Prophylactic/preemptive donor lymphocyte infusion(p/pDLI)and intensified conditioning have shown promising results in experimental studies of refractory/relapsed acute leukemia(RRAL),but real-world data remain *** conducted a multicenter,population-based analysis of 932 consecutive *** three-year leukemia-free survival(LFS)rates were 56%for patients receiving both p/pDLI and intensified myeloablative conditioning(MAC)(intenseMAC)and 30%for those who received neither therapy per landmark *** analyses were run separately for acute myeloid leukemia(AML)and acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),and p/pDLI treatment was linked to significantly higher LFS than non-DLI for both AML and ALL patients without increasing the nonrelapse *** was associated with significantly lower relapse and higher LFS than nonintensified MAC despite higher nonrelapse mortality rates in ALL,while there was no impact of intenseMAC observed in AML.p/pDLI achieved superior outcomes in both matched-sibling donor(MSD)and haploidentical donor transplantation,while intenseMAC only influenced MSD *** suggest that RRAL patients receiving“total therapy”by way of p/pDLI and intensified conditioning treatment have an improved chance for LFS,with p/pDLI being safer with a more extensive impact relative to *** with RRAL can tolerate both interventions and achieve a reasonable outcome.

Regulated cell death is a form of cell death that is actively controlled by *** studies have shown that regulated cell death plays a key role after spinal cord *** and ferroptosis are newly discovered types of regulated cell deaths that have been shown to exacerbate inflammation and lead to cell death in damaged spinal ***,a complex form of cell death that is interconnected with various regulated cell death mechanisms,has garnered significant attention in the study of spinal cord *** injury triggers not only cell death but also cellular survival *** signaling pathways play pivotal roles in influencing the processes of both deterioration and repair in spinal cord injury by regulating pyroptosis,ferroptosis,and ***,this review aims to comprehensively examine the mechanisms underlying regulated cell deaths,the signaling pathways that modulate these mechanisms,and the potential therapeutic targets for spinal cord *** analysis suggests that targeting the common regulatory signaling pathways of different regulated cell deaths could be a promising strategy to promote cell survival and enhance the repair of spinal cord ***,a holistic approach that incorporates multiple regulated cell deaths and their regulatory pathways presents a promising multi-target therapeutic strategy for the management of spinal cord injury.

Acquired bone marrow failure diseases(ABMFD) are a class of hematopoietic stem cell diseases with a commonality of non-inherited disruption of hematopoiesis that results in pancytopenia. ABMFDs also are a group of heterogeneous diseases with different etiologies and treatment options. The three most common ABMFDs are aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, and paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria. Stem cell transplantation is the only treatment that can cure these diseases. However, due to high therapy-related mortality, stem cell transplantation has rarely been used as a first line treatment in treating ABMFD. With the advance of personalized medicine and precision medicine, various novel cellular therapy strategies are in trial to increase the efficiency and efficacy of ABMFD treatment. This article aims to review current available stem cell transplantation protocols and promising cellular therapy research in treating ABMFD.

Developing organic room-temperature phosphorescence （RTP） materials with a wide range of tunable-emission is significant in expanding the applications of RTP ***,we rationally designed amphiphilic alternating copolymers poly(1,2-bis（4-alkoxyphenyl）ethane-1,2-dione-alt-（ethylene glycol）x)(P（Bz-alt-EGx）) that combined the advantage of alternating benzil and EGxskeleton,and tunable mainchain *** a mainchain conformation ordering assembly （COA） process,P（Bz-alt-EGx） self-assembled into well-defined platelets,and such assemblies emitted blue RTP at ca.425 nm due to the ordered folded-chain conformation and confined *** contrast,traditional self-assembly （TA） of P（Bz-alt-EGx） obtained less ordered aggregates,such as asymmetric worms,vesicles,and rod-like *** resultant less ordered aggregates exhibited yellow-green RTP at ca.550 *** wide-tuning RTP emission in solution （between blue and yellow-green,over125 nm） is realized using the P（Bz-alt-EGx） alternating copolymers under the treatment of different self-assembly *** study uncovers a new strategy to tailor the RTP emission through different self-assembly pathways and holds great promise for the fabrication of advanced optical materials.

The burgeoning market for lithium-ion batteries has stimulated a growing need for more reliable battery performance monitoring. Accurate state-of-health(SOH) estimation is critical for ensuring battery operational performance. Despite numerous data-driven methods reported in existing research for battery SOH estimation, these methods often exhibit inconsistent performance across different application scenarios. To address this issue and overcome the performance limitations of individual data-driven models,integrating multiple models for SOH estimation has received considerable attention. Ensemble learning(EL) typically leverages the strengths of multiple base models to achieve more robust and accurate outputs. However, the lack of a clear review of current research hinders the further development of ensemble methods in SOH estimation. Therefore, this paper comprehensively reviews multi-model ensemble learning methods for battery SOH estimation. First, existing ensemble methods are systematically categorized into 6 classes based on their combination strategies. Different realizations and underlying connections are meticulously analyzed for each category of EL methods, highlighting distinctions, innovations, and typical applications. Subsequently, these ensemble methods are comprehensively compared in terms of base models, combination strategies, and publication trends. Evaluations across 6 dimensions underscore the outstanding performance of stacking-based ensemble methods. Following this, these ensemble methods are further inspected from the perspectives of weighted ensemble and diversity, aiming to inspire potential approaches for enhancing ensemble performance. Moreover, addressing challenges such as base model selection, measuring model robustness and uncertainty, and interpretability of ensemble models in practical applications is emphasized. Introduction: Th cell polarized into Th1 is considered related to the pathogenesis of acute immune thrombocytopenia(ITP);however, the exact pathogenesis is still unknown. Previously, we demonstrated the importance of T-cell immuneresponse c DNA 7(TIRC7) in acute immune thrombocytopenia(ITP). As the downstream molecule of TIRC7, cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA-4) has been verified its negative regulation of acute ITP. This study aimed to investigate the exact role of CTLA-4 and its relationship with TIRC7 in acute ITP. Patients and Methods: 37 patients with acute ITP were enrolled and received dexamethasone(40 mg/day) for 4 consecutive days. Patients who had platelet counts more than 50 × 109/L or less were defined as responders or non-responders after treatment. The plasma, protein and m RNA levels of CTLA-4 and TIRC7 were monitored by ELISA, western blot and q-PCR, respectively. Results: After high-dose dexamethasone therapy, CTLA-4 levels were significantly elevated not only in acute ITP patients(P < 0.001;P < 0.0001) but also in acute ITP responders(P < 0.0001;P < 0.0001). The levels of CTLA-4 were negatively correlated with the levels of TIRC7 before and after treatment;meanwhile, IFN-γ(Th1), IL-17(Th17) and IL-22(Th22) levels were all elevated, which were decreased after treatment not only in patients with acute ITP(P < 0.01) but also in acute ITP responders(P < 0.01).Conclusions: CTLA-4 level might reflect treatment efficacy and it might be associated with the pathogenesis of acute ITP.
