Distributed Nash equilibrium seeking of aggregative games is investigated and a continuous-time algorithm is proposed.The algorithm is designed by virtue of projected gradient play dynamics and aggregation tracking dynamics,and is applicable to games with constrained strategy sets and weight-balanced communication graphs.The key feature of our method is that the proposed projected dynamics achieves exponential convergence,whereas such convergence results are only obtained for non-projected dynamics in existing works on distributed optimization and equilibrium seeking.Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of our methods.

Accurate estimation of the remaining useful life(RUL)and health state for rollers is of great significance to hot rolling production.It can provide decision support for roller management so as to improve the productivity of the hot rolling process.In addition,the RUL prediction for rollers is helpful in transitioning from the current regular maintenance strategy to conditional-based maintenance.Therefore,a new method that can extract coarse-grained and fine-grained features from batch data to predict the RUL of the rollers is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a new deep learning network architecture based on recurrent neural networks that can make full use of the extracted coarsegrained fine-grained features to estimate the heath indicator(HI)is developed,where the HI is able to indicate the health state of the roller.Following that,a state-space model is constructed to describe the HI,and the probabilistic distribution of RUL can be estimated by extrapolating the HI degradation model to a predefined failure threshold.Finally,application to a hot strip mill is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods using data collected from an industrial site,and the relatively low RMSE and MAE values demonstrate its advantages compared with some other popular deep learning methods.

A Routh table test for stability of commensurate fractional degree polynomials and their commensurate fractional order systems is presented via an auxiliary integer degree polynomial. The presented Routh test is a classical Routh table test on the auxiliary integer degree polynomial derived from and for the commensurate fractional degree polynomial. The theoretical proof of this proposed approach is provided by utilizing Argument principle and Cauchy index. Illustrative examples show efficiency of the presented approach for stability test of commensurate fractional degree polynomials and commensurate fractional order systems. So far, only one Routh-type test approach [1] is available for the commensurate fractional degree polynomials in the literature. Thus, this classical Routh-type test approach and the one in [1] both can be applied to stability analysis and design for the fractional order systems, while the one presented in this paper is easy for peoples, who are familiar with the classical Routh table test, to use.

This paper studies the cross-regional variation of interest rates in China in the 1930s. Based on county-level data from the Buck (1941) rural surveys, we examine factors that may have influenced rural interest rates in pre-1949 China. Since the quality of institutions that define property rights and facilitate contract enforcement is important for such transactions as land tenancy arrangements, we treat land tenancy rate (or percentage of owner-farmers) as a proxy for institutional quality. Contrary to the popular belief among historians and economists that usury or high interest rates caused persistent poverty, we find that while the monopoly-exploitation hypothesis has little explanatory power, a region’s institutional quality and income level are persistent and significant determinants of interest rates. Thus, poverty is a key driver of high rates of interest. Economic growth and the development of market institutions are crucial for lowering high interest rates and combating usury.

青藏公路是我国重要的交通线,其沿线生态环境质量受到学者的广泛关注,如何全面、快速和准确地对其生态环境质量进行评估极为重要。文中以GEE(Google earth engine)平台为技术支撑,以2010年青藏公路第五次改建工程为研究切入点,选取2005-2020年那曲至安多段中轴线两侧5km提取绿度(NDVI)、热度(LST)、干度(NDSI)和湿度(WET)四个指标,利用主成分分析法(PCA)构建遥感生态指数(RSEI)模型对青藏公路沿线生态环境质量进行评估,并使用变异系数对其波动性进行分析。结果表明:1)RSEI四个分指标中,热度是影响研究区生态环境质量的主要指标。2)2005-2020年,研究区生态环境质量波动上升,总体明显改善,改善面积达1424.34km2,占比99.71%,恶化区域主要集中在北部安多段附近。3)研究区生态环境质量等级由较差为主转变为以较好为主,等级为优和较好的区域占比明显增加;中等、差和较差区域占比有所降低,其中RSEI优和良的比例由2005年的0.21%和1.25%上升至2020年9.46%和88.31%。

