are assessed with a focus on data in the beams oriented roughly along the magnetic meridian. Hourly scatter plots for every month are built. They are shown to vary widely, with median values showing very clear magnetic local time variation with maximum magnitude during pre-noon and pre-midnight hours. The histograms contain a significant amount of very small velocity data that dominates at farther ranges and during the daytime. Near noon data show generally antisunward flows but at large ranges/magnetic latitudes and very close to noon, sunward flows occur for periods of positive IMF Bz. The reverse flows are stronger during spring equinox. The velocity magnitude was found to depend linearly on the IMF Be and interplanetary electric field. velocities are often found to be smaller than those expected from the statistical convection model of Ruohoniemi and Greenwald -1996.

Herein, we report visible light active mesoporous cadmium bismuth niobate（CBN） nanospheres as a photocatalyst for hydrogen（H） generation from copious hydrogen sulfide（HS）. CBN has been synthesized by solid state reaction（SSR） and also using combustion method（CM） at relatively lower *** as-synthesized materials were characterized using different techniques. X-ray diffraction analysis shows the formation of single phase orthorhombic CBN. Field emission scanning electron microscopy and high resolution-transmission electron microscopy showed the particle size in the range of.5–1 μm for CBN obtained by SSR and 50–70 nm size nanospheres using CM, respectively. Interestingly, nanospheres of size 50–70 nm self assembled with 5–7 nm nanoparticles were observed in case of CBN prepared by *** optical properties were studied using Uv–visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and showed band gap around.0 ev for SSR and 3.1 ev for CM. The slight shift in band gap of CM is due to nanocrystalline nature of material. Considering the band gap in visible region, the photocatalytic activity of CBN for hydrogen production from HS has been performed under visible light. CBN prepared by CM has shown utmost hydrogen evolution i.e. 6912 μmol/h/0.5 g which is much higher than CBN prepared using *** enhanced photocatalytic property can be attributed to the smaller particle size, crystalline nature,high surface area and mesoporous structure of CBN prepared by combustion method. The catalyst was found to be stable, active and can be utilized for water splitting.

We demonstrated a unique synthesis approach of graphene（GR）-wrapped AgPO/LaCOOH（APO/LCO）heterostructures by an in-situ wet chemical method. FESEM analysis reveals the formation of rhombic dodecahedrons of APO decorated with LCO and later wrapped with GR flakes. Optical studies shows two absorption edges corresponding to the band gap energies of APO（2.41 ev） and LCO（4.1 ev）. Considering the absorption edge of the heterostructures in the visible region, the photocatalytic activities of photocatalysts containing different APO/LCO mass ratios were evaluated by the degradation of MB. GR-decorated composite with 20% LCO（APO/LCO20/GR） exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity for MB degradation, with a rate constant, k of 0.541 min. The photocatalytic activity of APO/LCO20/GR more greatly enhanced than those of the individual constituents（APO, LCO, APO/LCO20）. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of the heterostructure can be attributed to the co-catalytic effect of LCO as well as intriguing physicochemical properties of GR. To understand the enhanced photocatalytic activity of the heterostructures the photocatalytic reaction mechanism is proposed in detail. The recyclability of the APO/LCO/GR composite photocatalyst is further evaluated by reusing the catalyst in replicate photocatalytic experiments which shows consistent photocatalytic activity thereby confirms the stability and reusability of heterostructure photocatalyst.

Efficacy and Safety of PDM011011 Capsules as Compared to Metformin in Subjects with Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus: An Open-Label, Randomized, Active-Controlled, Multicentric, Phase III Study

Context: Bitter melon (Momoradica charantia) is one of the well-known plants used for lowering blood glucose since antiquity. Aims: To compare the efficacy and safety of PDM011011 capsule (1200 mg/day) with Metformin (1000 mg/day) in a 15 weeks study using mean change in fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and Hb1Ac% in subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Settings and Design: This is an open-label, randomized, active-controlled, multicentric, phase III study. Methods and Material: A total of 123 eligible patients were randomized in 2:1 ratio in PDM011011 and Metformin arm. Total 83 subjects received PDM011011 capsule (1200 mg/day) and 40 subjects received Metformin (1000 mg/day) in their respective arms for 15 weeks. Subjects were analyzed for FPG and Hb1Ac% at baseline and during treatment visits (visit 3 to visit 7). Safety assessments were carried out. Results: In this study, the significant reduction in mean FPG level was observed after treatment with PDM011011 capsule and Metformin in T2DM patients. The mean change from baseline to week 15 in FPG was 14.52 mg/dL (95% CI: 6.36, 22.67) in the PDM011011-treated subjects and 28.34 mg/dL (95% CI: 21.35, 35.32) in the Metformin-treated subjects. At week 15, the mean change from baseline in HbA1c levels was 0.27% (95% CI: 0.06, 0.47) in the PDM011011 arm and 0.62% (95% CI: 0.40, 0.83) in the Metformin arm. Conclusion: PDM011011 capsule (1200 mg/day) exhibited the modest efficacy and safety as compared to Metformin (1000 mg/day) in type 2 diabetes patients.

牙本质发育不良是一种常染色体显性遗传病．其本质是牙本质形成缺陷。牙本质发育不良的典型特征是牙釉质基本正常，牙本质形成不规则．并导致髓腔形态异常。以往观点认为，牙本质发育不良属于单一疾病．现在已将其分为Ⅰ型（根型）和Ⅱ型《冠型）2个亚类。Ⅰ型牙本质发育不良更为常见。Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型均可广泛累及乳恒牙列。也有文献报道同时发生两型牙本质发育不全的病例。现在已鉴别出Ⅰ型牙本质发育不良有4个不同的亚型，Ⅱ型牙本质发育不良有1个亚型。对这种相对少见的人类牙本质遗传性缺陷来说．似乎没有必要再分出2个以上的亚类．但不能排除牙本质发育不良还存在其他亚类的可能。本文报告了1例单颗牙齿牙本质发育不良的病例。患牙冠根的大小均正常．但伴有剧烈疼痛和较大松动度．组织学分析发现冠根部牙本质均受累。本病例可定义为新的…型牙本质发育不良或局灶性成牙本质细胞发育不良。

Effect of Different Levels of Water Soluble Phosphorus in Complex Fertilizers on Crop Productivity and Soil Health

Field experiments were undertaken on sandy soils with three cropping systems at Giridih,Jharkhand,India for two years during *** experiments were executed in split plot design by assigning water soluble phosphorus(WSP)fertilizers in main-plot and recommended dose of phosphorus(RDP)in sub-plot with three *** maximum economical yield of rice(4705 kg/ha),baby corn(842 kg/ha)and Chickpea(920 kg/ha)were recorded with the application of 30%*** maximum economical yield of successive crops-wheat(3185 kg/ha),mustard(1720 kg/ha)and groundnut(1578 kg/ha)were recorded with the application of 30%WSP and 100%RDP *** similar trends were noticed in terms of by-product yield,nutrient uptake and residual soil fertility *** the levels of WSP(30%-89%)in complex fertilizers were found to be equally effective for grain yield,straw yield,nutrient uptake,and residual soil fertility.
