Si-containing Mg alloys solidified at conventional rates often contain coarse and sharp Mg2Si phases,which can result in inferior material *** this study,Mg-6wt.%Si （Mg-6Si） alloy was prepared by wire arc additive manufacturing （WAAM）,employing the gas tungsten arc welding technique with rapid *** microstructures and mechanical properties of the WAAM alloy were investigated and compared with those of the as-cast samples produced using a metal *** results indicate that the WAAM Mg-6Si is harder and stronger than the as-cast *** microhardness of the WAAM Mg-6Si increases by 36.6%in comparison to that of as-cast Mg-6Si ***,the average tensile strengths at room temperature and 150°C increases by 63.4%and 21.3%,*** refines both the Mg2Si phase and the overall grains,resulting in a homogeneous morphology and improved mechanical *** granular Mg2Si phase,characterized by fine particles with a diffused distribution,shows a significant increase in *** acicular Mg2Si phase is distributed along the grain boundaries,and its concentration significantly *** average grain size of the Mg2Si phase is about 9.20μm,about 5 times *** refinement and distribution of the granular Mg2Si phase,as well as the reduction in the amount of needle-like Mg2Si particles,are the key factors for improving the mechanical properties of WAAM Mg-6Si alloy.

BACKGROUND Patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC)have a low incidence rate,poor biological activity,suboptimal response to conventional treatments,and a poor *** the previous cohort study on mCRC conducted by our team,it was observed that integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment could significantly prolong the overall survival(OS)of patients with colorectal ***,we further explored the survival benefits in the population with BRAF V600E mutant *** To evaluate the efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal *** A cohort study was conducted on patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer admitted to Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2016 to December *** patients were divided into two *** A total of 34 cases were included,with 23 in Chinese-Western medicine cohort(cohort A)and 11 in Western medicine cohort(cohort B).The median overall survival was 19.9 months in cohort A and 14.2 months in cohort B,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.038,hazard ratio=0.46).The 1-3-year survival rates were 95.65%(22/23),39.13%(9/23),and 26.09%(6/23)in cohort A,and 63.64%(7/11),18.18%(2/11),and 9.09%(1/11)in cohort B,*** analysis showed statistically significant differences in median OS between the two cohorts in the right colon,liver metastasis,chemotherapy,and first-line treatment subgroups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Integrated Chinese and Western medicine can prolong the survival and reduce the risk of death in patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer,with more pronounced benefits observed in patients with right colon involvement,liver metastasis,combined chemotherapy,and first-line treatment.

(TiZrHf)_(50)Ni_(30)Cu_(20-x)Co_(x)(x=2,4,6,at%)high-entropy high-temperature shape memory alloys were fabricated by watercooled copper crucible in a magnetic levitation vacuum melting furnace,and the effects of Co content on microstructure and mechanical properties were *** results indicate that the grain size of the alloy decreases with increasing the Co *** the as-cast state,the alloy consists primarily of the B19′phase,with a trace of B2 *** fracture morphology is predominantly composed of the B19′phase,whereas the B2 phase is nearly *** the Co content or reducing the sample dimensions(d)markedly enhance the compressive strength and ductility of the *** d=2 mm,the(TiZrHf)_(50)Ni_(30)Cu_(14)Co_(6) alloy demonstrates the optimal mechanical properties,achieving a compressive strength of 2142.39±1.8 MPa and a plasticity of 17.31±0.3%.The compressive cyclic test shows that with increasing the compressive strain,the residual strain of the(TiZrHf)_(50)Ni_(30)Cu_(14)Co_(6) alloy increases while the recovery ability *** superelastic recovery capability of the alloy is continuously *** superelastic recovery rate increases from 1.36%to 2.12%,the residual strain rate rises from 1.79%to 5.52%,the elastic recovery rate ascends from 3.86%to 7.36%,while the total recovery rate declines from 74.48%to 63.20%.

