Aqueous Zn-based energy storage devices possess tremendous advantages, such as low cost, high safety,and competitive energy density, due to employing a Zn metal anode and aqueous electrolyte. However,the cycling stability and rate ability of a Zn anode are hindered by Zn dendrite growth and sluggish ion transfer in the electrode/electrolyte interface. Herein, the interfacial properties of Zn anodes are improved through the introduction of a silver(Ag) protective layer, which facilitates uniform Zn deposition and regulates Zn ion transport. As a result, Ag-coated Zn anodes display stable cycling performance(600 h at 1 m A cm^(-2)) and low overpotential(150 mV at 50 mA cm^(-2)after 2000 cycles). The Ag layer in situ electrochemically converts into an AgZn_(3) layer and promotes Zn ion desolvation and threedimensional diffusion processes. Moreover, a Zn-ion capacitor assembled with an Ag-coated Zn anode and active carbon cathode shows a capable cycling lifespan and rate performance. This study provides a feasible strategy for constructing a stabilized and dendrite-free Zn anode for the development of high-performance Zn-based energy storage devices.

AIM: To investigate the relationship of urokinase type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression with dinical and pathological characteristics of human gallbladder ***: uPAR and VEGF expressions in 68 gallbladder cancer tissues were detected with anti-receptor immunohistochemical ***: Expression rate of uPAR was 57.4% (39/68), and VEGF 51.5% (35/68) in gallbladder cancer tissues. Expression of both uPAR and VEGF was significantly related to metastasis,but not significantly correlated with differentiation stage and size of gallbladder ***: Expression of uPAR and VEGF may be an invasive phenotype of gallbladder cancer and indicator for predicting prognoses, and uPAR expression is significantly correlated with the expression of VEGF.

Influence of Nitrogen Vacancy Concentration on Mechanical and Electrical Properties of Rocksalt Zirconium Nitride Films

To study the influence of the nitrogen vacancy （VN） on mechanical and electrical properties of zirconium nitride deeply, ZrNx films with different VN concentrations were synthesized on the Si （111） substrates by enhanced magnetic filtering arc ion plating. The morphologies, microstructures, residual stresses, compositions, chemical states, mechanical and electrical properties of the as-deposited films were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectrometry, Nanoindenter and Hall effect measurements. The results showed that ZrNx films exhibited rocksalt single-phase structure within a VN concentration ranging from 26 to 5%. The preferred orientation, thickness, grain size and residual stress of the ZrNx films kept constant at different VN concentrations. Both the nanohardness and elastic modulus first increased and then decreased with the decrease in VN concentration, reaching the peaks around 16%. And the electric conductivity of the ZrNx films showed a similar tendency with nanohardness. The underlying atomic-scale mechanisms of VN concentration-dependent hardness and electric conductivity enhancements were discussed and attributed to the different electronic band structures, rather than conventional meso-scale factors, such as preferred orientation, grain size and residual stress.

Microstructures and mechanical properties of homogenization and isothermal aging Mg–Gd–Er–Zn–Zr alloy

The effects of homogenization and isothermal aging treatment on the mechanical properties of Mg-12Gd- 2Er-1Zn-0.6Zr （wt%） alloy were investigated. The precipitated long-period stacking order （LPSO） structure and the aging precipitation sequence of the conditioned alloys were observed and analyzed, respectively. The results indicate that the 14H-LPSO structure occurs after the homogenization treatment and the 131 phase forms after the isothermal aging process. These two independent processes could be controlled by the precipitation temperature range. The significant increase in the elongation of the as-cast alloy after homogenization treatment is attributed to the disappearance of the coarse primary Mgs（Gd, Er, Zn） phase and the presence of the 14H-LPSO structure. The precipitation sequence of the investigated alloy is α-Mg（SSS）/β″（D019）/β′（cbco）/β. Furthermore, the yield tensile strength （YTS） and ultimate tensile strength （UTS） values of the isothermal aging alloy have a great improvement, which could be attributed to the high density of the precipitated β′ phase.

Precipitation behavior of 14H-LPSO structure in Mg–12Gd–2Er–1Zn–0.6Zr Alloy

The microstructures of as-cast and as-solution Mg–12Gd–2Er–1Zn–0.6Zr alloys were investigated by optical microscopy（OM）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, highresolution transmission electron microscopy（HRTEM）X-ray diffraction（XRD） and selected-area electron diffraction（SAED） in the present investigation. The results show that the primary eutectic phase Mg5（Gd, Er, Zn） and some flocculent features are found in the as-cast alloy; the SAED pattern indicates that these flocculent features are the dense areas of stacking faults. The 14H-LPSO structure precipitates in the temperature range of 673–793 K, and the volume fraction of 14H-LPSO structure increases with the extension of heating time; however, there is no precipitation of 14H-LPSO structure when the temperature reaches up to 803 K. In addition, the Mg5（Gd, Er, Zn） phase dissolves gradually along with the precipitation of 14H-LPSO structure.

