Preparation of Polyurea Elastomer with Flame Retardant, Insulation and Thermal Conductivity Properties

By using 6,6-((sulfonylbis(4,1-phenylene)bis(azanediyl))bis(thiophen-2-ylm-ethylene))bis6H-di-benzo[c,e][1,2]oxaphosphinine 6-oxide(DOPO-N)as phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant,the polyurea(PUA)with flame retardant properties(PUA/DOPO-N)was *** addition,organically modified montmorillonite(OMMT)and magnesium hydroxide(MH)were used as co-effectors respectively,and the flame retardant PUA(PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/MH)were also *** properties,flame retardant properties,flame retardant mechanism and mechanical properties of PUA/DOPO-N,PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/MH were investigated by thermogravimetric(TG)analysis,limiting oxygen index(LOI),UL 94,cone calorimeter test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and tensile *** results show that the LOI value of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH are 27.1%,27.7%,and 28.3%,respectively,and UL 94 V-0 rating is *** with PUA,the peak heat release rate(pk-HRR),total heat release(THR)and average effective heat combustion(av-EHC)of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH decrease *** results indicate that the residual chars of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH are completer and more *** complex of DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/MH have synergistic flame *** mechanical properties of PUA can be improved by the addition of DOPO-N,DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/MH,*** insulation performance test shows that the volume resistivity of PUA/20%DOPO-N is 6.25×10^(16)Ω.***,by using modified boron nitride(MBN)as heat dissipating material,the complex of PUA/MBN was prepared,and the thermal conductivity of PUA/MBN was *** thermal conductivity of PUA/8%MBN complex coating at room temperature is 0.166 W/(M·K),which is a 163%improvement over pure PUA.

Improving fatigue properties of normal direction ultrasonic vibration assisted face grinding Inconel 718 by regulating machined surface integrity

Fatigue properties are crucial for critical aero-engine components in extreme serviceenvironments,which are significantly affected by surface integrity(SI)indexes(especially surface topography,residual stressσ_(res),and microhardness)after machining ***-direction ultrasonic vibration-assisted face grinding(ND-UVAFG)has advantages in improving the machinability of Inconel 718,but there is a competitive relationship between higher compressiveσ_(res)and higher surface roughness R_(a)in affecting fatigue *** lack of a quantitative relationship between multiple SI indexes and fatigue strength makes theindeterminacy of a regulatory strategy for improving fatigue *** this work,a model of fatigue strength(σ_f)_(sur)considering multiple SI indexes was ***,high-cycle fatigue tests were carried out on Inconel 718 samples with different SI characteristics,and the influence of ND-UVAFG process parameters on SI was *** on SI indexes data,the(σ_f)_(sur)distribution in the grinding surface layer for ND-UVAFG Inconel 718 samples was determined using the developed model,and then the fatigue crack initiation(FCI)sites were *** predicted FCI sites corresponded well with the experimental results,therebyverifying this model.A strategy for improving the fatigue life was proposed in this work,which was to transfer the fatigue source from the machined surface to the bulk material by controlling the SI ***,a critical condition of SI indexes that FCI sites appeared on the surface or in bulk material was given by fitting the predicted *** to the critical condition,an SI field where FCI sites appeared in the bulk material could be *** this field,thefatigue life of Inconel 718 samples could be improved by approximately 140%.

Progressive meristem and single-cell transcriptomes reveal the regulatory mechanisms underlying maize inflorescence development and sex differentiation

Maize develops separate ear and tassel inflorescences with initially similar morphology but ultimately different architecture and *** detailed regulatory mechanisms underlying these changes still remain largely *** this study,through analyzing the time-course meristem transcriptomes and floret single-cell transcriptomes of ear and tassel,we revealed the regulatory dynamics and pathways underlying inflorescence development and sex *** identified 16 diverse gene clusters with differential spatiotemporal expression patterns and revealed biased regulation of redox,programmed cell death,and hormone signals during meristem differentiation between ear and ***,based on their dynamic expression patterns,we revealed the roles of two RNA-binding proteins in regulating inflorescence meristem activity and axillary meristem ***,using the transcriptional profiles of 53910 single cells,we uncovered the cellular heterogeneity between ear and tassel *** found that multiple signals associatedwith either enhancedcell death or reduced growth are responsiblefortassel pistil suppression,while part of the gibberellic acid signal may act non-cell-autonomously to regulate ear stamen arrest during sex *** further showed that the pistil-protection gene SILKLESS 1(SK1)functions antagonistically to the known pistil-suppression genes through regulating common molecular pathways,and constructed a regulatory network for pistil-fate ***,our study provides a deep understanding of the regulatory mechanisms underlying inflorescence development and sex differentiation in maize,laying the foundation for identifying new regulators and pathways for maize hybrid breeding and improvement.

