Water molecules and oxygen-vacancy modulation of vanadium pentoxide with fast kinetics toward ultrahigh power density and durable flexible all-solid-state zinc ion battery

Aqueous zinc ion battery(ZIB)with many virtues such as high safety,cost-effective,and good environmental compatibility is a large-scale energy storage technology with great application potential.Nevertheless,its application is severely hindered by the slow diffusion of zinc ions in desirable cathode materials.Herein,a technique of water-incorporation coupled with oxygen-vacancy modulation is exploited to improve the zinc ions diffusion kinetics in vanadium pentoxide(V_(2)O_5)cathode for ZIB.The incorporated water molecules replace lattice oxygen in V_(2)O_5,and function as pillars to expand interlayer distance.So the structural stability can be enhanced,and the zinc ions diffusion kinetics might also be promoted during the repeated intercalation/deintercalation.Meanwhile,the lattice water molecules can effectively enhance conductivity due to the electronic density modulation effect.Consequently,the modulated V_(2)O_5(H-V_(2)O_5)cathode behaves with superior rate capacity and stable durability,achieving 234 mA h g^(-1)over 9000 cycles even at 20 A g^(-1).Furthermore,a flexible all-solid-state(ASS)ZIB has been constructed,exhibiting an admirable energy density of 196.6 Wh kg^(-1)and impressive power density of 20.4 kW kg^(-1)as well as excellent long-term lifespan.Importantly,the assembled flexible ASS ZIB would be able to work in a large temperature span(from-20 to 70℃).Additionally,we also uncover the energy storage mechanism of the H-V_(2)O_5 electrode,offering a novel approach for creating high-kinetics cathodes for multivalent ion storage.

The development of zinc ion batteries (ZIBs) with large capacity,high rate,and durable cathode material is a crucial and urgent task.Ni Co_(2)O_(4)(NCO) has received ever-growing interest as a potential cathode material for ZIBs,owing to the high theoretical capacity,rich source,cost-effective,and versatile redox nature.However,due to the slow dynamics of the NCO electrodes,its practical application in highperformance systems is severely limited.Herein,we report an electron density modulated NCO nanosheets (N-NCO NSs) with high-kinetics Zn^(2+)-storage capability as an additive-free cathode for flexible all-solid-state (ASS) ZIBs.By virtue of the enhanced electronic conductivity,improved reaction kinetics,and increased active sites,the optimized N-NCO NSs electrode delivers a high capacity of 357.7 m Ah g^(-1)at 1.0 A g^(-1)and a superior rate capacity of 201.4 m Ah g^(-1)at 20 A g^(-1).More importantly,a flexible ASS ZIBs device is manufactured using a solid polymer electrolyte of a poly (vinylidene fluoride hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP) film.The flexible ASS ZIBs device shows superb durability with 80.2%capacity retention after 20,000 cycles and works well in the range of-20–70℃.Furthermore,the flexible ASS ZIBs achieves an impressive energy density as high as 578.1 W h kg^(-1)with a peak power density of 33.6 k W kg^(-1),substantially outperforming those latest ZIBs.This work could provide valuable insights for constructing high-kinetics and high-capability cathodes with long-term stability for flexible ASS ZIBs.

为了研究室内二氧化碳(CO_(2))体积分数变化以及其与人类活动之间的关系,设计了一种开放路径式可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)传感系统对室内CO_(2)体积分数进行监测。采用中心波长为2004 nm的分布式反馈(DFB)激光器作为激励光源测量CO_(2)的R(16)特征吸收线。使用Levenberg-Marquardt非线性最小二乘法拟合测量光谱,实现体积分数测量免定标。与商用XENSIV^(TM)PAS二氧化碳传感器进行对比测量,二者的相关度R^(2)达到0.89。结果显示,室内CO_(2)每日体积分数均值为4.63×10^(-4),略高于室外的CO_(2)体积分数,并且一天内波动范围在3.86×10^(-4)~5.66×10^(-4)之间。室内CO_(2)体积分数受通风情况和室内人员活动的影响,其每日体积分数变化趋势与人员工作时间高度相关。在人员密度为0.005人/m^(3)的情况下,测量得到CO_(2)体积分数的增长速率为2.3×10^(-5)h^(-1)。因此,人员拥挤的室内环境应及时通风,以防止体积分数过高的CO_(2)引起不适。

目的:分析研究CT动脉增强分数联合血清NLR、CRP对失代偿期肝硬化患者预后的评估价值。方法:选取2019年4月至2022年4月汕头市潮阳区大峰医院收治的120例失代偿期肝硬化患者作为研究对象,对患者进行1年随访,以死亡为终点事件,将患者分为生存组(n=84)与死亡组(n=36)。以多因素Logistic回归分析CT动脉增强分数及血清NLR、CRP与失代偿期肝硬化患者预后的关系,并绘制ROC曲线分析CT动脉增强分数联合血清NLR、CRP对失代偿期肝硬化患者预后的预测价值。结果:多因素Logistic回归分析显示,HAEF升高(OR=1.941)、H/S升高(OR=1.815)、PTA降低(OR=2.100)、ALB降低(OR=2.008)、NLR升高(OR=2.079)及CRP水平升高(OR=2.134)均是失代偿期肝硬化患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示HAEF、H/S、NLR、CRP水平及联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.862、0.808、0.831、0.933、0.989,联合检测优于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论:CT动脉增强分数联合血清NLR、CRP对失代偿期肝硬化患者预后具有较好的评估价值。

Robust Control Strategy of Gradient Magnetic Drive for Microrobots Based on Extended State Observer

