High spectrum efficiency(SE)requirement and massive connections are the main challenges for the fifth generation(5G)and beyond 5G(B5G)wireless networks,especially for the case when Internet of Things(IoT)devices are located in a disaster ***-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)-based unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-aided network is emerging as a promising technique to overcome the above *** this paper,an emergency communications framework of NOMA-based UAV-aided networks is established,where the disasters scenarios can be divided into three broad categories that have named emergency areas,wide areas and dense ***,a UAV-enabled uplink NOMA system is established to gather information from IoT devices in emergency ***,a joint UAV deployment and resource allocation scheme for a multi-UAV enabled NOMA system is developed to extend the UAV coverage for IoT devices in wide ***,a UAV equipped with an antenna array has been considered to provide wireless service for multiple devices that are densely distributed in disaster *** results are provided to validate the effectiveness of the above three ***,potential research directions and challenges are also highlighted and discussed.

In this study,a multi-physics and multi-scale coupling program,Fluent/KMC-sub/NDK,was developed based on the user-defined functions(UDF)of Fluent,in which the KMC-sub-code is a sub-channel thermal-hydraulic code and the NDK code is a neutron diffusion *** coupling program framework adopts the"master-slave"mode,in which Fluent is the master program while NDK and KMC-sub are coupled internally and compiled into the dynamic link library(DLL)as slave *** domain decomposition method was adopted,in which the reactor core was simulated by NDK and KMC-sub,while the rest of the primary loop was simulated using Fluent.A simulation of the reactor shutdown process of M2LFR-1000 was carried out using the coupling program,and the code-to-code verification was performed with ATHLET,demonstrating a good agreement,with absolute deviation was smaller than 0.2%.The results show an obvious thermal stratification phenomenon during the shutdown process,which occurs 10 s after shutdown,and the change in thermal stratification phenomena is also captured by the coupling *** the same time,the change in the neutron flux density distribution of the reactor was also obtained.

NH_3-SCR denitration catalyst performance over vanadium–titanium with the addition of Ce and Sb

Selective catalytic reduction technology using NH3 as a reducing agent（NH3-SCR） is an effective control method to remove nitrogen oxides. TiO2-supported vanadium oxide catalysts with different levels of Ce and Sb modification were prepared by an impregnation method and were characterized by X-ray diffractometer（XRD）, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller（BET）, Transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy（UV-Vis DRS）, Raman and Hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction（H2-TPR）. The catalytic activities of V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts for denitration were investigated in a fixed bed flow microreactor. The results showed that cerium, vanadium and antimony oxide as the active components were well dispersed on TiO2, and the catalysts exhibited a large number of d-d electronic transitions, which were helpful to strengthen SCR reactivity. The V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts exhibited a good low temperature NH3-SCR catalytic activity. In the temperature range of 210 to 400℃, the V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts gave NO conversion rates above 90%. For the best V5Ce35Sb2/TiO2 catalyst, at a reaction temperature of 210℃, the NO conversion rate had already reached 90%. The catalysts had different catalytic activity with different Ce loadings. With the increase of Ce loading, the NO conversion rate also increased.

Postoperative tunnel enlargement has been frequently reported after anterior cruciate ligament（ACL）*** screw,as a surgical implant in ACL reconstruction,may influence natural loading transmission and contribute to tunnel *** aims of this study are（1）to quantify the alteration of strain energy density（SED）distribution after the anatomic single-bundle ACL reconstruction;and（2）to characterize the influence of screw length and diameter on the degree of the SED alteration.A validated finite element model of human knee joint was *** screw length ranging from 20 to 30 mm with screw diameter ranging from 7 to 9 mm were *** the post-operative knee,the SED increased steeply at the extra-articular tunnel aperture under compressive and complex loadings,whereas the SED decreased beneath the screw shaft and nearby the intra-articular tunnel *** the screw length could lower the SED deprivation in the proximal part of the bone tunnel;whereas increasing either screw length or diameter could aggravate the SED deprivation in the distal part of the bone *** the elastic modulus of the screw could lower the bone SED deprivation around the *** consideration of both graft stability and SED alteration,a biodegradable interference screw with a long length is recommended,which could provide a beneficial mechanical environment at the distal part of the tunnel,and meanwhile decrease the bone-graft motion and synovial fluid propagation at the proximal part of the *** findings together with the clinical and histological factors could help to improve surgical outcome,and serve as a preliminary knowledge for the following study of biodegradable interference screw.

