It is of great significance to design epoxy coatings with superior antibacterial properties and high adhesive properties, as well as excellent processing, superior durability, and high transparency. However, it is still a challenge because of the common complex design and synthesis. Herein, the bio-based monomer protocatechuic acid(PCA) was used as raw material, the catechol structure with high bonding and antibacterial properties was introduced into the flexible alkane segment of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE) through an efficient, and green method, and it was cured with isophorone diamine(IPDA) to prepare corresponding thermosets. The cured resins exhibited excellent allaround qualities, particularly in bonding and antibacterial. When 30% PCA was added to pure epoxy resin, the adhesion between substrate and coating increased from 4.40 MPa to 13.60 MPa and the antibacterial rate of coating against E. coli and S. aureus could approach 100%. All of this is due to the fact that the catechol structure present in PCA has the ability to interact with various substrates and alter the permeability of bacterial cell membranes. The architecture of this method offers a fresh approach to dealing with the issues of challenging raw material selection and complex synthesis techniques.

A method based on the dinuclear system(DNS)is proposed to describe the angular distribution of products in multinucleon transfer(MNT)*** considering fluctuation effects,the angular distributions of reactions involving^(136)Xe+^(208)Pb,^(136)Xe+^(209)Bi,^(86)Kr+^(166)Er,^(84)Kr+^(209)Bi,and^(84)Kr+^(208)Pb are examined,demonstrating good agreement with experimental ***,the double differential cross-sections(dσ^(2)/dl_(i)dΘand dσ^(2)/dZdΘ)of reactions^(136)Xe+^(208)Pb and^(136)Xe+^(209)Bi are analyzed to explore the mechanism of angular distribution in MNT ***,the optimal angles for detecting N=126 isotopes are determined via an analysis on the influence of proton and neutron numbers of the projectiles on the angular distribution of the N=126 isotopic *** results of this study can provide valuable insights for experimental detection.

baCKGROUND Perianal fistulas pose dual challenges to Crohn's disease(CD)*** patient compliance due to the complexity of existing examination methods plagues the treatment and follow-up management of perianal *** To determine the accuracy of endoanal ultrasound(EUS)and shear wave elastography(SWE)for evaluating perianal fistulizing CD(PFCD)*** This was a retrospective cohort study.A total of 67 patients from August 2022 to December 2023 diagnosed with CD were divided into three groups:Non-anal fistula group(n=23),low-activity perianal fistulas[n=19,perianal disease activity index(PDAI)≤4],high-activity perianal fistulas(n=25,PDAI>4)based on the *** patients underwent assessments including EUS+SWE,pelvic magnetic resonance[pelvic magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)],C-reactive protein,fecal calprotectin,CD activity index,*** The percentage of fistulas indicated by pelvic MRI and EUS was consistent at 82%,and there was good consistency in the classification of perianal fistulas(Kappa=0.752,P<0.001).Significant differences were observed in the blood flow Limberg score(χ^(2)=8.903,P<0.05)and shear wave velocity(t=2.467,P<0.05)between group 2 and *** wave velocity showed a strong negative correlation with magnetic resonance novel index for fistula imaging in CD(Magnifi-CD)score(r=-0.676,P<0.001),a weak negative correlation with the PDAI score(r=-0.386,P<0.05),and a weak correlation between the Limberg score and the PDAI score(r=0.368,P<0.05).CONCLUSION EUS combined with SWE offers a superior method for detecting and quantitating the activity of perianal fistulas in CD *** may be the ideal tool to assess PFCD activity objectively for management strategies.

Objective:To explore the effect of acupotomy intervention on autophagy of chondrocytes in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and to determine the possible mechanisms of acupotomy to alleviate cartilage ***:The modified Videman method was used to construct a KOA rabbit *** modeling,40 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups by a random number table:control;KOA(model);KOA+acupotomy(acupotomy),and KOA+sham acupotomy(sham),10 in each *** a 3-week treatment course,the knee joint activity was determined by the modified Lequesne MG ***-eosin staining staining was used to examine the morphological changes of *** of chondrocytes was observed by transmission electron *** surface morphology of cartilage tissue was observed by scanning electron *** mRNA and protein levels of AMP kinase/mammalian target of rapamycin/Unc-51(AMPK/mTOR/ULK1)signal pathway key proteins,autophagy-related factor Beclin-1 and microtubule-associated protein 1A/1B light chain 3(LC3)in rabbit knee cartilage were assessed by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot,***:The modified Lequesne MG score of acupotomy group was significantly lower than that of model group(P<0.05).Pathological results showed that chondrocyte autophagy decreased and cartilage surface was rough in the model group,which recovered after acupotomy *** mRNA expressions of AMPK,ULK1,Beclin-1 and the protein levels of p-AMPK,p-ULK1,Beclin-1,and LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰwere decreased in the model group,while the mRNA and protein expressions of mTOR were increased(P<0.01).However,acupotomy treatment reversed these abnormal changes(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupotomy could effectively up-regulate the expressions of AMPK,ULK1 and Beclin1,reduce the expression of mTOR,promote autophagy,and alleviate joint *** is a promising complementary and alternative therapy for KOA.