Rare earth metal-organic frameworks (RE-MOFs) have drawn wide attention owing to diverse network structures and various application ***,due to the unpredictable formation of the nodes,it is still challenging to design novel RE-MOFs.A novel versatile strategy was developed employing a RE-acetate complex (RE2(CH3COO)6·4H2O) as a precursor to construct RE-MOFs.2D RE-MOFs (RE-DBP) and 3D RE-MOFs (RE-TCPP) could be obtained by using dicarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2DBP and tetracarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2TCPP,*** RE-MOFs were further synthesized to verify the universality of the *** crystalline RE-MOFs could also be prepared at room temperature via the developed strategy,which could significantly promote large-scale preparation and practical application of *** proof of the concept,the performance of porphyrin-based RE-MOFs was investigated in the photocatalytic cycloaddition of CO2with *** the RE-DBP(Co) MOFs,Tb-DBP(Co) exhibited the best photocatalytic performance,which was also greater than that of the corresponding 3D MOF Tb-TCPP(Co) due to the optimal 2D structure and thus the accelerated photogenerated charge separation and transfer *** work not only provides a novel versatile strategy to design and develop RE-MOFs,but also proposes a promising approach for the potential bulk production of RE-MOFs at room temperature.

采用红外光谱分析、环境扫描电镜分析、X射线衍射分析等方法,分析了酸性氧化物Al2O3在不同比例下对甘蔗渣灰熔融特性的影响。灰熔点测试和SEM实验结果表明,随着Al2O3添加比例的增加,甘蔗渣的灰熔点逐渐升高,但是升高的速率逐渐降低。红外光谱中特征峰的明显与否体现了Al2O3的加入对甘蔗渣灰中硅酸盐含量的影响,添加比例越大,硅酸盐的特征峰越不明显。XRD实验表明,添加Al2O3后甘蔗渣灰中的主要成分含量发生改变,其中K2SO4含量降低,SiO2、Al6Si2O13的含量增多,说明Al2O3的加入能有助于减少甘蔗渣灰中非晶态低温共熔体的生成。由于低灰熔点K2SO4、硅酸钙盐的减少和高灰熔点SiO2、Al2O3、Al6Si2O13的增加,因此添加Al2O3能显著提高甘蔗渣的灰熔点。

Objective:To evaluate the protective effects of gentiopicroside(GPS)against reactive oxygen species(ROS)-induced NOD-like receptor family,pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3)inflammasome activation in endothelial cells,aiming to reduce ***:Eight-week-old male ApoE-deficient mice were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=10 per group):the vehicle group and the GPS treatment *** groups were fed a high-fat diet for 16 ***(40 mg/kg per day)was administered by oral gavage to the GPS group,while the vehicle group received an equivalent volume of the vehicle *** the end of the treatment,blood and aortic tissues were collected for assessments of atherosclerosis,lipid profiles,oxidative stress,and molecular expressions related to NLRP3 inflammasome activation,ROS production,and ***,in vitro experiments on human aortic endothelial cells treated with oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)were conducted to evaluate the effects of GPS on NLRP3 inflammasome activation,pyroptosis,apoptosis,and ROS production,specifically examining the role of the sirtuin 1(SIRT1)/nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)***1 and Nrf2 inhibitors were used to confirm the pathway's ***:GPS treatment significantly reduced atherosclerotic lesions in the en face aorta(P<0.01),as well as in the thoracic and abdominal aortic regions,and markedly decreased sinus lesions within the aortic root(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Additionally,GPS reduced oxidative stress markers and proinflammatory cytokines,including interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-18,in lesion areas(P<0.05,P<0.01).In vitro,GPS inhibited ox-LDL-induced NLRP3 activation,as evidenced by reduced NLRP3(P<0.01),apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD,cleaved-caspase-1,and cleavedgasdermin D expressions(all P<0.01).GPS also decreased ROS production,apoptosis,and pyroptosis,with the beneficial effects being significantly reversed by SIRT1 or Nrf2 ***:GPS exe

