We aimed to evaluate ten-year outcomes of penile prosthesis(PP)implantation for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and to assess predictors of early prosthetic infection(EPI).We identified 549 men who underwent 576 PP placements between 2008 and *** and multivariate analyses were used to identify potential predictors of *** EPI predictive nomogram was ***-five(6.1%)cases of EPI were recorded with an explant rate of 3.1%.In terms of satisfaction,82.0%of the patients defined themselves as“satisfied,”while partner’s satisfaction was 88.3%.Diabetes(P=0.012),longer operative time(P=0.032),and reinterventions(P=0.048)were associated with EPI risk,while postoperative ciprofloxacin was inversely associated with EPI(P=0.014).Rifampin/gentamicin-coated 3-piece inflatable PP(r/g-c 3IPP)showed a higher EPI risk(P=0.019).Multivariate analyses showed a two-fold higher risk of EPI in diabetic patients,redo surgeries,or when a r/g-c 3IPP was used(all P<0.03).We showed that diabetes,longer operative time,and secondary surgeries were the risk factors for *** ciprofloxacin was associated with a reduced risk of EPI,while r/g-c 3IPP had higher EPI rates without an increased risk of PP *** further validation,the proposed nomogram could be a useful tool for the preoperative counseling of PP implantation.

The pathogenesis of both entities of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), namely Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), is still complex and under investigation. The importance of the microbial flora in developing IBD is beyond debate. In the last few years, the focus has changed from adaptive towards innate immunity. Crohn's ileitis is associated with a deficiency of the antimicrobial shield, as shown by a reduced expression and secretion of the Paneth cell defensin HD5 and HD6, which is related to a Paneth cell differentiation defect mediated by a diminished expression of the Wnt transcription factor TCF4. In UC, the protective mucus layer, acting as a physical and chemical barrier between the gut epithelium and the luminal microbes, is thin- ner and in part denuded as compared to controls. This could be caused by a missing induction of the goblet cell differentiation factors Hath1 and KLF4 leading to immature goblet cells. This defective Paneth and goblet cell differentiation in Crohn's ileitis and UC may enablethe luminal microbes to invade the mucosa and trigger the inflammation. The exact molecular mechanisms behind ileal CD and also UC must be further clarified, but these observations could give rise to new therapeutic strategies based on a stimulation of the protective innate immune system.

本交替传译实践报告是对以“今天的未来——工业发展的新机遇”为主题的2020年俄罗斯“秋明石油与天然气工业论坛”口译活动情况的总结。此次论坛在线下举行,包括国外专家在内的多名嘉宾参会。笔者于2021年5月对此次论坛活动进行模拟交替传译。在此次论坛模拟交替传译的的基础上,笔者将源语及译语转写下来并整理成文字材料。在报告中笔者详细报告了在此次论坛翻译活动中所使用的各种信息转换方法。本次交替传译在词汇层面的双语转换过程中,笔者采用具体化法和加词等方法;语法转换层笔者说明了采用省略法和替代等方法;词汇—语法层的转换采用了逆向翻译法和省略等方法。笔者结合理论知识对典型双语转换的案例进行详细分析并论证了转换方法,保障了源语转化为译语时意义的完整性。本实践报告正文部分共分为四章。第一章为任务描述,说明了本次交替传译实践活动是对俄罗斯秋明石油与天然气工业论坛活动内容的翻译。笔者从任务背景及任务内容两方面介绍了此次口译任务的基本情况;第二章针对“理论准备”、“术语准备”及“专有名词准备”三个方面对本次交替传译实践译前准备进行说明。第三章为本次交替传译实践的案例分析。在本章中笔者根据翻译任务对俄汉交替传译过程中的转换方法进行定义并将转换方法分为词汇层的转换、语法层的转换、词汇—语法层转换三个层面的交替传译的双语转换方法。笔者选取典型案例对双语转换方法在俄汉交替传译过程中的运用情况进行说明。第四章为口译任务总结。笔者总结了此次交替传译活动中取得的成绩和存在的问题,同时提出了未来努力的方向。

In this paper, the modifications of the whistler dispersion characteristics are investigated which arise if resonant electrons are taken into account. The following chain of processes is emphasized: Generation of whistler waves propagating at different angles to the magnetic field and their nonlinear interaction with resonant electrons result in the appearance of modulated electron beams in the background plasma. As a result, the dispersion characteristics of waves in this new plasma might be significantly changed. By analysing the modified dispersion characteristics these changes are discussed. Supported by particle simulations and space observations, it is assumed that in the electron distribution function at the resonance velocity a plateau-like beam is formed. Because of the weakness of the beam, the term “beam/plateau population (b/p)” is used. By solving the kinetic dispersion relation of whistler waves in electron plasmas with b/p populations, the associated modifications of the whistler dispersion characteristics are presented in diagrams showing, in particular, the frequency versus propagation angle dependence of the excited waves. It is important to point out the two functions of the b/p populations. Because of the bi-directional excitation of whistler waves by temperature anisotropy, one has to distinguish between up- and downstream populations and accordingly between two b/p modes. The interaction of the beam-shifted cyclotron mode ω= Ωe + k⋅Vb (V bVb is the b/p velocity, Ωe: electron cyclotron frequency) with the whistler mode leads to enhanced damping at the ω-k point where they intersect. This is the origin of the frequency gap at half the electron cyclotron frequency (ω~Ωe/2) for quasi-parallel waves which are driven by temperature anisotropy. The first part of this article presents invarlance criteria Ior a sl;ocnasl;lC （lllier^n~x^l ~qu^luu whose state evolution is constrained by time-dependent security tubes. The key results of this section are derived by considering an equivalent problem where the square of distance function represents a viscosity solution to an adequately defined partial differential equation. The second part of the paper analyzes the broader context when solutions are constrained by more general time-dependent convex domains. The approach relies on forward stochastic variational inequalities with oblique reflection, the generalized subgradients acting as a reacting process that operates only when the solution reaches the boundary of the domain.

Permafrost response to climate change in the Northern Tien Shan

This paper presents the results of long-term studies on the response of mountain permafrost in the Northern Tien Shan to changes in climate. Significant warming has been observed in the region over the past 70 years. Records from the high-elevation weather stations Tuyuksu-1(3,450 m a.s.l.) and Mynzhylki(3,017 m a.s.l.) indicate a warming trend of 0.02 °C/a in the mean annual air temperature during this period. Permafrost temperatures have increased at a rate of about 0.01 °C/a over the 40-year observation period. The effects of local factors, including slope aspect, tectonic faulting, snow cover, and human activities, on the distribution of temperature and thickness of permafrost are discussed in the paper.