Protein succinylation is a biochemical reaction in which a succinyl group(-CO-CH2-CH2-CO-)is attached to the lysine residue of a protein *** succinylation plays important regulatory roles in living ***,studies in this field are limited by the difficulty in experimentally identifying the substrate site specificity of lysine *** facilitate this process,several tools have been proposed for the computational identification of succinylated lysine *** this study,we developed an approach to investigate the substrate specificity of lysine succinylated sites based on amino acid *** experimentally verified lysine succinylated sites collected from public resources,the significant differences in position-specific amino acid composition between succinylated and non-succinylated sites were represented using the Two Sample Logo *** findings enabled the adoption of an effective machine learning method,support vector machine,to train a predictive model with not only the amino acid composition,but also the composition of k-spaced amino acid *** the selection of the best model using a ten-fold crossvalidation approach,the selected model significantly outperformed existing tools based on an independent dataset manually extracted from published research ***,the selected model was used to develop a web-based tool,SuccSite,to aid the study of protein *** proteins were used as case studies on the website to demonstrate the effective prediction of succinylation *** will regularly update SuccSite by integrating more experimental *** is freely accessible at http://***/SuccSite/.

BACKGROUND:Infectious complications are common during the postoperative course of a liver transplant recipient. Malaria, however, is a rare complication in such a setting. METHOD:We report post-transplantation malaria causing elevation of liver enzymes in two recipients. RESULTS:Both patients who had undergone living donor liver transplantation showed elevated levels of liver enzymes and fever during the postoperative course. Investigations (including liver biopsy in one patient) were initially inconclusive in determining the cause of liver dysfunction. The diagnosis of malaria was established in both cases by peripheral blood smear. Liver function transiently worsened with antimalarial treatment but subsequently became normal. CONCLUSION:This report highlights the importance of excluding such uncommon causes of post-transplantation liver dysfunction, especially when either the recipient or the donor comes from a region endemic for malaria.

In the present study, a series of regeneration conditions and the regeneration mechanism of modified lake sediment biochar (Fe-KOH/LSB) catalysts for low-temperature catalytic hydrolysis of carbon disulfide (CS2) were investigated. The results showed that Rm-WNA method had the best regeneration effect. Under optimal regeneration conditions, the sulfur capacity (13.86 mg[S]/g[catalyst]) of regenerated Fe- KOH/LSB was close to that of fresh Fe-KOH/LSB (14.88 mg[S]/g[catalyst]). The water washing process could wash away a small number of sulfates and a large number of alkaline groups. TG-DTA and DRTFIR results indicated that the nitrogen sweeping process could decompose Fe2(SO4)3 into Fe2O3, which partially recovered the catalytic and the adsorptive abilities. CO2-TPD results indicated that the alkali steeping process offer -OH groups, further improving the catalytic and the adsorptive abilities. After 3 times-regeneration, the sulfur capacity of Fe-KOH/LSB reached 13.31 mg[S]/g[catalyst], indicating that the Rm-WNA method had good stability for the recovery of the catalytic activity. BET, XPS and XRD results revealed that the decrease of the sulfur capacity for regeneration was attributed to the decrease of the adsorptive abilities of C and SiO2.

The relationship between the upper ocean thermal structure and the genesis locations of tropical cyclones (TCs) in the South china Sea (SCS) is investigated by using the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) best-track archives and high resolution (1/4 degree) temperature analyses of the world's oceans in this paper. In the monthly mean genesis positions of TCs from 1945 to 2005 in the SCS, the mean sea surface temperature (SST) was 28.8℃ and the mean depth of 26℃ water was 53.1 m. From the monthly distribution maps of genesis positions of TCs, SST and the depth of 26℃ water in the SCS, we discovered that there existed regions with SST exceeding 26℃ and 26℃ water depth exceeding 50 m where no tropical cyclones formed from 1945 to 2005 in the SCS, which suggests that there were other factors unfavorable for TC formation in these regions.

Typhoon Durian (2001),which formed over the South china Sea (SCS),was simulated by using the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model. The genesis of typhoon Durian which formed in the monsoon trough was reproduced by numerical simulations. The simulated results agree reasonably well with observations. Two numerical experiments in which the sea surface temperature (SST) was either decreased or increased were performed to investigate the impact of the SST on the genesis of the ty-phoon. When the SST was decreased by 5℃ uniformly for all grids in the model,the winds calculated became divergent in the lower troposphere and convergent in the upper troposphere,creating conditions in which the amount of total latent heat release (TLHR) was low and the tropical cyclone (TC) could not be formed. This simulation shows the importance of the convergence in the lower tropo-sphere and the divergence in the upper troposphere for the genesis of the initial vortex. When the SST was increased by 1℃ uni-formly for all grids,a stronger typhoon was generated in the results with an increase of about 10 m s-1 in the maximum surface wind speed. Only minor differences in intensity were noted during the first 54 h in the simulation with the warmer SST,but apparent dif-ferences in intensity occurred after 54 h when the vortex began to strengthen to typhoon strength. This experiment shows that warmer SST will speed the strengthening from tropical storm strength to typhoon strength and increase the maximum intensity reached,while only minor impact can be seen during the earlier stage of genesis before the TC reaches the tropical storm strength. The results sug-gest that the amount of TLHR may be the dominant factor in determining the formation and the intensification of the TC.
