The global populationhas beenandwill continue to be severely impacted by theCOVID-19 *** primary objective of this research is to demonstrate the future impact of COVID-19 on those who suffer from other fatal conditions such as cancer,heart disease,and ***,using ordinary differential equations(ODEs),two mathematical models are developed to explain the association between COVID-19 and cancer and between COVID-19 and diabetes and heart *** that,we highlight the stability assessments that can be applied to these *** analysis is used to examine how changes in certain factors impact different aspects of *** sensitivity analysis showed that many people are still nervous about seeing a doctor due to COVID-19,which could result in a dramatic increase in the diagnosis of various ailments in the years to *** correlation between diabetes and cardiovascular illness is also illustrated *** effects of smoking and obesity are also found to be significant in disease *** fitting is also provided for interpreting the relationship between real data and the results of *** people,in particular,need tomonitor their health conditions closely and practice heart health *** with heart diseases should undergo regular checks so that they can protect themselves from diabetes and take some precautions including suitable *** main purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of regular checks,to warn people about the effects of COVID-19(including avoiding healthcare centers and doctors because of the spread of infectious diseases)and to indicate the importance of family history of cancer,heart diseases and *** provision of the recommendations requires an increase in public consciousness.

Studying the dynamics of solitons in nonlinear time-fractional partial differential equations has received substantial attention,in the last *** main aim of the current investigation is to consider the time-fractional Sharma–Tasso–Olver–Burgers(STOB)equation in the Caputo–Fabrizio(CF)context and obtain its valid approximations through adopting a mixed approach composed of the homotopy analysis method(HAM)and the Laplace *** existence and uniqueness of the solution of the time-fractional STOB equation in the CF context are investigated by demonstrating the Lipschitz condition forφ(x,t;u)as the kernel and giving some *** illustrate the CF operator effect on the dynamics of the obtained solitons,several two-and threedimensional plots are formally *** is shown that the mixed approach is capable of producing valid approximations to the time-fractional STOB equation in the CF context.

On some novel solution solutions to the generalized Schrödinger-Boussinesq equations for the interaction between complex short wave and real long wave envelope

This paper explores some novel solutions to the generalized Schrödinger-Boussinesq(gSBq)equations,which describe the interaction between complex short wave and real long wave *** order to derive some novel complex hyperbolic and complex trigonometric function solutions,the sine-Gordon equation method(sGEM)is applied to the gSBq *** complex hyperbolic and trigonometric function solutions are expressed by the dark,bright,combo dark-bright,W-shaped,M-shaped,singular,combo singular,and periodic wave *** accuracy of the explored solitons is examined under the back substitution to the corresponding equations via the symbolic computation software *** is found from the back substitution outcomes that all soliton solutions satisfy the original *** proper significance of the explored outcomes is demonstrated by the three-dimensional(3D)and two-dimensional(2D)graphs,which are presented under the selection of particular values of the free *** the combo-soliton(W-shaped,M-shaped,and periodic wave)solutions are found to be new for the interaction between complex short wave and real long wave envelope in laser physics that show the novelty of the ***,the applied method provides an efficient tool for exploring novel soliton solutions,and it overcomes the complexities of the solitary wave ansatz method.

The current study deals with exact soliton solutions for Schrödinger-Hirota(SH)equation via two modi-fied integration *** methods are known as the improved(G/G)-expansion method and the Kudryashov *** model is a generalized version of the nonlinear Schrödinger(NLS)equation with higher order dispersion and cubic *** can be considered as a more accurate approximation than the NLS equation in explaining wave propagation in the ocean and optical fibers.A novel deriva-tive operator named as the conformable truncated M-fractional is used to study the above mentioned *** obtained results can be used in describing the Schrödinger-Hirota equation in some better *** the obtained results are verified through symbolic computational ***,the ob-tained results show that the suggested approaches have broaden capacity to secure some new soliton type solutions for the fractional differential equations in an effective *** the end,the results are also explained through their graphical representations.

Density-Dependent Conformable Space-time Fractional Diffusion-Reaction Equation and Its Exact Solutions

In this article, a special type of fractional differential equations(FDEs) named the density-dependent conformable fractional diffusion-reaction(DDCFDR) equation is studied. Aforementioned equation has a significant role in the modelling of some phenomena arising in the applied science. The well-organized methods, including the exp(-φ(ε))-expansion and modified Kudryashov methods are exerted to generate the exact solutions of this equation such that some of the solutions are new and have been reported for the first time. Results illustrate that both methods have a great performance in handling the DDCFDR equation.

Optimal control of combined antiretroviral therapies in an HIV infection model with cure rate and fusion effect

This paper mainly targets to deduce an optimal treatment strategy for combined antiretroviral drugs,which can maximize healthy CD4^(+)T cells level with minimum side effects and *** this purpose,we consider a within-host treatment model for the HIV infection with two controls incorporating full logistic proliferation of healthy CD4^(+)T cells,cure rate and fusion *** two controls represent the effects of reverse transcriptase inhibitors(RTIs)and protease inhibitors(PIs),*** model analysis begins with proving different basic properties like non-negativity,boundedness of the model solutions and calculation of the basic reproduction number of the model under ***,stability results are obtained for HIV infection-free equilibrium point and also,a critical efficacy for the combined therapies is *** that,the optimal control problem is proposed and solved numerically using a forwardbackward iterative ***,we obtain an optimal treatment strategy that can maximize healthy CD4^(+)T cells count and control the viral load,and HIV-infected CD4^(+)T cells count to an undetectable level resulting in improved health conditions of infected individuals.