Considering the fracture problem of the silica-based ceramic core in the integrated casting of hollow turbine blades during directional solidification, the influence of various whiskers, including silicon carbide whiskers,silicon nitride whiskers, and mullite whiskers, on the high-temperature strength of the silica-based ceramic core was investigated. Additionally, the formation of microstructure morphology and phase structure was *** results show that silicon carbide whiskers can reduce the microcracks caused by the shrinkage of cristobalite. During the sintering process, some of the silicon carbide whiskers oxidize and react with aluminum powder to form mullite, which can improve the high-temperature strength of the ceramic cores. When the content of silicon carbide whiskers is 3wt.%, the high-temperature bending strength of the cores reaches the maximum value of 21 MPa. Silicon nitride whiskers decompose in a high-temperature environment and react with aluminum powder in the matrix material to form mullite whiskers. When the content of silicon nitride whiskers is 5wt.%,the high-temperature bending strength of the cores reaches 20 MPa. By adding mullite whiskers, a structure of cristobalite wrapped mullite whiskers can be formed to achieve toughening. When the content of mullite whiskers is 4wt.%, the high-temperature bending strength can reach 17.2 MPa. By comparing the performance of silicon carbide whiskers, silicon nitride whiskers, and mullite whiskers, along with conducting slurry viscosity tests and casting experiments, it is determined that a ceramic slurry containing 4wt.% mullite whiskers is the most suitable for making the cores used in the integrated casting of hollow turbine blades.

Objective To report two cases of patients with bilateral severe thalamic *** showed autobiographical amnesia and cognitive disorders and to shed light on the mechanisms underlying thc retrograde amenesia. Method The two cases were studied clinically, CT and MRI were performed also, Language and neuropsychological tests were evaluated. Results Two patients with a chronic amnesia and cogntive disorders resulting from bilateral paramedian thalamic infarction showed a pattern of retrograde amnesia personally relevent autobiographical memory were prefoundly impaired .Whereas about the famous people and public events were relatively impaired. The patients almost had no thalamic *** events the one described showed spontaneously confabulated. Conclusion We think a probable explanation that the disorders at the thematic retrieval fiomwork ievel of memory and the information reconstruction due to a disconnetion of frontal and medial temperal memory systems.

洪泽湖典型水生植物群落碳储量

于2012年4月6日、7月5日、9月8日和12月11日,在洪泽湖湿地国家级自然保护区内,进行典型植物群落调查,选取芦苇(Phragmites australis)、荷花(Nelumbo nucifera)、水花生(Alternanthera philoxeroides)、浮萍(Lemna minor)、金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)和菹草(Potamogeton crispus)群落为研究对象,研究这些植物群落的生物量、植物碳储量和土壤碳储量。结果表明,在各植物群落的平均生物量中,芦苇群落的平均生物量最大,为4 553.47g/m2;芦苇群落地下部分与地上部分生物量的平均根冠比为3.03,荷花群落为0.67;芦苇群落、荷花群落、金鱼藻群落、水花生群落、浮萍群落和菹草群落的平均土壤碳储量分别为5.32 kg/m2、3.83 kg/m2、2.35 kg/m2、2.11 kg/m2、1.57 kg/m2和1.33 kg/m2;芦苇群落、荷花群落、菹草群落、金鱼藻群落、水花生群落和浮萍群落的平均植物碳储量分别为2.25 kg/m2、0.51 kg/m2、0.19 kg/m2、0.11 kg/m2、0.09 kg/m2和0.05 kg/m2;芦苇群落、荷花群落、金鱼藻群落、水花生群落、浮萍群落和菹草群落的平均碳储量分别为7.57 kg/m2、4.34 kg/m2、2.46 kg/m2、2.20 kg/m2、1.62 kg/m2和1.52 kg/m2。