The diamond-wire sawing silicon waste（DWSSW） from the photovoltaic industry has been widely considered as a low-cost raw material for lithium-ion battery silicon-based electrode,but the effect mechanism of impurities presents in DWSSW on lithium storage performance is still not well understood;meanwhile,it is urgent to develop a strategy for changing DWSSW particles into high-performance electrode *** this work,the occurrence state of impurities presents in DWSSW was carefully analyzed using in situ Ar ion etching technology Then,the novel Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC composite was designed through in situ encapsulation *** obtained Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC electrode shows a high first capacity of 2343.4 mAh·g-1with an initial Coulombic efficiency （ICE） of 84.4%under current density of 1.0 A·g-1,and can deliver an impressive capacity of 984.9 mAh·g-1after 200 *** numerical simulation modeling calculations,the increase in proportion of Si4+/Si0and Si3+/Si0valence states in SiOxlayer leads to a decrease in von Mises stress,which ultimately improves the cycling structural ***,the porous 2D-3D aluminum/nitrogen （Al/N） co-doped carbon layer and nanowires on SiOxlayer can provide abundant active sites for lithium storage due to its developed hierarchical pores structure,which facilitates ion transport What is more,the performance of Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC//LiFePO4full cell shows its great potential in practical application.

The octupole deformation and collectivity in octupole double-magic nucleus 144ba are investigated using the Cranking covariant density functional theory in a three-dimensional lattice *** reduced B(E3)transition probability is implemented for the first time in semiclassical approximation based on the microscopically calculated electric octupole *** available data,including the I-ωrelation and electric transitional probabilities B(E2)and B(E3)are well ***,it is shown that the ground state of 144ba exhibits axial octupole and quadrupole deformations that persist up to high spins(I≈24h).

Mesozoic magmatic rocks occur widely in the South China Block and are generally interpreted as the manifestations of the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific oceanic lithosphere beneath *** magmatism in southeast(SE)China continued from the Late Permian through the Late Cretaceous with an inferred lull between 125 Ma and 115 Ma that is known in the literature as the Cretaceous"magmatic quiescence".We report in-situ zircon U-Pb ages,Hf-O and whole-rock Sr-Nd isotopes,and whole-rock geochemistry of Cretaceous granitoids on Hainan Island and discuss their magmatic evolution within the framework of the Late Mesozoic geodynamics of SE *** recognize two main stages of the emplacement of Cretaceous granitoids on Hainan,first around 120 Ma and then around 100-95 Ma,displaying high-K calc-alkaline,I-type geochemical *** in both age groups are enriched in LILE and LREE,but depleted in Nb,Ta,ba,Sr,and *** 120 Ma granites have zircon ε_(Hf)(t)values of-2.6 to 2.3 corresponding to Hf crustal model ages,ranging from 0.79 Ga to 1.03 Ga,and δ^(18)O values ranging from 6.9‰to 7.7‰.Zircons from 100-95 Ma granites have ε_(Hf)(t)values of-4.2 to 1.1 corresponding to Hf crustal model ages of 1.08 Ga to 1.42 Ga,and δ^(18)O values ranging from 6.7‰to 8.4‰.Increasing ε_(Hf)(t)values of the Cretaceous Hainan granites with younger crystallization ages indicate addition of more juvenile components and reworking of crustal material into their melt *** ε_(Nd)(t)values of the 120 Ma and 100-95 Ma granitoids range between-4.1 to-0.4 and-7.7 to-4.0,*** calculated two-stage model age of the 100-95 Ma granitoids clusters between 1.25 Ga and 1.53 *** isotopic data suggest that magmas of the Cretaceous granitoids were produced by partial melting of Mesoproterozoic metabasaltic rocks,which make up much of the crystalline basement of the southern Cathaysia *** geochemical and isotopic characteristics of the Cretaceous granitoids on H
