We often need to identify the colors of such objects as buildings,clothing,photos,and traffic signs in everyday *** people cannot distinguish among such *** study proposes a method to help people,including colorblind people,identify *** establish a platform for color identification that is connected by the Internet of Things(IoT).The Espressif Systems 32(ESP32)single chip is connected to a Wi-Fi communication network to transmit data to the color identification *** system interface is displayed in the form of color code and color name *** speech synthesis module Speech Synthesizer Node 6288(SYN6288)is used to broadcast color-related *** there are many color conversion technologies in modern times,or other color recognition methods are not applicable to the guide-blind ***,the authors use the method of reading out color-related information to directly enable colorblind people to conveniently identify the colors of *** experiments:the accuracy of various colors,the accuracy of environmental impact,the comparison of the original sensing experiment and the effect of adding interference light sources,the time required for color sensing to identify various colors,and the interference test results of any color light source,it is proved that the research mentioned in this *** proposed method can not only improve the rate of recognition of the system in different environments,but can also accurately identify a variety of *** platform is integrated with the IoT to allow users to quickly monitor the displayed data.

Big data analytics in business intelligence do not provide effective data retrieval methods and job scheduling that will cause execution inefficiency and low system *** paper aims to enhance the capability of data retrieval and job scheduling to speed up the operation of big data analytics to overcome inefficiency and low throughput ***,integrating stacked sparse autoencoder and Elasticsearch indexing explored fast data searching and distributed indexing,which reduces the search scope of the database and dramatically speeds up data ***,exploiting a deep neural network to predict the approximate execution time of a job gives prioritized job scheduling based on the shortest job first,which reduces the average waiting time of job *** a result,the proposed data retrieval approach outperforms the previous method using a deep autoencoder and Solr indexing,significantly improving the speed of data retrieval up to 53%and increasing system throughput by 53%.On the other hand,the proposed job scheduling algorithmdefeats both first-in-first-out andmemory-sensitive heterogeneous early finish time scheduling algorithms,effectively shortening the average waiting time up to 5%and average weighted turnaround time by 19%,respectively.

BACKGROUND An increased risk of insulin resistance(IR)has been identified in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),a chronic inflammatory disorder with elevated levels of pathogenic *** targeting proinflammatory cytokines can control the disease and improve insulin sensitivity in *** Janus kinase(JAK)signaling can regulate cytokine receptors and participate in RA pathogenesis,it remains to be elucidated whether there is a reduction of IR in such patients under JAK inhibitor(JAKi)*** To study the effect of JAKi treatment on the reduction of IR in RA patients with active *** A retrospective study was carried out from April 1,2017 to March 31,2021 in a population of non-diabetic patients with active RA who were undergoing tofacitinib(TOF)therapy with 5 mg twice-daily immediate-release *** Fifty-six RA patients,aged 30 years to 75 years(mean±SD:52.3±11.1)with disease activity score 28 values ranging from 4.54 to 7.37(5.82±0.74),were classified into high-IR(>2.0)and low-IR(≤2.0)groups based on their baseline homeostatic model assessment(HOMA)-IR *** had no previous exposure to JAKi,and received TOF therapy for no less than 6 *** 30 patients who were naïve to biologics,after a 24-week therapeutic period,the high-IR group showed reduced HOMA-IR levels (3.331 ± 1.036 vs 2.292 ± 0.707, P < 0.001). In another 26patients who were exposed to tumor necrosis factor-α or interleukin-6 blockers, the high-IR group,despite having achieved a decrease but with lower magnitude than in naïve patients, showedreduced HOMA-IR levels (2.924 ± 0.790 vs 2.545 ± 1.080, P = 0.018).CONCLUSIONIn this retrospective study, reduced IR was achieved in non-diabetic active RA patients following24 wk of TOF therapy.

Indonesia is a producer in the fisheries sector,with production reaching 14.8 million tons in *** production potential of the fisheries sector can be optimally optimized through aquaculture *** of the most important issues in aquaculture management is how to efficiently control the fish pond water *** technology can be applied to support a fish pond aquaculture monitoring system,especially for catfish species(Siluriformes),in real-time and *** of the technologies that can provide this convenience is the *** problem of this study is how to integrate IoT devices with Firebase’s cloud data system to provide reliable and precise data,which makes it easy for fish cultivators to monitor fishpond conditions in real time and *** IoT aquaculture fishpond monitoring use 3 parameters:(1)water temperature;(2)pHwater level;and(3)turbidity level of pond *** devices use temperature sensors,pH sensors,and turbidity sensors,which are integrated with a microcontroller and Wi-Fi *** from sensor readings are sent to the Firebase cloud via theWi-Fi module so that it can be accessed in real time by end users with an Androidbased mobile *** findings are(1)the IoT-based aquaculture monitoring system device has a low error rate in measuring temprature,pH,and turbidity with a percentage of 1.75%,1.94% and 9.78%,***,the total average error of the three components is 4.49%;(2)in cost analysis,IoT-based has a cost-effectiveness of 94.21% compared to labor *** IoT-based aquaculture monitoring system using Firebase can be effectively used as a technology for monitoring fish pond conditions in real-time and remotely for fish cultivators that contribute to providing an IoT-based aquaculture monitoring system that produces valid data,is precise,is easy to implement,and is a low-cost system.

In this study,the polynomial expansion method(PEM)and the polynomial method of particular solutions(PMPS)are applied to solve a class of linear elliptic partial differential equations(PDEs)in two dimensions with constant coefﬁ*** the solution procedure,the sought solution is approximated by the Pascal polynomials and their particular solutions for the PEM and PMPS,*** multiple-scale technique is applied to improve the conditioning of the resulted linear equations and the accuracy of numerical results for both of the PEM and *** mathematical statements are provided to demonstrate the equivalence of the PEM and PMPS bases as they are both bases of a certain polynomial vector ***,some numerical experiments were conducted to validate the implementation of the PEM and *** results demonstrated that the PEM is more accurate and well-conditioned than the PMPS and the multiple-scale technique is essential in these polynomial methods.

As the COVID-19 epidemic spread across the globe,people around the world were advised or mandated to wear masks in public places to prevent its spreading *** some cases,not wearing a mask could result in a *** monitor mask wearing,and to prevent the spread of future epidemics,this study proposes an image recognition system consisting of a camera,an infrared thermal array sensor,and a convolutional neural network trained in mask *** infrared sensor monitors body temperature and displays the results in real-time on a liquid crystal display *** proposed system reduces the inefficiency of traditional object detection by providing training data according to the specific needs of the user and by applying You Only Look Once Version 4(YOLOv4)object detection technology,which experiments show has more efficient training parameters and a higher level of accuracy in object *** datasets are uploaded to the cloud for storage using Google Colaboratory,saving human resources and achieving a high level of efficiency at a low cost.

Due to the frequent occurrence of oil spills and the large-scale production of oily wastewater, the treatment of oily sewage has become an important issue for sustainable development. Recently, materials prepared from lignocellulosic biomass(LCB) for oil-water separation have been found to be effective due to their high separation efficiency, good recyclability, and superior sustainability. However, few reviews have focused on the advantages and limitations of LCB for sewage treatment. This review summarizes the performance of modified LCB in oily wastewater treatment, in terms of the advanced modification methods applied and the structural dimensions of LCB materials according to the principle of superwetting oil-water separation. Research on the preparation technologies, separation mechanisms, and treatment efficiency of different LCB materials are briefly summarized, along with the characteristics of different LCB material types for oily wastewater treatment. Finally, the future prospects and challenges faced in the development of LCB materials are discussed.
