This paper tackles the robust leaderless Time-Varying Formation(TVF)control problem for the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)swarm system with Lipschitz nonlinear dynamics,external disturbances and directed switching *** comparison with the previous achievements on formation control problems,the UAV swarm system with Lipschitz nonlinear dynamics can accomplish the pre-designed TVF while tracking a pre-given trajectory which is produced by a virtual leader UAV in the presence of external ***,by applying the consensus theory,a TVF controller is developed with the local neighborhood status information,the errors of real time status of all UAVs,the expected formation configuration and the pre-given trajectory under directed switching ***,through a certain matrix variable substitution,the UAV swarm system formation control issue is transformed into a lower dimensional asymptotically stable control ***,by introducing the minimum dwell time,the design steps of formation control algorithm are further *** the meantime,the stability of the UAV swarm system is analyzed through the construction of a piecewise continuous Lyapunov functional and via the Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMIs)***,the comparison results of a numerical simulation are elaborated to verify the validity of the proposed approach.

Traditional detection of thiodiglycol(TDG),a metabolic marker for sulfur mustard poisoning,requires not only professional operators,but also expensive reagents and large ***,we developed a novel molecular imprinted polymers(MIPs)-based lateral flow assay(LFA)strategy for the quick,sensitive,and selective detection of *** nanoparticles(Au NPs),MIPs,and metallothioneins(MTs)were respectively loaded on the conjugate pad,test line(T line)and control line(C line).After adding TDG,Au NPs on the conjugate pad reacted with TDG through the Au-S bond ***,under the action of capillary force,the conjugates of TDG and Au NPs were trapped by the MIPs as they traveled to the T line,and the residual Au NPs bound with the MTs on the C line,exhibiting two obvious red bands on T line and C line,*** contrast,a single red band could be observed on C line without *** method exhibited a wide linear range from 10.0 pg/m L to 10,000.0 ng/m L and its limit of detection(LOD)was as low as 0.41 pg/m *** method was successfully utilized to detect TDG in human urine,presenting significant potential in the point-of-care testing of TDG in clinical samples of the sulfur mustard poisoning patients.

BACKGROUND HeartModel(HM)is a fully automated adaptive quantification software that can quickly quantify left heart volume and left ventricular *** study used HM to quantify the left ventricular end-diastolic(LVEDV)and end-systolic volumes(LVESV)of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),coronary artery heart disease with segmental wall motion abnormality,and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)to determine whether there were differences in the feasibility,accuracy,and repeatability of measuring the LVEDV,LVESV,LV ejection fraction(LVEF)and left atrial end-systolic volume(LAESV)and to compare these measurements with those obtained with traditional twodimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)*** To evaluate the application value of HM in quantifying left heart chamber volume and LVEF in clinical *** A total of 150 subjects who underwent 2D and 3D echocardiography were divided into 4 groups:(1)42 patients with normal heart shape and function(control group,Group A);(2)35 patients with DCM(Group B);(3)41 patients with LV remodeling after acute myocardial infarction(Group C);and(4)32 patients with HCM(Group D).The LVEDV,LVESV,LVEF and LAESV obtained by HM with(HM-RE)and without regional endocardial border editing(HM-NE)were compared with those measured by traditional 2D/3D echocardiographic methods to assess the correlation,consistency,and repeatability of all ***(1)The parameters measured by HM were significantly different among the groups(P<0.05 for all).Compared with Groups A,C,and D,Group B had higher LVEDV and LVESV(P<0.05 for all)and lower LVEF(P<0.05 for all);(2)HM-NE overestimated LVEDV,LVESV,and LAESV with wide biases and underestimated LVEF with a small bias;contour adjustment reduced the biases and limits of agreement(bias:LVEDV,28.17 mL,LVESV,14.92 mL,LAESV,8.18 mL,LVEF,-0.04%).The correlations between HM-RE and advanced cardiac 3D quantification(3DQA)(r_(s)=0.91-0.95,P<0.05 for all)were higher than those between HM-NE(

