Narrow-bandgap tin-lead(Sn-Pb)mixed perovskite solar cells(PSCs)play a key role in constructing perovskite tandem solar cells that are potential to overpass Shockley-Queisser limit.A robust,chemically stable and lowtemperature-processed hole transporting layer(HTL)is essential for building high-efficiency Sn-Pb solar cells and perovskite tandem solar ***,we explore a roomtemperature-processed NiOx(L-NiOx)HTL based on nanocrystals(NCs)for Sn-Pb *** comparison with hightemperature-annealed NiOx(H-NiOx)film,the L-NiOx film shows deeper valence band and lower trap density,which increases the built-in potential and reduces carrier recombination,leading to a power conversion efficiency of 18.77%,the record for NiOx-based narrow-bandgap ***,the device maintains about 96%of its original efficiency after 50 *** work provides a robust and room-temperatureprocessed HTL for highly efficient and stable narrow-bandgap PSCs.

目的应用代谢组学分析方法探索股骨头坏死的组织代谢特征并寻找其潜在的生物标志物。方法分别收集23例（25髋）股骨头坏死和18例股骨颈骨折患者的股骨头组织标本，行病理学检查明确诊断。萃取骨组织标本代谢物，采用超高效液相色谱一质谱／质谱串联仪检测，对检测结果进行预处理，建立主成分分析（principalcomponentanalysis，PCA）、偏最小二乘法判别分析（***，***）及正交偏最小二乘法判别分析（***，***）模型。根据***模型和多个独立样本的***日检验筛选差异变量，依据一级和二级质谱推定其对应的代谢物。筛选两组峰强度变化最明显的代谢物作为潜在的生物标志物，通过二元Logistic回归进行受试者工作曲线receiveroperatingcharacteristicCHIVe，ROC）分析，评价其诊断意义。结果股骨头坏死和股骨颈骨折患者的股骨头骨组织代谢物表达模式在PCA、PLS—DA、***模型中均能明显区分。股骨头坏死组表达高于股骨颈骨折组的代谢物有D．精氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L一谷氨酰胺、肌苷、尿嘧啶、尿苷、LysoPC（20：4（5Z，8Z，11Z，14Z））、LysoPC（16：0）、PC（20：1（11z）／18：3（6z，9Z，12Z））、PE（P．16：0e／0：0）；低于股骨颈骨折组的有柑橘叶黄素、B--隐黄质。根据峰强度改变倍数、变量权重型投影值筛选出改变最为明显的三种物质是D-精氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L．谷氨酰胺，ROC曲线下面积分别是0．873、0．712、0．862，三种代谢物联合ROC曲线下面积为0．946。结论通过股骨头坏死和股骨颈骨折的骨组织代谢物PCA、PLS—DA、***模型可筛选出12种代谢物，其中D-精氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L．谷氨酰胺为潜在的股骨头坏死生物标志，其联合诊断的价值较高。

Bisphenol A(BPA)is an industrial pollutant that can cause immune *** acts as an antioxidant,as selenium deficiency often accompanies oxidative stress,resulting in organ *** study is the first to demonstrate that BPA and/or selenium deficiency induce pyroptosis and ferroptosis-mediated thymic injury in chicken and chicken lymphoma cell(MDCC-MSB-1)via oxidative stress-induced endoplasmic reticulum(ER)*** established a broiler chicken model of BPA and/or selenium deficiency exposure and collected thymus samples as research subjects after 42 *** results demonstrated that BPA or selenium deficiency led to a decrease in antioxidant enzyme activities(T-AOC,CAT,and GSH-Px),accumulation of peroxides(H2O2 and MDA),significant upregulation of ER stress-relatedmarkers(GRP78,IER 1,PERK,EIF-2α,ATF4,and CHOP),a significant increase in iron ion levels,significant upregulation of pyroptosis-related gene(NLRP3,ASC,Caspase1,GSDMD,IL-18 and IL-1β),significantly increase ferroptosis-related genes(TFRC,COX2)and downregulate GPX4,HO-1,FTH,*** vitro experiments conducted in MDCC-MSB-1 cells confirmed the results,demonstrating that the addition of antioxidant(NAC),ER stress inhibitor(TUDCA)and pyroptosis inhibitor(Vx765)alleviated oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,pyroptosis,and ***,this study concludes that the combined effects of oxidative stress and ER stress mediate pyroptosis and ferroptosis in chicken thymus induced by BPA exposure and selenium deficiency.

