Specularite concentrates have advantages of high ferrous grade, less harmful impurities and low price. However, the small size and poor granulation behavior of specularite concentrates consequently deteriorate the permeability of sinter bed and reduce the productivity of sinter, resulting in un-effective utilization in sintering process. The granulation experiments were carried out when specularite concentrates matched with five kinds of fine or coarse ores, and the effects of surface property and wettability of fine or coarse ores on granulation behavior of specularite concentrates were investigated. Then, the optimized ore blending recipes were proposed to strengthen the granulation behavior of specularite concentrates. The results indicated that the growth index increased with increasing the specific surface area of fine ores and had a positive linear correlation with the circularity degree of coarse ores, whereas negative correlations exist between the growth index and the contact angle of fine or coarse ores. Compared with the concentrates, the growth index increased by approximately 22% scheme of blended ores containing 15 mass% specularite in the case of using Ore-A and Ore-E with greater surface property and higher wettability to replace all of Ore-B and half of Ore-D, respectively. Furthermore, the vertical sintering speed and the productivity of sinter improved by approximately 23% and 20%, respectively.

Low-cost Fe-based disordered rock salt（DRX） li2FeTiO4is capable of providing high capacity(295 mA h g-1) by redox activity of cations(Fe2+/Fe4+and Ti3+/Ti4+) and anionic ***,DRX structures lack transport channels for ions and electrons,resulting in sluggish kinetics,poor electrochemical activity,and ***,graphene conductive carbon network permeated li2FeTiO4（LFT/C/G） nanofibers are successfully prepared by a facile sol-gel assisted electrospinning *** li2FeTiO4nanoparticles（2 nm） and one-dimensional（1D） structure provide abu ndant active sites and unobstructed diffu sion channels,accelerating ion *** addition,introducing graphene reduces the band gap and li+diffusion barrier and improves the dynamic properties of li2FeTiO4,thus achieving a relatively mild interfacial reaction and reversible redox *** expected,the LFT/C/1.0G cathode delivers a remarkable discharge capacity(238.5 mA h g-1),high energy density(508.8 Wh kg-1),and excellent rate capability(51.2 mA hg-1at 1.0 A g-1).Besides,the LFT/C/1.0G anode also displays a high capacity(514.5 mA h g-1at 500 mA g-1) and a remarkable rate capability(243.9 mA h g-1at 8 A g-1).Moreover,the full batteries based on the LFT/C/1.0G symmetric electrode demonstrate a reversible capacity of 117.0 mA h g-1after 100 cycles at 50 mA *** study presents useful insights into developing cost-effective DRX cathodes with durable and fast lithium storage.

The expandable graphite(EG)modified TiO_(2) nanocomposites were prepared by the high shearmethod using the TiO_(2) nanoparticles(NPs)and EG as precursors,in which the amount of EG doped in TiO_(2) was 10 wt.%.Followed by the impregnation method,adjusting the pH of the solution to 10,and using the electrostatic adsorption to achieve spatial confinement,the Pt elementswere mainly distributed on the exposed TiO_(2),thus generating the Pt/10EG-TiO_(2)-10 *** best CO oxidation activity with the excellent resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2) was obtained over the Pt/10EG-TiO_(2)-10 catalyst:CO conversion after 36 hr of the reaction was ca.85%under the harsh condition of 10 vol.%H_(2)O and 100 ppm SO_(2) at a high gaseous hourly space velocity(GHSV)of 400,000 hr−*** properties of the catalystswere characterized by various *** results showed that the electrostatic adsorption,which riveted the Pt elements mainly on the exposed TiO_(2) of the support surface,reduced the dispersion of Pt NPs on EG and achieved the effective dispersion of Pt NPs,hence significantly improving CO oxidation activity over the Pt/10EG-TiO_(2)-10 *** 10 wt.%EG doped in TiO_(2) caused the TiO_(2) support to form a more hydrophobic surface,which reduced the adsorption of H_(2)O and SO_(2) on the catalyst,greatly inhibited deposition of the TiOSO4 and formation of the PtSO4 species as well as suppressed the oxidation of SO_(2),thus resulting in an improvement in the resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2) of the Pt/10EG-TiO_(2)-10 catalyst.

Exploring electrode materials with larger capacity,higher power density and longer cycle life was critical for developing advanced flexible lithium-ion batteries(liBs).Herein,we used a controlled two-step method including electrospraying followed with calcination treatment by CVD furnace to design novel electrodes of Si/Si_(x)/C and Sn/C microrods array consisting of nanospheres on flexible carbon cloth substrate(denoted as Si/Si_(x)/C@CC,Sn/C@CC).Microrods composed of cumulated nanospheres(the diameter was approximately 120 nm)had a mean diameter of approximately 1.5μm and a length of around 4.0μm,distributing uniformly along the entire woven carbon *** of Si/Si/Si_(x)/C@CC and Sn/C@CC products were synthesized as binder-free anodes for li-ion battery with the features of high reversible capacity and excellent *** Si/Six/C electrode exhibited high specific capacity of about 1750 mA∙h∙g^(−1)at 0.5 A∙g^(−1)and excellent cycling ability even after 1050 cycles with a capacity of 1388 mA∙h∙g^(−1).Highly flexible Si/Si_(x)/C@CC//liCoO_(2)batteries based on liquid and solid electrolytes were also fabricated,exhibiting high flexibility,excellent electrical stability and potential applications in flexible wearable electronics.