Microrobots have great application pot ential in the biomedical field,to realize the precision and eficiency of microrobots in vivo is research focus in this field.Microrobots are accompanied by various disturbances in complex environment.These disturbances will affect the motion control of microrobots,resulting in the inability of the micromanipulation tasks to be completed effectively.To this end,a robust motion control method is proposed for precise path tracking of microrobots in this paper.The extended state observer(ESO)is used to estimate the total disturbances and uncertainties of the system.A path tracking controller is designed by combining sliding mode control(SMC)and disturbances compensation,which is used to eliminate the total disturbances of the system and realize the fast and accurate path tracking of microrobots.Finally,the path tracking experiments are implemented in the gradient magnetic field drive system.The experimental results show that the mean absolute error of the path tracking for microrobots in a simulated vascular structure is less than 14μm,and the root mean square error is less than 17 um by using the robust control method proposed in this paper.Compared with the traditional PID control method,it can better suppress external disturbances and uncertainties of the system and improve the path tracking accuracy of microrobots efectively.It shows stronger anti interference ability and robustness.

Machinability of Hastelloy C-276 Using Hot-pressed Sintered Ti(C_7N_3)-based Cermet Cutting Tools

C-276 nickel-based alloy is a difficult-to-cut material. In high-speed machining of Hastelloy C-276, notching is a prominent failure mode due to high mechanical properties of work piece, which results in the short tool life and low productivity. In this paper, a newly developed Ti（C7N3）-based cermet insert manufactured by a hot-pressing method is used to machine the C-276 nickel-based alloy, and its cutting performances are studied. Based on orthogonal experiment method, the influence of cutting parameters on tool life, material removal rates and surface roughness are investigated. Experimental research results indicate that the optimal cutting condition is a cutting speed of 50 m/min, depth of cut of 0.4 mm and feed rate of 0.15 mm/r if the tool life and material removal rates are considered comprehensively. In this case, the tool life is 32 min and material removal rates are 3000 mm^3/min, which is appropriate to the rough machining. If the tool life and surface roughness are considered, the better cutting condition is a cutting speed of 75 m/min, depth of cut of 0.6 mm and feed rate of 0.1 mm/r. In this case, the surface roughness is 0.59μm. Notch wear, flank wear, chipping at the tool nose, built-up edge（BUE） and micro-cracks are found when Ti（C7N3）-based cermet insert turned Hastelloy C-276. Oxidation, adhesive, abrasive and diffusion are the wear mechanisms, which can be investigated by the observations of scanning electron microscope and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. This research will help to guide studies on the evaluation of machining parameters to further advance the productivity of nickel based alloy Hastelloy C-276 machining.

RNA binding protein 24 regulates the translation and replication of hepatitis C virus

The secondary structures of hepatitis C virus （HCV） RNA and the cellular proteins that bind to them are important for modulating both translation and RNA replication. However, the sets of RNA-binding proteins involved in the regulation of HCV translation, replication and encapsidation remain unknown. Here, we identified RNA binding motif protein 24 （RBM24） as a host factor par- ticipated in HCV translation and replication. Knockdown of RBM24 reduced HCV propagation in Huh7.5.1 cells. An enhanced translation and delayed RNA synthesis during the early phase of infection was observed in RBM24 silencing cells. However, both overexpression of RBM24 and recombinant human RBM24 protein sup- pressed HCV IRES-mediated translation. Further analy- sis revealed that the assembly of the 80S ribosome on the HCV IRES was interrupted by RBM24 protein through binding to the 5＇-UTR. RBM24 could also inter- act with HCV Core and enhance the interaction of Core and 5＇-UTR, which suppresses the expression of HCV. Moreover, RBM24 enhanced the interaction between the 5＇- and 3＇-UTRs in the HCV genome, which probably explained its requirement in HCV genome replication. Therefore, RBM24 is a novel host factor involved in HCV replication and may function at the switch from trans- lation to replication.

在生物显微操作实验中,安全稳定地捕捉生物目标具有极其重要的意义。针对传统人工操作效率低、可重复性差等问题,提出了一套面向显微操作的生物自动化捕捉系统,通过视觉反馈以及闭环控制,使用微移液管自动化抽吸在液体生长介质中的生物对象。首先采用粒子群算法对传统图像分割算法进行优化,以实现视野中生物目标与移液管位置的同步实时跟踪;然后建立了微移液管捕捉过程的动力学模型,采用非线性干扰观测器来抑制模型参数的不确定性及环境干扰,并建立了闭环控制系统;最后通过实验验证系统性能。实验测得系统的图像平均分割时间为81.05 ms,捕捉平均所需时间1.85 s,捕捉平均最大误差0.34 mm,捕捉成功率94%。实验表明,系统可以在不同光源及视野中存在微量干扰的环境下实现准确、快速、无损捕捉生物对象,并具有良好的鲁棒性。该方法的潜在应用包括胚胎玻璃化冷冻、胚胎干细胞移植、卵裂球活检、细胞力学性质检测等。

针对无人机航拍相邻图像会具有视差以及现有拼接算法易出现重影等问题,提出了一种基于APAP(as-projective-as-possible image stitching)算法航拍图像拼接方法。首先利用AKAZE(accelerated KAZE)算法对相邻图像进行特征匹配,然后借助APAP配准算法对相邻航拍图像进行配准,最后对重叠部分借助拉普拉斯金字塔融合算法进行融合得到拼接图像。实验证明:所提算法对航拍图像的拼接效果较好,无明显拼接痕迹,且拼接速度较快。