Achieving Negatively Charged Pt Single Atoms on Amorphous Ni(OH)_(2)Nanosheets with Promoted Hydrogen Absorption in Hydrogen Evolution

Single-atom(SA)catalysts with nearly 100%atom utilization have been widely employed in electrolysis for decades,due to the outperforming catalytic activity and ***,most of the reported SA catalysts are fixed through the strong bonding between the dispersed single metallic atoms with nonmetallic atoms of the substrates,which greatly limits the controllable regulation of electrocatalytic activity of SA *** this work,Pt-Ni bonded Pt SA catalyst with adjustable electronic states was successfully constructed through a controllable electrochemical reduction on the coordination unsaturated amorphous Ni(OH)_(2)nanosheet *** on the X-ray absorption fine structure analysis and first-principles calculations,Pt SA was bonded with Ni sites of amorphous Ni(OH)_(2),rather than conventional O sites,resulting in negatively charged Pt^(δ-).In situ Raman spectroscopy revealed that the changed configuration and electronic states greatly enhanced absorbability for activated hydrogen atoms,which were the essential intermediate for alkaline hydrogen evolution *** hydrogen spillover process was revealed from amorphous Ni(OH)_(2)that effectively cleave the H-O-H bond of H_(2)O and produce H atom to the Pt SA sites,leading to a low overpotential of 48 mV in alkaline electrolyte at-1000 mA cm^(-2)mg^(-1)_(Pt),evidently better than commercial Pt/C *** work provided new strategy for the control-lable modulation of the local structure of SA catalysts and the systematic regulation of the electronic states.

The development of the Energy Internet has improved the efficiency of energy utilization and promoted sustainable development of power and energy *** multi-energy system modeling considering the dynamic process of transmission line is one of the key research points of Energy Internet operation *** the energy circuit theory,the lumped parameter model of natural gas pipelines is built and the dynamic characteristic parameters under the control instruction are *** with dynamic characteristic parameters,the long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network is designed to fit the natural gas pipeline dynamic process into discrete linear time-varying(LTV)*** with the equations,an energy hub method is used to build a control model of industrial parks with multi-energy distribution *** the rolling optimal control strategy given in this paper,the model is solved by the Matlab-Yalmip solver and rolling control instructions of each energy conversion unit are ***,the case study demonstrates that the LSTM neural network-based modeling method presented in this paper can accurately fit the dynamic process of a natural gas pipeline *** rolling control model of the multi-energy system can improve the efficiency of energy utilization,exhibit the transmission line status constraints during the optimization control process and improve reliability of the multi-energy system operation.

Composition， Distribution and Constraint Factors of Fe Isotope(δFe) in the Surface Soils of the Tibetan Plateau

Iron isotopes， represented by δ56Fe， serve as valuable tools for constraining the surface iron processes and as potent tracers for studying the biogeochemical cycle of iron. Nevertheless， our comprehension of iron isotopes in the land surface processes of the Tibetan Plateau （TP） remains limited. In this study， we present the results of iron isotopic composition (δ56Fe) in the surface soils of the TP， encompassing both glacial and non-glacial regions characterized by rugged and flat topographies. Our findings reveal that soil δ56Fe values ranged from -0.01±0.05‰ to 0.14±0.01‰， with the highest values observed in eastern locations （0.14‰） and the lowest appeared in the northeast （-0.1‰）. On a global scale， the δ56Fe values observed in Tibetan soils exhibited relatively small variability compared to reservoirs marked by significant iron isotope fractionation. By contrast， the range of TP soils measured here was slightly larger than that of the Chinese Loess. Furthermore， we discerned noticeable spatial variations in δ56Fe across the large-scale region of TP， indicating a gradual increase trend from the northeast to the south and from the west to the east. These regional disparities in δ56Fe likely arise from a combination of constraining factors， including differences in mineralogy， lithological variations， organic matter content， and variations in chemical weathering intensity. This study is pivotal in advancing our understanding of land surface iron isotope δ56Fe dynamics and its role in the biogeochemical cycle within the TP region.

Analysis and Modeling of Time Output Characteristics for Distributed Photovoltaic and Energy Storage

Due to the unpredictable output characteristics of distributed photovoltaics,their integration into the grid can lead to voltage fluctuations within the regional power ***,the development of spatial-temporal coordination and optimization control methods for distributed photovoltaics and energy storage systems is of utmost importance in various *** paper approaches the issue from the perspective of spatiotemporal forecasting of distributed photovoltaic(PV)generation and proposes a Temporal Convolutional-Long Short-Term Memory prediction model that combines Temporal Convolutional Networks(TCN)and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM).To begin with,an analysis of the spatiotemporal distribution patterns of PV generation is conducted,and outlier data is handled using the 3σ ***,a novel approach that combines temporal convolution and LSTM networks is introduced,with TCN extracting spatial features and LSTM capturing temporal ***,a real spatiotemporal dataset from Gansu,China,is established to compare the performance of the proposed network against other *** results demonstrate that the model presented in this paper exhibits the highest predictive accuracy,with a single-step Mean Absolute Error(MAE)of 1.782 and an average Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)of 3.72 for multi-step predictions.