The continuous growth of regulations in the Qing Dynasty has been documented and explained by voluminous literature.However,this study finds that this literature does not capture the full picture.The upward trend in the number of new regulations in The Great Qing Code is not sustained throughout the entire Qing Dynasty.Additionally,there are differences between various types of new regulations.The growth of regulations mainly occurs before the middle period of the Qianlong reign,but afterwards there is a decline.However,the decline in the growth rate of new regulations and precedents of the central government departments of the bureaucracy is relatively weaker and not as sustained as regulations in The Great Qing Code.With the change in the number,the structure of the regulations has also changed.The importance of"enacting regulations based on cases"increases compared with"enacting regulations based on high rank officers'suggestions."The tendency toward"criminalization"in The Great Qing Code is also strengthened.In the meantime,"governing officials"remains the main source of central regulations for The Great Qing Code.Governing officials also shapes the relationship between local government and society,and this provides a bit of room for private regulations to gain legal validity indirectly.This source of legislation increases the adaptability of the governance of the Qing Dynasty.

该研究的技术方案系以经贵州省普安县本土驯化的伊拉兔为母本,以经过贵州省普安县本土驯化的比利时兔为父本。通过选择优秀的伊拉兔自交,伊拉兔与比利时兔杂交,再实施回交及横交固定的产仔率、不同阶段的生长性能相关的统计及生产性能等方面的研究,选育出杂交后代抗逆性强、耐粗饲、肉质好、产肉率高,同时具备体格健壮、繁殖率较高、生长发育快等特点的优秀肉兔,克服伊拉兔泌乳性能相对较低,不耐粗饲等劣势。这样就大大提高养兔业的经济效益和社会效益,巩固脱贫攻坚,助推乡村振兴。国家实施“乡村振兴”战略,大力发展农业产业,肉兔属小型草食型动物,相对节约饲料成本,有利于提高养殖经济效益。兔肉肉质细腻,富含卵磷脂、高蛋白、低脂肪,被称为“美容”食品,符合现代人的消费需求,市场前景广阔。

H3‑T6SS of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14 contributes to environmental adaptation via secretion of a biofilm‑promoting effector

Microbial species often occur in complex communities and exhibit intricate synergistic and antagonistic interactions.To avoid predation and compete for favorable niches,bacteria have evolved specialized protein secretion systems.The type VI secretion system(T6SS)is a versatile secretion system widely distributed among Gram-negative bacteria that translocates effectors into target cells or the extracellular milieu via various physiological processes.Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen responsible for many diseases,and it has three independent T6SSs(H1-,H2-,and H3-T6SS).In this study,we found that the H3-T6SS of highly virulent P.aeruginosa PA14 is negatively regulated by OxyR and OmpR,which are global regulatory proteins of bacterial oxidative and acid stress.In addition,we identified a H3-T6SS effector PA14_33970,which is located upstream of VgrG3.PA14_33970 interacted directly with VgrG3 and translocated into host cells.Moreover,we found that H3-T6SS and PA14_33970 play crucial roles in oxidative,acid,and osmotic stress resistance,as well as in motility and biofilm formation.PA14_33970 was identified as a new T6SS effec-tor promoting biofilm formation and thus named TepB.Furthermore,we found that TepB contributes to the virulence of P.aeruginosa PA14 toward Caenorhabditis elegans.Overall,our study indicates that H3-T6SS and its biofilm-promot-ing effector TepB are regulated by OxyR and OmpR,both of which are important for adaptation of P.aeruginosa PA14 to multiple stressors,providing insights into the regulatory mechanisms and roles of T6SSs in P.aeruginosa.

An Accurate and Efficient Approach for High-Frequency Transformer Parameter Extraction

Accurate parasitic parameter extraction of high-frequency transformers is one of the key techniques to efficiently design a Switched-mode power supply(SMPS).An approach to accurately and efficiently extract the parasitic parameters of high-frequency transformers is proposed. The high-frequency transformer is first decomposed into first-order RL and second-order RLC circuits according to inherent step response characteristics.Through the measured discharging pulse and damped oscillation responses of the high-frequency transformer excited by a square wave, we can extract the equivalent circuit parameters through fitting the responses with Particle swarm optimization(PSO). The equivalent circuits of the high-frequency transformer with the desired parameters are obtained for the SMPS design. We validate the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method with simulations and measurements.
