Pylorus-preserving gastrectomy(PPG)has been widely accepted as a function-preserving gastrectomy for middle-third early gastric cancer(EGC)with a distal tumor border at least 4 cm proximal to the *** procedure essentially preserves the function of the pyloric sphincter,which requires to preserve the upper third of the stomach and a pyloric cuff at least 2.5 *** suprapyloric and infrapyloric vessels are usually preserved,as are the hepatic and pyloric branches of the vagus *** with distal gastrectomy,PPG has significant advantages in preventing dumping syndrome,body weight loss and bile reflux *** postoperative complications after PPG have reached an acceptable *** can be considered a safe,effective,and superior choice in EGC,and is expected to be extensively performed in the future.

In this study,the gas-solid flow process in the blast furnace raceway is numerically simulated using coupled computational fluid dynamics and the discrete element method(CFD-DEM).The coke reaction kinetics data are imported into the DEM model to reproduce the consumption process of each coke *** effects of inlet gas velocity and angle on the morphology of the raceway,coke consumption rate,coke bed temperature,and particle size distribution in the blast process are systematically investigated and *** results show that the consumption of coke particles promotes the formation of raceways during the blast *** the same time,a coke mixture layer is produced at the edge of the *** higher the inlet gas velocity,the thicker the coke mixture layer in the middle and upper parts of the raceway region,and the larger the proportion of small particles in the coke mixture *** effect of the inlet gas angle on the raceway region is less than the inlet gas ***,with the increase in the inlet gas angle,the high-temperature region of the coke bed extends downward gradually,which is conducive to activating the hearth.

A catalytic performance is greatly impacted by the microenvironment surrounding the catalytic ***,efforts to modify the microenvironment are primarily directed towards the first coordination spheres,while controlling the secondary coordination spheres is entirely *** this work,a series of porphyrin-based covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with distinct linkage were rationally designed to investigate the structure-property relationship between the secondary coordination spheres of catalytic centers and CO_(2) *** secondary coordination spheres of COFs could be changed readily by manipulating the organic *** photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction,the COF withβ-ketoenamine as the linkage(NiPor-BDOB)exhibited superior activity,selectivity,and stability over its imine-linked counterpart(NiPor-BDA).Experiments and theoretical calculations indicated that the distinct secondary coordination sphere resulted in an electronic density change of Ni centers,leading to enhanced photocatalytic *** study highlights the significance of controlling the secondary coordination sphere around the active site.

“法律儒家化”是对儒学社会科学化的一次宝贵探索,但最好只被视为一种假说。儒家思想调和法律,提倡仁政,特别是以恤刑替代酷刑,既稳固统治秩序,亦回应社会需求。统治者主要从儒家思想中撷取了“亲亲尊尊”的伦理等级制作为治国理政的本体手段,并把恤刑、慎杀等仁政措施作为柔和统治的辅助手段。然而任何具有“儒家化”色彩的法律条款,只要涉及危害专制皇权,都将直接失灵。法律儒家化夸大了儒家而遮蔽了其他诸子思想对中国古代法律的影响,所谓“法律儒家化”的真相是中国古代立法仅吸纳了儒家思想的部分内容。先秦儒家思想在进入法律之过程中很大程度上被异化。此外,中国古代立法还广泛吸收其他诸子思想,例如对伦理等级的维护并不独归功于儒家,恤刑慎杀的观念也汲取了阴阳、黄老等各家思想精华。应充分认识中国古代法律思想特别是立法思想的多元化特点,公允地重审法律儒家化在世界学术史上的地位与影响,致力于推动中国法律史理论的迭代更新。

在电力电缆局部放电(PD)模式识别时,相位图谱以及统计特征往往因区分度不足而影响识别精度。为此,提出了一种基于时序拓扑数据分析(TDA)的局放特征提取和识别方法。首先,提出一种符号熵和粒子群优化(PSO)相结合的重构参数选择方法,将预处理后的局放时域信号进行相空间重构,并生成三维局放数据点云;然后,基于TDA方法提取持续同调特征,据此生成持续散点图及持续条形码,计算并可视化表达为贝蒂曲线;最后,将贝蒂曲线输入1D-CNN模型,对4种典型局放缺陷模式进行识别并开展对比实验。实验结果表明,该方法对相空间重构时延参数的选取更加准确,且TDA特征具备良好的区分度,相比其他以相位图谱及统计特征为输入的模型,该方法整体识别准确率最高可提升15.34%,达到98.55%。

世界经济正处在新旧动能的转换期,数字贸易成为当前经济结构转型的典型特征。本文利用OECD数据库中2008-2019年的贸易数据,筛选出6类数字化程度高的行业,从网络结构和影响因素两方面探究了全球数字贸易结构的演化态势。研究发现:①全球数字贸易格局空间分布不均衡,主要的贸易节点和贸易联系都分布在西半球和北半球,“美日欧”作为全球数字经济与数字贸易的引领者,在全球数字贸易网络中占据着重要的地位;②不同行业数字贸易网络的结构和紧密程度有一定差异,但除金融服务的贸易网络为多中心结构外,其他行业的贸易网络均呈现以美国为核心的单中心结构,中国在6类行业的数字贸易网络中均处于外围位置。③信息通信技术、对外开放水平、互联网普及程度、相同收入水平、共同货币、共同语言及区域贸易协定均对促进双边贸易流量的提升有积极作用,接壤关系仅在早期有利于贸易流量的提升,宗教文化对数字贸易并无显著影响,而地理距离对开展数字贸易仍具有显著的抑制作用,打破了“距离已死”的说法。本研究旨在探讨全球数字贸易发展的空间分布及演化,以期增强中国在全球数字贸易网络的辐射能力,寻求竞争优势。

随着高级量测体系的发展和智能电表的广泛应用,为配电网三相状态估计提供了丰富的终端量测信息。与此同时,大量的智能电表数据给配电网通信系统提出了更高的通信带宽和实时存储要求。为了缓解量测拥堵和时延现象,文中引入事件触发机制代替传统量测数据的周期性采样,在保证有效量测信息及时上传的同时减少通信成本和投资。在此基础上,针对配电网实时状态感知问题,提出了基于鲁棒集合卡尔曼滤波的配电网三相动态状态估计方法,在正常运行场景下,能够保持与无偏估计加权最小二乘法相近的估计精度;当含有坏数据时,该方法也拥有较强的鲁棒性。
