In recent days,Deep Learning(DL)techniques have become an emerging transformation in the field of machine learning,artificial intelligence,computer vision,and so ***,researchers and industries have been highly endorsed in the medical field,predicting and controlling diverse diseases at specific *** tumor prediction is a vital chore in analyzing and treating liver *** paper proposes a novel approach for predicting liver tumors using Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and a depth-based variant search algorithm with advanced attention mechanisms(CNN-DS-AM).The proposed work aims to improve accuracy and robustness in diagnosing and treating liver *** anticipated model is assessed on a Computed Tomography(CT)scan dataset containing both benign and malignant liver *** proposed approach achieved high accuracy in predicting liver tumors,outperforming other state-of-the-art ***,advanced attention mechanisms were incorporated into the CNN model to enable the identification and highlighting of regions of the CT scans most relevant to predicting liver *** results suggest that incorporating attention mechanisms and a depth-based variant search algorithm into the CNN model is a promising approach for improving the accuracy and robustness of liver tumor *** can assist radiologists in their diagnosis and treatment *** proposed system achieved a high accuracy of 95.5%in predicting liver tumors,outperforming other state-of-the-art methods.

In the recent years,error recovery circuits in optimized data path units are adopted with approximate computing *** this paper the novel multipliers have effective utilization in the newly proposed two different 4:2 approximate compressors that generate Error free Sum(ES)and Error free Carry(EC).Proposed ES and Proposed EC in 4:2 compressors are used for performing Partial Product(PP)*** structural arrangement utilizes Dadda structure based *** to the regularity of PP arrangement Dadda multiplier is chosen for compressor implementation that favors easy standard cell ASIC *** this,the proposed compression idealogy are more effective in the smallest n columns,and the accurate compressor in the remaining most significant *** limits the error in the multiplier output to be not more than 2n for an n X n *** choice among the proposed compressors is decided based on the significance of the sum and carry signals on the multiplier *** an enhancement to the proposed multiplier,we introduce two Area Efficient(AE)variants viz.,Proposed-AE(P-AE),and P-AE with Error Recovery(P-AEER).The proposed basic P-AE,and P-AEER designs exhibit 46.7%,52.9%,and 52.7%PDP reduction respectively when compared to an approximate multiplier of minimal error type and are designed with 90nm ASIC *** proposed design and their performance validation are done by using Cadence *** performance evaluations are carried out using cadence encounter with 90nm ASIC *** proposed-basic P-AEA and P-AEER designs demonstrate 46.7%,52.9%and 52.7%PDP reduction compared to the minimal error approximate *** proposed multiplier is implemented in digital image processing which revealed 0.9810 Structural SIMilarity Index(SSIM),to the least,and less than 3%deviation in ECG signal processing application.

The antioxidant and anticorrosive effect of Tragia involucrate L.(T. involucrate L.) was evaluated to aid in finding new compounds which can be used for various purposes. The total phenolic(TPC) and flavonoid content(TFC),antioxidant activity(DPPH, reducing potential and phosphomolybdenum), and electrochemical measurements,Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR), UV–visible(UV–vis) spectral analysis, scanning electron microscopy/energydispersive X-ray spectroscopy(SEM–EDX) and atomic force microscopy(AFM) were done to analyze the potency and also the inhibition efficiency of T. involucrate L. against 1 mol·L^(-1) HCl on low carbon steel. The TPC(145.21 mg GAE·g^(-1)), TFC(52.32 mg QCE·g^(-1)) and antioxidant activities were found to be significant. The electrochemical studies performed by AC impedance measurements showed significant changes in impedance spectra without causing any change in Nyquist plots. An increase in charge transfer resistance(Rct) values, a blockage in active sites exhibiting cathodic and anodic inhibition shows the action of inhibitor on low carbon steel. This was later confirmed by FT-IR and UV–vis which showed variation in absorption band at 270 nm and273 nm(before immersion) and 208 and 281 nm(after immersion). The same was tested again by SEM–EDX through altered strength of iron and oxygen bands and using AFM by analyzing the change in average roughness values of low carbon steel before(61.65 nm) and after(97.87 nm) exposure to blank acid without inhibitor, while it was shifted to 81.58 nm in acid with inhibitor. All these results showed strong evidence adding values to T. involucrate L. plant extract in inhibiting corrosion on low carbon steel and by promoting antioxidant importance of the extract which helps in scavenging free radicals.

Abstract Antioxidant supplements from plants are vital to count the oxidative damage in cells. We assessed the antioxidants and antibacterial activity of green hull of Juglans regia in this study. According to our results the maximum antibacterial activity was observed in ethanolic extract when compared to other extract. So, the ethanolic extract was studied for antioxidant activity which exhibited high antiradical activity against DPPH, hydroxyl, and nitric oxide radicals. In conclusion, green hull of J. regia showed strong reducing power activity and total antioxidant capacity. The results justify the therapeutic application of plant in the indigenous system of medicine.

Quantum Chemical Studies on the Corrosion Inhibition of Mild Steel by Piperidin-4-One Derivatives in 1 M H<sub>3</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>

The corrosion inhibition properties of 2,6-diphenylpiperidin-4-one (DPP) (1A) and 2,6-diphenyldihydro-2H-thiopyran-4(3H)-one (DPDT) (1B) for mild steel in 1 M phosphoric acid were studied using weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopic techniques. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of mild steel has been examined in the temperature range 303 - 328 K. The inhibition efficiency increases with increasing inhibitor concentration but decreases with increasing temperature. Potentiodynamic polarization studies indicated the mixed nature of inhibitors. The adsorption of the inhibitors on mild steel surface obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherms. The density functional theory (DFT) at the B3LYP/6- 31G (d) basis set level was performed on 1A and 1B to investigate the correlation between molecular structure and the corresponding inhibition efficiency (%). The quantum chemical parameters such as EHOMO, ELUMO, the energy gap (E), hardness (η), softness (S), dipole moment (μ), electron affinity (A), ionization potential (I), the absolute electronegativity (χ), the fraction of electron transferred (N), electrophilicity index (ω), the back-donation (EBack-donation) and Mulliken population analysis have been calculated.

Objective： To identify the free radical scavenging activity of ethanolic extract of Evolvulus alsinoides. Methods： The free radical scavenging activity was evaluated by in vitro methods like reducing power assay, total antioxidant activity, 2,2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl （DPPH） reduction, superoxide radical scavenging activity, 2,2＇-azinobis-（3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid）（ABTS＊） scavenging activity, hydroxyl radical scavenging assay, and nitric oxide radical scavenging assay, which were studied by using ascorbic acid as standard. Results： The extract showed significant activities in all antioxidant assays compared with the reference antioxidant ascorbic acid. The total antioxidant activity as well as the reducing power was also found to increase in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion： Evolvulus alsinoides may act as a chemopreventive agent, providing antioxidant properties and offering effective protection from free radicals.
