为了降低露天台阶爆破后的岩石块度,减少二次破碎成本,根据杨家岭矿山的实际地质情况建立有限元模型,研究了微差时间对岩石损伤程度的影响,分析了关键测点随延期时间变化的规律,最后开展现场试验并利用块度分析软件WipFrag4.0对爆后岩石进行块度分析。结果表明:随着微差时间的增加,岩石的损伤程度先增加后减小,在孔间、排间微差时间分别为40、70 ms时,岩石的损伤程度达到最大;通过在现场开展爆破试验发现,在孔间延期时间为35、40 ms,排间延期时间为65、70 ms时,块度主要集中在10 cm处,块度大于31.6 cm的占比分别为21.26%、23.19%,明显小于其他方案;分析后发现爆后块度分布规律与数值模拟得到的岩石损伤程度变化规律具有较好一致性,验证了数值模拟的准确性;通过数值模拟岩石损伤程度的量化与现场爆破试验相结合,为后续研究岩石损伤提供新思路。

Pd/TiO2 Nanospheres with Three-dimensional Hyperstructure for Enhanced Photodegradation of Organic Dye

Pd/TiO2 nanospheres assembled from nanorods with three-dimensional hyperstructure for enlianced photodegradation of organic dye was prepared by a sample solvothemial method. Further, it was used for degradation of methyl orange(MO) under the illumination of visible-light(simulated).The results show that Pd/TiO2 with 2%(mass fraction) Pd exhibits the noticeable activity in photodegrading of *** detailed analysis shows that this enhancement is attributed to the reduction of the rate of electron-hole recombination and surface plasmon resonance of Pd. The high activity and good stability of the obtained Pd/TiO2 nano spheres make it a promising photocatalyst for solving the environmental pollution problems.

In thermoelectric(TE)devices,the interfacial reliability greatly influenced devices’durability and power *** skutterudites(SKD)devices,TE legs and electrodes are bonded together with diffusion barrier layer(DBL).At elevated temperatures,DBL react with SKD matrix or electrode to generate complex interfacial microstructures,which often accompanies evolutions of the thermal,electrical and mechanical properties at the *** this work,a finite element model containing the interfacial microstructure characteristics based on the experimental results was built to analyze the interfacial stress state in the skutterudite-based TE joints.A single-layer model was applied to screen out the most important parameters of the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)and the modulus of DBL on the first principle *** multilayer model considering the interfacial microstructures evolution was built to quantitively simulate the stress state of the TE joints at different aging temperatures and *** simulation results show that the reactive CoSb2 layer is the weakest layer in both SKD/Nb and SKD/Zr *** by prolonging the aging time,the thickness of the reaction layer continuously increased,leading to a significant raising of the interfacial *** tensile testing results of the SKD/Nb joints match the simulation results well,consolidating accuracy and feasibility of this multilayer *** study provides an important guidance on the design of DBL to improve the TE joints’mechanical reliability,and a common method to precisely simulate the stress condition in other coating systems.

Background： The Notch-regulated ankyrin repeat protein （NRARP） is recently found to promote proliferation of breast cancer cells. The role of NRARP in carcinogenesis deserves extensive investigations. This study attempted to investigate the expression of NRARP in thyroid cancer tissues and assess the influence of NRARP on cell proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle, and invasion in thyroid cancer. Methods： Thirty-four cases with thyroid cancer were collected from the Department of General Surgery, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai ]iao Tong University School of Medicine between 2011 and 2012. lmmunohistochemistry was used to detect the level of N RARP in cancer tissues. Lentivirus carrying NRARP-shRNA （Lenti-NRARP-shRNA） was applied to down-regulate NRARP expression. Cell viability was tested after treatment with Lenti-NRARP-shRNA using 3-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay. Apoptosis and cell cycle distribution were determined by flow cytometry. Cell invasion was tested using Transwell invasion assay. In addition, expressions of several cell cycle-associated and apoptosis-associated proteins were examined using Western blotting after transfection. Student＇s t-test, one-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）, or Kaplan Meier were used to analyze the differences between two group or three groups. Results： N RARP was highly expressed in thyroid cancer tissues. Lenti-NRARP-shRNA showed significantly inhibitory activities against cell growth at a multiplicity of infection of l 0 or higher （P 〈 0.05）. Lenti-NRARP-shRNA-induced G 1 arrest （BHTl 01 ： 72.57% ± 5.32%; g305C： 75.45% ± 5.26%） by promoting p21 expression, induced apoptosis by promoting bax expression and suppressing bcl-2 expression, and inhibited cell invasion by suppressing matrix metalloproteinase-9 expression. Conclusion： Downregulation of NRARP expression exerts significant antitumor activities against cell growth and invasion of thyroid cancer, that suggests a potential role of NRARP in thyro

