Niobium pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))is deemed one of the promising anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)for its outstanding intrinsic fast Li-(de)intercalation *** specific capacity,however,is still limited,because the(de)intercalation of excessive Li-ions brings the undesired stress to damage Nb_(2)O_(5) *** increase the capacity of Nb_(2)O_(5) and alleviate the lattice distortion caused by stress,numerous homogeneous H-and M-phases junction interfaces were proposed to produce coercive stress within theNb_(2)O_(5)*** interfaces bring about rich oxygen vacancies with structural shrinkage tendency,which pre-generate coercive stress to resist the expansion stress caused by excessive Li-ions ***,the synthesized Nb_(2)O_(5) achieves the highest lithium storage capacity of 315 mA h g−1 to date,and exhibits high-rate performance(118 mA h g^(-1) at 20 C)as well as excellent cycling stability(138 mA h g^(-1) at 10 C after 600 cycles).

In recent years, tungsten disulfide(WS_(2)) and tungsten selenide(WSe_(2)) have emerged as favorable electrode materials because of their high theoretical capacity, large interlayer spacing, and high chemical activity;nevertheless, they have relatively low electronic conductivity and undergo large volume expansion during cycling, which greatly hinder them in practical applications. These drawbacks are addressed by combining a superior type of carbon material, graphene, with WS_(2) and WSe_(2) to form a WS_(2)/WSe_(2)@graphene *** materials have received considerable attention in electro-chemical energy storage applications such as lithium-ion batteries(LIBs), sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),and supercapacitors. Considering the rapidly growing research enthusiasm on this topic over the past several years, here the recent progress of WS_(2)/WSe_(2)@graphene nanocomposites in electrochemical energy storage applications is summarized. Furthermore, various methods for the synthesis of WS_(2)/WSe_(2)@graphene nanocomposites are reported and the relationships among these methods, nano/microstructures, and electrochemical performance are systematically summarized and discussed. In addition, the challenges and prospects for the future study and application of WS_(2)/WSe_(2)@graphene nanocomposites in electrochemical energy storage applications are proposed.

关于发展中国家为什么出现新一轮债务问题,西方部分舆论将中国贷款污名化,国内研究大多认为发展中国家过早进入国际资本市场发行主权债券,导致债务风险上升。本文尝试回应上述两种解释并提出综合性框架,以客观全面分析发展中国家债务问题的原因及中国在其中所扮演的角色,并使用147个发展中国家在1989—2019年间的面板数据进行实证检验。本文尝试以“债务不耐”概念化发展中国家在初步运用国际资本市场证券化融资渠道阶段债务问题高发的现象,并以国际资本市场涉入程度划分发展中国家为新兴市场国家、前沿市场国家和最不发达国家三类,为精准应对本轮债务问题提供国别类型学参考。本文重点阐述崛起国—守成国关系等国际政治环境对发展中国家“债务不耐”的调节效应,呈现债务议题领域相较整体权力的具象性与动态性。由此,可窥探大国权力转移中低政治议题的一般性知识,即事务本身规律与权力政治逻辑混杂,自由主义范式与现实主义范式交织。

健康城市背景下的各类建设活动不断强化对公众生活的健康关护,作为我国城市夜景建设的重要组成,媒体立面动态照明由于基础研究不足、标准规范缺失等问题引发了众多社会与环境问题。研究设计并搭建了一套用于评估媒体立面动态照明舒适感的实验装置,结合主观量表与眼动数据探讨了光色、动态持续时间、观察距离等关键变量下观察者的视觉舒适感变化规律。随后通过城市环境实验对实验室结论进行验证,结果表明二者在结论上具有较好一致性。具体包括:距离变量下,观察距离越远,舒适感越高。亮度变量下可接受的亮度水平内亮度升高舒适感上升,当亮度超出可接受范围时,更高亮度会引起舒适感的快速下降;最高亮度相较于平均亮度更易引发不适感。动态持续时间变量下,舒适感与动态时长以正比关系为主导;多数被试更偏好3 s及以上的动态持续时间。光色变量下,在可接受的刺激强度内彩色光对个体间的影响差异明显,而白光提供的舒适感水平较为统一;当刺激超出可接受范围时,彩色光会带来更强不适感。同期结合研究结论提出媒体立面设计和管控过程中的相关建议和待完善内容,以助力媒体立面实践管控和后续更深入、广泛的研究。