Megahertz-peaked spectra(MPS) pulsars are referred as cases whose radio spectra turn over around 100 MHz. We identified 53 MPS pulsars based on the spectral data from the literature, and statistically analyzed the spatial location distribution, the magnetic field-period distribution, peak frequencies, spectral indices, and dispersion measures of these MPS pulsars. We found that there is a strong positive correlation between the dispersion measures and the peak frequencies of MPS pulsars, and negative correlations of the dispersion measures with spectral indices and the ages are also found. Such correlations suggest that the interstellar medium is an important factor that affects observational properties of MPS pulsars.

Characteristics and phytotoxicity of hydrochar-derived dissolved organic matter:Effects of feedstock type and hydrothermal temperature

The dissolved organic matter(DOM)with high mobility and reactivity plays a crucial role in *** this study,the characteristics and phytotoxicity ofDOMreleased fromthe hydrochars prepared from different feedstocks(cowmanure,corn stalk and Myriophyllum aquaticum)under three hydrothermal carbonization(HTC)temperatures(180,200 and 220°C)were *** results showed that the hydrochars had high dissolved organic carbon content(20.15 to 37.65 mg/g)and its content showed a gradual reduction as HTC temperature *** fluorescent components including mixed substance of fulvic acid-like and humic acid-like substances(C1,30.92%-58.32%),UVA humic acid-like substance(C2,25.27%-29.94%)and protein-like substance(C3,11.74%-41.92%)were identified in hydrochar DOM by excitation emission matrix spectra coupled with parallel factor *** HTC temperature increased the relative proportion of aromatic substances(C1+C2)and humification degree of hydrochar DOM from cow manure,while it presented adverse effects on the hydrochar DOM from corn stalk and *** principal component analysis suggested that feedstock type and HTC temperature posed significant effects on the characteristics of hydrochar ***,seed germination test of all hydrochar DOM demonstrated that the root length was reduced by 8.88%-26.43%in contrast with control,and the germination index values were 73.57%-91.12%.These findings provided new insights into the potential environmental effects for hydrochar application in soil.

Tuojiang River Basin is a first-class tributary of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River—which is the longest river in *** phytoplankton are sensitive indicators of trophic changes inwater bodies,characterizing phytoplankton communities and their growth influencing factors in polluted urban rivers can provide new ideas for pollution ***,we used direct microscopic count and environmental DNA(eDNA)metabarcoding methods to investigate phytoplankton community structure in Tuojiang River Basin(Chengdu,Sichuan Province,China).The association between phytoplankton community structure and water environmental factors was evaluated by Mantel *** environmental monitoring data were used to pinpoint major factors that influenced phytoplankton growth based on structural equation *** the phylum level,the dominant phytoplankton taxa identified by the conventional microscopic method mainly belonged to Bacillariophyta,Chlorophyta,and Cyanophyta,in contrast with Chlorophyta,Dinophyceae,and Bacillariophyta identified by eDNA ***α-diversity analysis,eDNA metabarcoding detected greater species diversity and achieved higher precision than the microscopic *** growth was largely limited by phosphorus based on the nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratios>16:1 in all water *** analysis and structural equation modeling also confirmed that the nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio was the principal factor influencing phytoplankton *** results could be useful for implementing comprehensive management of the river basin *** is recommended to control the discharge of point-and surface-source pollutants and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in areas with excessive nutrients(e.g.,Jianyang-Ziyang).Algae monitoring techniques and removal strategies should be improved in 201 Hospital,Hongrihe Bridge and Colmar Town areas.

Methyl Groups Pendant on Triphenylmethane Toward Modulating Thermal Stability and Dielectric Properties of the Crosslinkable Fluorinated Polyimide Films with High Transparency

It is urgent to develop high-performance polyimide(PI)films that simultaneously exhibit high transparency,exceptional thermal stability,mechanical robustness,and low dielectric to fulfil the requirements of flexible display ***,a series of fluorinated polyimide films(FPIs)were fabricated by the condensation of 5,5′-(perfluoropropane-2,2-diyl)bis(isobenzofuran-1,3-dione)(6FDA)and the fluorinated triphenylmethane diamine monomer(EDA,MEDA and DMEDA)with heat-crosslinkable tetrafluorostyrene side groups,which was incorporated by different numbers of methyl groups pendant in the ortho position of amino ***,the FPI films underwent heating to produce crosslinking FPIs(C-FPIs)through the self-crosslinking of double bonds in the *** transparency,solvent resistance,thermal stability,mechanical robustness and dielectric properties of FPI and C-FPI films can be tuned by the number of methyl groups and crosslinking,which were deeply investigated by virtue of molecular dynamics(MD)simulations and density functional theory(DFT).As a result,all the films exhibited exceptional optically colorless and transparent,with transmittance in the visible region of 450-700 nm exceeding 79.9%,and the cut-off wavelengths(λ_(off))were nearly 350 *** thermal decomposition temperatures at 5% weight loss(T_(d5%))for all samples exceeded 504℃.These films exhibited a wide range of tunable tensile strength(46.5-75.1 MPa).Significantly,they showed exceptional dielectric properties with the dielectric constant of 2.3-2.5 at full frequency(10^(7)-20 Hz).This study not only highlights the relationship between the polymer molecular structure and properties,but offer insights for balancing optical transparency,heat resistance and low dielectric constant in PI films.