In the sexually reproductive organisms, gametes are produced by meiosis following a limited mitotic amplification. However, the intrinsic program switching cells from mitotic to meiotic cycle is *** polyadenylation（APA） is a highly conserved means of gene regulation and is achieved by the RNA 30-processing machinery to generate diverse 30 UTR profiles. In Drosophila spermatogenesis, we observed distinct profiles of transcriptome-wide 30 UTR between mitotic and meiotic cells. In mutant germ cells stuck in mitosis, 30 UTRs of hundreds of genes were consistently shifted. Remarkably, altering the levels of multiple 30-processing factors disrupted germline＇s progression to meiosis, indicative of APA＇s active role in this transition. An RNA-binding protein（RBP） Tut could directly bind 30 UTRs of 30-processing factors whose expressions were repressed in the presence of Tut-containing complex. Further,we demonstrated that this RBP complex could execute the repression post-transcriptionally by recruiting CCR4/Twin of deadenylation complex. Thus, we propose that an RBP complex regulates the dynamic APA profile to promote the mitosis-to-meiosis transition.

The Pelton turbine has been widely used to develop high-head water resources with sediments because of its advantages in life cycle *** a flood or monsoon season occurs,the sediment concentration in the river increases suddenly,causing severe erosion to the nozzle,needle,and runner of Pelton *** decades of development,researchers have developed practical engineering experience to reduce the sediment concentration of the flow through the turbine and ensure the safety and efficiency of power *** on the mechanism of sediment erosion,development of anti-erosion materials,and establishment of erosion prediction models have attracted scholarly interest in recent *** research has been conducted to determine a complete and valuable syndication erosion ***,owing to the complexity of the flow and wear mechanisms,the influence of specific parameters of erosion and the syndication effect is still difficult to *** fluid dynamics and erosion monitoring technology have also been evaluated and *** paper presents a comprehensive review of the erosion of Pelton turbines,some of the latest technical methods,and possible future development directions.

Sensory inputs stimulated by Zusanli（ST36） acupuncture in the abdomen are known to converge in the upper cervical cord. However, it is unclear whether these inputs are subsequently conveyed to the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus and what kind of afferent fibers are involved. We focused on the upper cervical cord, where afferent inputs converge, and detected c-fos expression in oxytocinergic neurons. We found that Zusanli acupuncture therapy effectively elevated intragastric pressure, but inhibited expression of c-fos in oxytocinergic neurons of the paraventricular nucleus in upper cervical cord injured rats. These Zusanli acupuncture effects remained even after complete dorsal cord transection. However, after complete transection of the spinal cord or dorsolateral funiculus, the effects were significantly attenuated and even disappeared. These findings suggest that the paraventricular nucleus is responsible for pooling and integrating signals from the Zusanli acupuncture and sensory information from the intragastric pressure variation, thereby contributing to the regulation of intragastric pressure. The upper cervical cord serves as the key link between ascending and descending pathways, which conveys afferent inputs to the paraventricular nucleus through the dorsolateral funiculus.

Genetic Analysis and Molecular Mapping of a Rolling Leaf Mutation Gene in Rice

A rice mutant with rolling leaf, namely γ-rl, was obtained from M2 progenies of a native indica rice stable strain Qinghuazhan （QHZ） from mutagenesis of dry seeds by γ-rays. Genetic analysis using the F2 population from a cross between this mutant and QHZ indicated the mutation was controlled by a single recessive gene. In order to map the locus for this mutation, another F2 population with 601 rolling leaf plants was constructed from a cross between y-rl and a japonica cultivar 02428. After primary mapping with SSR （simple sequence repeats） markers, the mutated locus was located at the short arm of chromosome 3, flanked by RM6829 and RM3126. A number of SSR, InDel （insertion/deletion） and SNP （single nucleotide polymorphism） markers within this region were further developed for fine mapping. Finally, two markers, SNP121679 and InDe1422395, were identified to be flanked to this locus with genetic distances of 0.08 cM and 0.17 cM respectively, and two SNP markers, SNP75346 and SNPl10263, were found to be co-segregated with this locus. These results suggested that this locus was distinguished from all loci for the rolling leaf mutation in rice reported so far, and thus renamed rl10（t）. By searching the rice genome database with closely linked markers using BLAST programs, an e-physical map covering rl10（t） locus spanning about a 50 kb region was constructed. Expression analysis of the genes predicted in this region showed that a gene encoding putative flavin-containing monooxygenase （FMO） was silenced in γ-rl, thus this is the most likely candidate responsible for the rolling leaf mutation.