A new catalyst for urea oxidation: NiCo2S4 nanowires modified 3D carbon sponge

Urea oxidation is a significant reaction for utilizing urea-rich wastewater or human urine as sustainable power sources which can ease the water eutrophication while generate electricity. A direct urea-hydrogen peroxide fuel cell is a new kind of fuel cell employing urea as fuel and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant which possesses a larger cell voltage. Herein, this work tries to promote the kinetics process of urea oxidation by preparing low-cost and high-efficient NiCo2S4 nanowires modified carbon sponge electrode. The carbon sponge used in this work with a similar three-dimensional multi-channel structure to Ni foam, is prepared by carbonizing recycled polyurethane sponge which is also a process of recycling waste. The performance of the prepared catalyst in an alkaline solution is investigated in a three-electrode *** the introduction of Co element to the catalyst, a reduced initial urea oxidation potential and a high performance are obtained. Furthermore, a direct urea-hydrogen peroxide fuel cell is assembled using the NiCo2S4 nanowires modified carbon sponge anode. Results indicate that the prepared catalyst provides a chance to solve the current problems that hinder the development of urea electrooxidation(high initial urea oxidation potential, low performance, and high electrode costs).

Capacity analysis of based-regular-topologies cognitive wireless mesh networks with power control

Capacity analysis is a fundamental and essential work for evaluating the performance of cognitive wireless mesh network （CWMN） which is considered a promising option for the future network. Power control is an efficient way to avoid interference and improve capacity of wireless mesh networks. In this paper, a quantitative result of the per-node average throughput capacity of CWMN with power control is deduced for the first time, which is much helpful for understanding the limitations of CWMN. Firstly, under the large-scale channel fading model and protocol interference model, a closed-form expression for the maximum channel capacity of each node with power control is presented, under the constraint that the interference tolerated by the primary users （PUs） does not exceed a threshold. And then, with the deduced channel capacity result, the per-node average throughput capacity of CWMN is derived based on two regular topologies, i.e. square topology and triangle topology. The simulation results indicate that the capacity is effectively improved with power control, and affected by topology, tolerated interference threshold, the number of cognitive users （CUs） and primary users （PUs）.

A new species of the genus Liurana Dubois, 1986 is described from Medog County, Tibet, China, based on morphological and molecular data. The new species can be differentiated from all other congeners by the following combination of characters:(1) head wider than long;(2) tympanum distinct and large;(3) hindlimb long, tibiotarsal articulation beyond tip of snout when adpressed;(4) belly with flat tubercles, cloacal region with small tubercles;(5) transverse bands distinctly on dorsal limbs, four bands on thigh and three on tibia;and,(6) dark brown marbled patterns or speckles on white bel y. Here, we also discuss the distribution pattern of Liurana in the East Himalaya region, the role of the Yarlung Tsangpo River in the speciation and genetic isolation of congeners, the direct developmental mode of reproduction, and the two different ecotypes of the ***, we provide conservation recommendations for the genus in southeastern Tibet.

Estimation of Gaussian overlapping nuclear pulse parameters based on a deep learning LSTM model

A long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network has excellent learning ability applicable to time series of nuclear pulse *** can accurately estimate parameters associated with amplitude,time,and so on,in digitally shaped nuclear pulse signals—especially signals from overlapping *** learning the mapping relationship between Gaussian overlapping pulses after digital shaping and exponential pulses before shaping,the shaping parameters of the overlapping exponential nuclear pulses can be estimated using the LSTM ***,the Gaussian overlapping nuclear pulse(ONP)parameters which need to be estimated received Gaussian digital shaping treatment,after superposition by multiple exponential nuclear ***,a dataset containing multiple samples was produced,each containing a sequence of sample values from Gaussian ONP,after digital shaping,and a set of shaping parameters from exponential pulses before digital ***,the Training Set in the dataset was used to train the LSTM *** these datasets,the values sampled from the Gaussian ONP were used as the input data for the LSTM model,and the pulse parameters estimated by the current LSTM model were calculated by forward ***,the loss function was used to calculate the loss value between the network-estimated pulse parameters and the actual pulse ***,a gradient-based optimization algorithm was applied,to feedback the loss value and the gradient of the loss function to the neural network,to update the weight of the LSTM model,thereby achieving the purpose of training the ***,the sampled value of the Gaussian ONP for which the shaping parameters needed to be estimated was used as the input data for the LSTM *** this,the LSTM model produced the required nuclear pulse parameter *** summary,experimental results showed that the proposed method overcame the defect of local convergence encountered in traditional methods and could accurately extract para
