Korean freshwater snails of the genus Semisulcospira are widely distributed across East *** has been a very popular nutritional food in Korea,and is an ecologically important water quality indicator because it lives only in clean ***,no microsatellite markers have been generated to study the population genetic diversity of this *** the present study,we developed and characterized 18 novel microsatellite loci from Semisulcospira coreana genomic *** microsatellites were isolated using 454 GS-FLX titanium sequencing and 18 markers were used for genotyping in *** addition,we also tested the cross-species transferability of the microsatellite markers in four additional Semisulcospira *** identified 18 polymorphic loci and the number of alleles per loci,and their polymorphism information content values ranged from 2 to 17 and 0.203 to 0.902,*** observed and expected heterozygosities of the loci ranged from 0.063 to 0.924 and 0.226 to 0.924,*** to the analysis of the cross-species transferability of these markers,four species,***,***,***,and ***,showed a very high transferability(80%–85%).These results show that this set of nuclear markers could be useful for population genetics studies of this species and closely related species.

Vitellogenin（Vtg）is the precursor of egg yolk proteins,and its expression has been used as a reliable biomarker for estrogenic contamination in the aquatic *** examine the biomarker potential of the self-fertilizing killifish Kryptolebias marmoratus Vtgs（Km-Vtgs）,full genomic DNAs of Km-Vtgs-Aa,Km-Vtgs-Ab,and Km-Vtgs-C were cloned,sequenced,and *** Vtg genes in *** are tandemly placed in a550 kb section of the same *** silico analysis of promoter regions revealed that both the Km-Vtgs-Aa and Km-Vtgs-Ab genes had an estrogen response element（ERE）,but the Km-Vtgs-C gene did ***,all three Km-Vtgs genes had several ERE-half sites in their promoter *** analysis demonstrated that the three deduced amino acid residues were highly conserved with conventional Vtgs protein,forming distinctive clades within teleost *** tissue showed the highest expression of Km-Vtg transcripts in all tested tissues（brain/pituitary,eye,gonad,intestine,skin,and muscle）in response to endocrine disrupting chemical（EDC）-exposed ***-Vtg transcripts were significantly increased in response to 17β-estradiol（E2）,tamoxifen（TMX）,4-n-nonylphenol（NP）,bisphenol A（BPA）,and octylphenol（OP）over 24 hr *** Km-Vtg-A gene was highly expressed compared to the control in response to NP and ***-induced modulatory patterns of Km-Vtg gene expression were different depending on tissue,gender,and isoforms.

Inhibitory leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptors(LILRB1-5) signal through immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs(ITIMs) in their intracellular domains and recruit phosphatases protein tyrosine phosphatase, non-receptor type 6(PTPN6, SHP-1), protein tyrosine phosphatase, non-receptor type 6(PTPN6, SHP-2), or Src homology 2 domain containing inositol phosphatase(SHIP) to negatively regulate immune cell activation. These receptors are known to play important regulatory roles in immune and neuronal functions. Recent studies demonstrated that several of these receptors are expressed by cancer cells. Importantly, they may directly regulate development, drug resistance, and relapse of cancer, and the activity of cancer stem cells. Although counterintuitive, these findings are consistent with the generally immune-suppressive and thus tumor-promoting roles of the inhibitory receptors in the immune system. This review focuses on the ligands, expression pattern, signaling, and function of LILRB family in the context of cancer development. Because inhibition of the signaling of certain LILRBs directly blocks cancer growth and stimulates immunity that may suppress tumorigenesis, but does not disturb normal development, LILRB signaling pathways may represent ideal targets for treating hematological malignancies and perhaps other tumors.

使用不同比例的阻燃增塑剂磷酸甲苯二苯酯(DPK)与常规增塑剂苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)增塑PVC树脂,制得相应的PVC建筑膜材涂层材料。考察两者对PVC材料阻燃及加工性能的作用效果,通过热重分析法研究DPK对PVC材料热降解过程的影响,并利用扫描电镜对材料残碳形貌进行观察,分析DPK的阻燃机理。结果表明:阻燃增塑剂DPK能促进PVC脱氯化氢气体,使材料表面形成一层致密的碳化膜,具有优异的阻燃性;且w(DPK)∶w(DINP)=10∶50复合使用时,能有效改善PVC涂层材料的阻燃性和可加工性。

Herein,we have proposed a method that uses a highly stretchable and conductive fiber-based multi-angle fiber array,which precisely measures human joint motion in various degrees of freedom(flexion and rotation)at the shoulders,knees,and wrists in real *** embedding conductive carbon nanotubes(CNTs)within spandex fibers of high elasticity and shape recovery ratio,we monitored joint motion stably without degrading the fiber’s conductivity even during repeated stretching and contraction of different *** strain occurring in a specific direction was monitored using mapping images generated due to the change in resistance that occurred when 12 CNT-embedded spandex fibers arranged in radial lines at intervals of 15°were stretched or contracted by an external *** proposed high-precision joint-monitoring technology measures human motion accurately and is applicable for use in wearable healthcare devices that require precise measurements.

Growth traits and genetic diversity of 23 provenances of Quercus rubra introduced from North America were analyzed in a provenance trial established with a randomized block design in Hwaseong,Gyeonggi,South Korea in *** variables and survival at age 25 were compared with results from early ***,DBH,volume and stem straightness of *** was better than those of the domestic oak(Quercus accutissima).Growth of the Dunham Island provenance from New York was the best among the 23 provenances that of the Eagle River provenance from Wisconsin was *** rate at age25 was on average 52%.The longitude of seed origin and growth of provenance were consistently significantly negatively correlated at all *** of coastal provenances was superior to that of the inland provenances,which were separated by the Appalachian *** diversity and genetic distance among the provenances were evaluated using micro satellite *** allelic frequencies showed high polymorphism in 10 microsatellite loci,and 292 alleles were *** 10 loci,two were commonly found in the 23 *** mean allelic diversity and heterozygosity observed among the provenances were similar to those from the native populations of *** in North ***’s genetic distance among the 23 was estimated and showed that a clear trend between geographic and genetic distances,indicating that some provenances have high genetic diversity with superior growth performance.

Waterborne elastic polyester (WEP) with different content of hard polyester was applied in the maize starch (MS) based composites (MS/WEP) via solution casting *** effects of WEP with different contents of hard polyester on the structure and properties of starch were studied by Fourier transform infrared,X-ray diffraction,ultraviolet-visible,tensile test,differential scanning calorimeter,thermogravimetric analysis and moisture *** experimental results show that the addition of WEP does not change the crystalline type of starch,and only reduces the crystallinity of *** the structure and properties of MS/WEP are related to not only the content of starch but also the microstructure of WEP or the content of hard polyester in *** elastic polyester with 30wt% hard polyester (WEP30) has the best modification effect on the maize starch among all the *** example,MS/WEP30 film has the optimum toughness,aging resistance and transmittance,the lowest crystallinity and glass transition temperature among all the MS/WEP films,and the lower moisture *** is related to the compatibility between starch and WEP,resulting from the number of physical crosslinking points in WEP..
