Geoscience knowledge graph(GKG)can organize various geoscience knowledge into a machine understandable and computable semantic network and is an effective way to organize geoscience knowledge and provide knowledge-related *** a result,it has gained significant attention and become a frontier in *** knowledge is derived from many disciplines and has complex spatiotemporal features and relationships of multiple scales,granularities,and ***,establishing a GKG representation model conforming to the characteristics of geoscience knowledge is the basis and premise for the construction and application of ***,existing knowledge graph representation models leverage fixed tuples that are limited in fully representing complex spatiotemporal features and *** address this issue,this paper first systematically analyzes the categorization and spatiotemporal features and relationships of geoscience *** this basis,an adaptive representation model for GKG is proposed by considering the complex spatiotemporal features and *** the constraint of a unified spatiotemporal ontology,this model adopts different tuples to adaptively represent different types of geoscience knowledge according to their spatiotemporal *** model can efficiently represent geoscience knowledge,thereby avoiding the isolation of the spatiotemporal feature representation and improving the accuracy and efficiency of geoscience knowledge *** can further enable the alignment,transformation,computation,and reasoning of spatiotemporal information through a spatiotemporal ontology.

Objective： Mitogen-activated protein kinases （MAPKs） are correlated with a more malignant phenotype in many cancers. This study was designed to evaluate the predictive value of the expression of MAPK phosphatase-1 （MKP-1） and phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 （p-ERKl/2）, as the key regulatory mechanism of the MAPKs, in lung squamous cell carcinoma （SCC）. Methods： We assessed the expressions of MKP-1 and p-ERK1/2 in twenty subjects at different differentiation degree of SCC and five normal lungs by immunohistochemistry and real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） analysis. Results： Immunohistochemistry and real-time RT-PCR assay showed that the expression of MKP-1 was gradually decreased as tissue type went from normal lung tissues to increasingly undifferentiated carcinoma, and it was negatively correlated with tumor differentiation （P〈0.01）. However, the expression of p-ERK1/2 or ERKl/2 was gradually increased as tissue type went from normal lung tissues to increasingly undifferentiated carcinoma, and it was positively correlated with tumor differentiation （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Our data indicates the relevance of MKP-1 and p-ERK1/2 in SCC as a potential positive and negative prognostic factor. The imbalanced expression of MKP-1 and p-ERKl/2 may play a role in the development of SCC and these two molecules may be new targets for the therapy and prognosis of SCC.

AIM:To outline the appropriate diagnostic methods and therapeutic options for acquired bronchobiliary fistula(BBF).METHODS:Literature searches were performed in Medline,EMBASE,PHMC and LWW(January 1980August 2010)using the following keywords:biliobronchial fistula,bronchobiliary fistula,bronchobiliary fistula,biliarybronchial fistula,tracheobiliary fistula,hepatobronchial fistula,bronchopleural fistula,and *** articles were identified through ***:Sixtyeight cases were collected and *** secondary to tumors(32.3%,22/68),including primary tumors(19.1%,13/68)and hepatic metastases(13.2%,9/68),shared the largest proportion of all *** was found in all patients,and other symptoms were respiratory symptoms,such as irritating cough,fever(36/68)and jaundice(20/68).Half of the patients were treated by lessinvasive methods such as endoscopic retrograde biliary *** approaches like surgery were used less frequently(41.7%,28/67).The outcome was good at the end of the followup period in 28 cases(range,2 wk to 72 mo),and the recovery rate was 87.7%(57/65).CONCLUSION:The clinical diagnosis of BBF can be established by sputum *** assessment of this condition is needed before therapeutic *** approaches should be considered only when noninvasive methods failed.

冶金行业在生产过程中钢包一直运行在恶劣的环境中,对钢包内壁材料的健康程度进行及时检测对安全生产具有非常重要的意义。本文运用机器视觉技术对钢包号码进行识别、运用红外热成像仪对钢包外壁温度进行在线测量,并结合软件编程技术设计基于红外热成像的钢包监测系统,实现了钢包外壁温度的远程在线测量,并通过红外历史图片与历史数据曲线判断钢包内壁材料的缺损程度。本系统对钢铁行业的安全生产和智能制造水平具有一定的推动作用。

Mn_(0.3)Zn_(0.3)Co_xFe_(2.4-x)O_4 series magnetic nanoparticles are prepared by the high-temperature organic solvent method, and Mn_(0.3)Zn_(0.3)Co_xFe_(2.4-x)O_4@SiO_2 composite nanoparticles are prepared by the reverse microemulsion method. The as-prepared samples are characterized, and the results show that the magnetic anisotropy constant of nanoparticles increases with the cobalt content, and the magnetic thermal induction shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The optimal magnetic thermal induction is obtained at x = 0.12 with a specific loss power of 2086 w/gmetal, which is a bright prospect in clinical magnetic hyperthermia.

Substituent effect of metal porphyrin molecular catalysts plays a crucial role in determining the catalytic activity of oxygen ***,substituent position effect of Co porphyrins on oxygen electrocatalysis,including the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),was *** Co porphyrins,namely 2,4,6-OMe-CoP and 3,4,5-OMe-CoP,were selected as the research *** ORR and OER performance was evaluated by drop-coating molecular catalysts on carbon nanotubes(CNTs).The resulted 3,4,5-OMe-CoP/CNT exhibited high bifunctional electrocatalytic activities and better long-term stability for both ORR and OER than 2,4,6-OMe-CoP/***,when applied in the Zn-air battery,3,4,5-OMe-CoP/CNT exhibited comparable performance to that with precious metal-based *** enhanced catalytic activity may be attributed to the improved charge transfer rate,mass transfer and *** work provides an effective strategy to further enhance catalytic activity by introducing substituent position effect,which is of great importance for developing more efficient energy-related electrocatalysts.