The vibration response and noise caused by subway trains can affect the safety and comfort of *** study the dynamic response characteristics of subway stations and superstructures under train loads with a hard combination,a numerical model is developed in this *** indoor model test verified the accuracy of the numerical *** influence laws of different hard combinations,train operating speeds and modes were studied and evaluated *** results show that the frequency corresponding to the peak vibration acceleration level of each floor of the superstructure property is concentrated at 10–20 *** vibration response decreases in the high-frequency parts and increases in the lowfrequency parts with increasing distance from the ***,the factors,such as train operating speed,operating mode,and hard combination type,will affect the vibration of the *** vibration response under the reversible operation of the train is greater than that of the unidirectional *** operating speed of the train is proportional to its vibration *** vibration amplification area appears between the middle and the top of the superstructure at a higher train *** vibration acceleration level will exceed the limit value of relevant regulations,and vibration-damping measures are *** the scope of application,this study provides some suggestions for constructing subway stations and superstructures.

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are neuroinflammatory demyelinating disorders that lead to permanent visual loss and motor *** date,no effective treatment exists as the exact causative mechanism remains ***,experimental models of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are essential for exploring its pathogenesis and in screening for therapeutic *** most patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are seropositive for IgG autoantibodies against aquaporin-4,which is highly expressed on the membrane of astrocyte endfeet,most current experimental models are based on aquaporin-4-IgG that initially targets *** experimental models have successfully simulated many pathological features of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,such as aquaporin-4 loss,astrocytopathy,granulocyte and macrophage infiltration,complement activation,demyelination,and neuronal loss;however,they do not fully capture the pathological process of human neuromyelitis optica spectrum *** this review,we summarize the currently known pathogenic mechanisms and the development of associated experimental models in vitro,ex vivo,and in vivo for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,suggest potential pathogenic mechanisms for further investigation,and provide guidance on experimental model *** addition,this review summarizes the latest information on pathologies and therapies for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders based on experimental models of aquaporin-4-IgG-seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,offering further therapeutic targets and a theoretical basis for clinical trials.

杉木老龄林乔木层主要树种生态位研究

为杉木人工林近自然化改造提供理论依据,文中采用相邻格子法,对长期处于近自然经营条件下的75年生杉木老龄林乔木层主要树种生态位特征进行分析。结果表明:各主要树种重要值与生态位宽度基本上呈正相关。生态位宽度大小顺序为杉木>木荷>丝栗栲>刨花楠>虎皮楠>细齿叶柃>枫香>短梗幌伞枫>毛八角枫>千年桐,除千年桐外,其余树种均有较大生态位宽度。生态位宽度较大的树种间生态位相似性比例较大,生态位重叠也较大。各主要树种生态位宽度与生态位重叠并非正相关关系。杉木在群落中占据主导地位,木荷、丝栗栲、刨花楠与杉木的种间关系比较协调。综合比较各主要树种生态位特征,在近自然经营模式下,木荷、丝栗栲、刨花楠可与杉木良好共存,是较为理想的杉木混交树种。

Solution-processed chalcopyrite solar cells are widely regarded as a promising alternative method in reducing the cost compared with vacuum-based *** is noted that the absorber layer usually needs to be prepared under a high insert pressure（～1.6 atm） to suppress element loss or under a mild pressure but additional surface etching is needed for fabricating high efficient solar ***,a copper gradient structured precursor is proposed to prepare CuIn（S,Se）2（CISSe） film under a mild pressure（1.1 atm）.The designed gradient Cu not only promotes crystal grain growth and tailors the defects,but also avoids the surface etching of the formed CISSe film for the fabrication of high efficient solar ***,Cu gradient design decreases the conduction band offset of heterojunction,boosting the carriers transport across the p-n ***,a 13,35% efficient CISSe solar cell,comparable to the high efficient CISSe solar cell prepared by this method under high pressure or with film surface etching,is *** work provides a facile pathway to fabricate high efficient solution-processed chalcopyrite solar cell,avoiding high selenization pressure and film etching,and shows huge potential for solutionprocessed copper-based solar cells.
