The origin of hydrodynamic turbulence in rotating shear flow is a long standing *** it is especially important in astrophysics when the flow＇s angular momentum profile is Keplerian which forms an accretion disk having negligible molecular ***,any viscosity in such systems must be due to turbulence,arguably governed by magnetorotational instability,especially when temperature T ≥10 ***,such disks around quiescent cataclysmic variables,protoplanetary and star-forming disks,and the outer regions of disks in active galactic nuclei are practically neutral in charge because of their low temperature,and thus are not expected to be coupled with magnetic fields enough to generate any transport due to the magnetorotational *** flow is similar to plane Couette flow including the Coriolis force,at least *** drives their turbulence and then transport,when such flows do not exhibit any unstable mode under linear hydrodynamic perturbation？ We demonstrate that the three-dimensional secondary disturbance to the primarily perturbed flow that triggers elliptical instability may generate significant turbulent viscosity in the range 0.0001 ≤νt≤ 0.1,which can explain transport in accretion flows.

Azygos anterior cerebral artery (ACA) is type I variation of ACA with a reported incidence of < 1% in population(1)This variation predisposes to the formation of aneurysm especially at the bifurcation zone. The aneurysm develops because of double hemodynamic pressure supplying medial surface of both cerebral hemispheres. However reported incidence of saccular aneurysm in azygos ACA is between 13% and 71%(2,3)It is often associated with other central nervous system (CNS) malformations like agenesis of corpus callosum, hydranencephaly and other vascular malformations[4].

Chlorophenols, typically 4-chlorophenols are highly toxic and non-biodegradable organic contaminants which pose serious threat to the environment, particularly when released into aqueous medium. The removal of these pollutants by efficient method has received worldwide concern in recent past. A new Fe3O4–Cr2O3 magnetic nanocomposite was synthesized by wet chemical method under ultrasonic irradiation. Microstructure and morphology of the nanocomposite were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction（XRD）,Fourier transform infrared（FT-IR）, and a transmission electron microscope（TEM）. Magnetic and optical properties were studied by a vibrating sample magnetometer（VSM） and an ultraviolet–visible（UV–Vis） spectrophotometer respectively. The magnetic nanocomposite（MNC） was used as photocatalyst for effective decomposition of 4-chlorophenol in water under ultraviolet（UV） irradiation.

Optimizing the performance of composite structures is a real-world application with significant *** this paper,a high-fidelity finite element method(FEM)is combined with the iterative improvement capability of metaheuristic optimization algorithms to obtain optimized composite *** FEM module comprises of ninenode isoparametric plate bending element in conjunction with the first-order shear deformation theory(FSDT).A recently proposed memetic version of particle swarm optimization called RPSOLC is modified in the current research to carry out multi-objective Pareto *** performance of the MO-RPSOLC is found to be comparable with the *** work successfully highlights the use of FEM-MO-RPSOLC in obtaining highfidelity Pareto solutions considering simultaneous maximization of the fundamental frequency and frequency separation in laminated composites by optimizing the stacking sequence.

In this work,diamond-like carbon(DLC)thin film coatings are deposited on silicon substrates by using plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition(PECVD)*** varying the hydrogen(H2)flow rate,CH4−Argon(Ar)flow rate and deposition temperature(Td)as per a Box-Behnken experimental design(BBD),15 DLC deposition experiments are carried *** Young’s modulus(E)and the coefficient of friction(COF)for the DLCs are *** using a second-order polynomial regression approach,two metamodels are built for E and COF,that establish them as functions of H2 flow rate,CH4-Ar flow rate and Td.A non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-III)is used to obtain a set of Pareto solutions for the multi-objective optimization of E maximization and COF *** to various practical scenarios,evaluation based on distance from average solution(Edas)approach is used to identify the most feasible solutions out of the Pareto solution *** experiments are conducted which shows the efficacy of the polynomial regression—NSGA-III—Edas hybrid *** surface morphology of the DLCs deposited as per the optimal predictions is also studied by using atomic force microscopy.

The south west coastal zone of Bangladesh have been affected by rampant water logging due to vulnerable climate, silted rivers and stumpy terrain;and introduction of IWRM and TRM at some places of the zone has substantially safeguarded the circumstance. This study aims to assess the benefits achieved due to implementation of IWRM in parts of Khulna and Jessore districts, and investigate some technical aspects evolving TRM. Analyses have been carried out using satellite images, RS and GIS technology, Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and field investigations. A mathematical formulation has been made to assess rate of tidal sedimentation due to TRM and selection strategies of tidal basins. The study comes up with evidences of considerable advancements in regional livelihood i.e. flood resistance, cultivated lands, cultivable area, cropping intensities and food security due to IWRM. Moreover, the technical facts established on TRM would help planners to have vivid perception regarding the process.
