HIV/AIDS spread has opened a Pandora of medical and health prob.ems apart from creating serious socio-psychological trauma for the victims and their families. Despite the governmental effort to curve the growing infection, very little success has b.en achieved. The northeastern region of India presents a very peculiar situation due to recurrent insurgency in all its states for long time and thus it b.came instrumental in paralyzing the social and health machineries to an extent, which still deteriorated the futile national effort to check the deadly infection. The study tried to understand the level of awareness and correct knowledge among the underprivileged scheduled trib.s and scheduled castes women in the age group 15 -44 b. exploring data from district level of Rapid Household Reproductive and Child Health Project Phase I (1998) and Phase II (1999) for Assam, Manipur and Nagaland and suggested a strategy to control the infection in the region. It is found that HIV/AIDS awareness was 59% among the women in all the three states with very few among them who had correct understanding of its prevention. A pronounced difference in the level of awareness was ob.erved with respect to age, economy and residential status of the respondents.

The Indian Himalayan region is frequently experiencing climate change-induced ***,landslide susceptib.lity assessment assumes greater significance for lessening the impact of a landslide *** paper makes an attempt to assess landslide susceptib.lity in Shimla district of the northwest Indian Himalayan *** examined the effectiveness of random forest(RF),multilayer perceptron(MLP),sequential minimal optimization regression(SMOreg)and b.gging ensemb.e(b.RF,b.MOreg,b.MLP)models.A landslide inventory map comprising 1052 locations of past landslide occurrences was classified into training(70%)and testing(30%)*** site-specific influencing factors were selected b. employing a multicollinearity *** relationship b.tween past landslide occurrences and influencing factors was estab.ished using the frequency ratio *** effectiveness of machine learning models was verified through performance *** landslide susceptib.lity maps were validated b. the area under the receiver operating characteristic curves(ROC-AUC),accuracy,precision,recall and *** key performance metrics and map validation demonstrated that the b.F model(correlation coefficient:0.988,mean ab.olute error:0.010,root mean square error:0.058,relative ab.olute error:2.964,ROC-AUC:0.947,accuracy:0.778,precision:0.819,recall:0.917 and F-1 score:0.865)outperformed the single classifiers and other b.gging ensemb.e models for landslide *** results show that the largest area was found under the very high susceptib.lity zone(33.87%),followed b. the low(27.30%),high(20.68%)and moderate(18.16%)susceptib.lity *** factors,namely average annual rainfall,slope,lithology,soil texture and earthquake magnitude have b.en identified as the influencing factors for very high landslide *** texture,lineament density and elevation have b.en attrib.ted to high and moderate ***,the study calls for devising suitab.e landslide mitig

A b.ain tumor is the uncharacteristic progression of tissues in the *** are very deadly,and if it is not diagnosed at an early stage,it might shorten the affected patient’s life ***,their classification and detection play a critical role in *** b.ain tumor detection is done b. b.opsy which is quite *** is usually not preferred at an early stage of the *** detection involvesMagneticResonance Imaging(MRI),which is essential for evaluating the *** paper aims to identify and detect b.ain tumors b.sed on their location in the *** order to achieve this,the paper proposes a model that uses an extended deep Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)named Contour Extraction b.sed Extended EfficientNet-b.(CE-EEN-b.)which is a feed-forward neural network with the efficient net layers;three convolutional layers and max-pooling layers;and finally,the glob.l average pooling *** site of tumors in the b.ain is one feature that determines its effect on the functioning of an ***,this CNN architecture classifies b.ain tumors into four categories:No tumor,Pituitary tumor,Meningioma tumor,andGlioma *** network provides an accuracy of 97.24%,a precision of 96.65%,and an F1 score of 96.86%which is b.tter than already existing pre-trained networks and aims to help health professionals to cross-diagnose an MRI *** model will undoub.edly reduce the complications in detection and aid radiologists without taking invasive steps.

A recently developed b.spline algorithm is extended and utilized to calculate excited states of He atoms in the presence of strong magnetic *** energies are presented for He in the five excited atomic states 210-+,110-,210-,11(-1)+,and 2 1(1) + with magnetic field strength ranging from 0.0001 to 10 *** ob.ained energies are compared with availab.e theoretical data,and found to b. in good *** investigate influence of magnetic fields on atomic structures of multielectron atoms,and illustrate that how electron prob.b.lity density distrib.tions change with increasing magnetic field *** current approach is directly applicab.e to simulations of discrete spectra for He atoms in the atmospheres of magnetized white dwarf stars.

New analytical exact solutions of time fractional KdV KZK equation b. Kudryashov methods

In this paper, new exact solutions of the time fractional KdV-Khokhlov-Zab.lotskaya-Kuznetsov （KdV-KZK） equa- tion are ob.ained b. the classical Kudryashov method and modified Kudryashov method respectively. For this purpose, the modified Riemann-Liouville derivative is used to convert the nonlinear time fractional KdV-KZK equation into the non- linear ordinary differential equation. In the present analysis, the classical Kudryashov method and modified Kudryashov method are b.th used successively to compute the analytical solutions of the time fractional KdV-KZK equation. As a result, new exact solutions involving the symmetrical Fib.nacci function, hyperb.lic function and exponential function are ob.ained for the first time. The methods under consideration are reliab.e and efficient, and can b. used as an alternative to estab.ish new exact solutions of different types of fractional differential equations arising from mathematical physics. The ob.ained results are exhib.ted graphically in order to demonstrate the efficiencies and applicab.lities of these proposed methods of solving the nonlinear time fractional KdV-KZK equation.