To recover metal from copper slags,a new process involving two steps of oxidative desulfurization followed by smelting reduction was proposed in which one hazardous waste(waste cathode carbon)was used to treat another(copper slags).The waste cathode carbon is used not only as a reducing agent but also as a fluxing agent to decrease slag melting *** holding for 60 min in air atmosphere first and then smelting with 14.4 wt%waste cathode carbon and 25 wt%CaO for 180 min in high purity Ar atmosphere at 1450℃,the recovery rates of Cu and Fe reach 95.89%and 94.64%,respectively,and meanwhile greater than 90%of the fluoride from waste cathode carbon is transferred into the final slag as CaF_(2) and Ca_(2)Si_(2)F_(2)O_(7),which makes the content of soluble F in the slag meet the national emission ***,the sulphur content in the obtained Fe-Cu alloy is low to 0.03 wt%.

Relationship between the Plasma Fibulin-1 Levels,Pulse Wave Velocity,and Vascular Age in Asymptomatic Hyperuricemia

Fibulin-1(FBLN-1),an elastin-associated extracellular matrix protein,has been found in blood and may play a role in the pathophysiological processes leading to cardiovascular disease(CVD).We aimed to investigate the relationship between fibulin-1 levels and the risk of CVD by evaluating vascular age derived from the Framingham Heart Study and brachial-ankle Pulse Wave Velocity(baPWV)in patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia(AHU).In total,66 patients with AHU and 66 gender-and age-matched healthy individuals were *** plasma fibulin-1 levels were measured by *** with AHU presented significantly higher vascular age[median(interquartile range):54(22)vs.48(14)years,P=0.01]and baPWV[mean±SD:1373±223 vs.1291±177 cm/s,P=0.02]than the healthy subjects;however,no significant difference was observed in the plasma fibulin-1 level between the patients with AHU and healthy subjects[median(interquartile range):4018(3838)vs.3099(3405)ng/mL,P=0.31].A correlation between fibulin-1 levels and baPWV was observed only in patients with AHU(r=0.29,P=0.02);and there was also a suggestively statistically significant correlation between fibulin-1 levels and vascular age(r=0.22,P=0.08).However,these associations were rendered insignificant after adjustments for potential *** healthy subjects,no correlation was observed between fibulin-1 levels and CVD *** study reveals that plasma fibulin-1 levels may reflect the CVD risk in patients with AHU,but the relationship is not robust.

Fluorescence Anisotropy(FA)is an effective biochemical detection method based on molecular *** oxide(GO)has been extensively used as an FA ***,the enhancement of FA by GO alone is limited and the strong scattering of GO will easily make the measurement of FA *** order to address these problems,an octopus-like DNA nanostructure(ODN)was designed and coupled with GO to enhance the FA together in this *** mimicking the multi-clawed structure of the octopus,the ODN can be adsorbed on GO tightly,which not only could improve the sensitivity because of the double FA enhancement abilities of GO and ODN,but also could improve the specificity due to the decrease of the nonspecific interaction in complex ***,ODN could maintain a certain distance between the fluorophore and GO to reduce the fluorescence quenching efficiency of GO,which could improve the *** method has been applied for the detection of hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA)in a range of 1-50 nmol/L and the limit of detection(LOD)was 330 pmol/*** addition,the proposed method has been successfully utilized to detect HBV-DNA in human serum,indicating that this method has a great practical application prospect.

The effect of long-term thermal exposure on the tensile behavior of a high W content nickel-based superalloy K416B was *** microstructure and the deformation characteristics were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,and the phase transformation of the alloy during long-term thermal exposure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction patterns and differential thermal *** showed that after thermal exposure at 1000℃,the MC carbides in the K416 B alloy decomposed into M_(6)*** tensile deformation,dislocations slipping inγmatrix crossed over the M_(6)C by Orowan bowing *** the increase of thermal exposure time,the secondary M_(6)C reduced greatly the yield strength of the alloy at room ***,the continuous distribution of the secondary M_(6)C with great brittleness in the grain boundary could become the main source of crack,which might change the fracture characteristic of the alloy from trans-granular to intergranular.
