EBSD analysis of grain boundary evolution and dynamic recrystallization of Inconel 625 superalloy at various hot spinning feed rates

Hot spinning can make the material withstand shear stress, so that the shape of the material has a great change,which is one of the main processing methods of nickel-based alloy plate members. Inconel 625 alloy, which has excellent high temperature mechanical properties and can be used as the main candidate material for aerospace applications, needs further study on its hot spinning deformation behavior and deformation mechanism. In this paper, the effect of feed rate on the microstructure evolution of Inconel 625 superalloy was studied by the electron backscattered diffraction technology. The microstructure with necklace-like structures composed of dynamic recrystallization(DRX) grains was observed after hot spinning. It was found that at the low feed rate, the promotion of DRX degree and grain refinement happened, where the grain size reached the trough of 10.99 μm under a feed rate of 300 mm/min. However, with the further feed rate rising, the degree of DRX was suppressed to a certain extent and grain size increased to 14.26 μm. On balance, the feed rate of 300 mm/min was the most efficient condition for grain refinement. Besides, it was revealed that both discontinuous dynamic recrystallization(DDRX) and continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX) occurred during hot spinning. DDRX includes the initial grain boundary nucleation by bulging and the annealing twin boundary assisted nucleation, while the CDRX mechanism is related to the continuous subgrain rotation within the deformed grain. DDRX is the main DRX mechanism.

The wheel-legged biped robot is a typical ground-based mobile robot that can combine the high velocity and high efficiency pertaining to wheeled motion and the strong,obstacle-crossing performance associated with legged *** robots have gradually exhibited satisfactory application potential in various harsh scenarios such as rubble rescue,military operations,and wilderness ***-legged biped robots are divided into four categories according to the open–close chain structure forms and operation task modes,and the latest technology research status is summarized in this *** hardware control system,control method,and application are analyzed,and the dynamic balance control for the two-wheel,biomimetic jumping control for the legs and whole-body control for integrating the wheels and legs are *** summary,it is observed that the current research exhibits problems,such as the insufficient application of novel materials and a rigid–flexible coupling design;the limited application of the advanced,intelligent control methods;the inadequate understanding of the bionic jumping mechanisms in robot legs;and the insufficient coordination ability of the multi-modal motion,which do not exhibit practical application for the wheel-legged biped ***,this study discusses the key research directions and development trends for the wheel-legged biped robots.

Oxygen uptake response to switching stairs exercise by non-parametric modeling

Oxygen uptake plays a crucial role in the evaluation of endurance performance during exercise and is extensively utilized for metabolic assessment. This study records the oxygen uptake during the exercise phase (i.e., ascending or descending) of the stair exercise, utilizing an experimental dataset that includes ten participants and covers various exercise periods. Based on the designed experiment protocol, a non-parametric modeling method with kernel-based regularization is generally applied to estimate the oxygen uptake changes during the switching stairs exercise, which closely resembles daily life activities. The modeling results indicate the effectiveness of the non-parametric modeling approach when compared to fixed-order models in terms of accuracy, stability, and compatibility. The influence of exercise duration on estimated fitness reveals that the model of the phase-oxygen uptake system is not time-invariant related to respiratory metabolism regulation and muscle fatigue. Consequently, it allows us to study the humans’ conversion mechanism at different metabolic rates and facilitates the standardization and development of exercise prescriptions.

In-pipe robots have been widely used in pipes-with smooth inner ***,current in-pipe robots face challenges in terms of moving past obstacles and climbing in marine-vessel pipeline systems,which are affected by marine biofouling and electrochemical *** paper takes inspiration from the dual-hook structure of Trypoxylus dichotomus’s feet and gecko‑like dry adhesives,proposing an in-pipe robot that is capable of climbing on rough and smooth pipe *** combination of the bioinspired hook and dry adhesives allows the robot to stably attach to rough or smooth pipe inwalls,while the wheel-leg hybrid mechanism provides better conditions for obstacle *** paper explores the attachment and obstacle-surmounting mechanisms of the ***,motion strategies for the robot are devised based on different pipe structural *** experiments showed that this robot can adapt to both smooth and rough pipe environments simultaneously,and its motion performance is superior to conventional driving *** robot’s active turning actuators also enable it to navigate through horizontally or vertically oriented 90°bends.

To the Editor:Tricuspid regurgitation(TR)associated with valve disease is a general medical issue with growing prevalence and socioeconomic ***,especially moderate or severe TR,has been reported to be associated with an increased risk of heart failure and mortality.^([1])Studies have shown that blood calcium levels and blood phosphorus levels have a great influence on the human body,especially on the cardiovascular *** serum calcium levels were reported to be a risk factor for cardiovascular disease.^([2])A meta-analysis reported that moderate dietary calcium intake protects against cardiovascular and all-cause mortality and that calcium supplementation reduces mortality in women.^([3])

近年来,明星艺人因偷逃税而“塌房”的案例屡有发生,影视行业税收秩序面临严峻挑战。本文在实地调研的基础上,选取影视行业制作环节各方从业人员为研究主体,总结相关现行税收政策,结合案例梳理出影视制作环节隐匿收入、转换收入性质、多列支出、曲解税收政策等四大类八种潜在的税收风险点,并在此基础上提出针对影视制作环节各方的涉税建议,为影视行业制作环节各方从业人员的税法遵从做决策参考,以期助力影视行业长期健康规范发展。

中国城市旅游业绿色发展效率的时空分异及空间溢出效应分析

绿色发展是旅游业可持续发展的应有之义,旅游业绿色发展效率是衡量旅游业绿色发展水平的重要标准。综合运用Super-SBM-Undesirable模型、Markov链、Dagum基尼系数、空间杜宾模型等多种方法分析2010~2019年中国城市旅游业绿色发展效率的动态演进趋势、空间差异大小及差异来源、以及其影响因素的空间溢出效应等。结果表明:(1)2010~2019年中国城市旅游业绿色发展效率呈现明显的“W”型阶段变化特征,在空间上具有较为显著的集聚特征。(2)中国城市旅游业旅游发展效率存在明显的“俱乐部趋同”现象,并且短期内难以实现跨越式增长。高效率城市的倒退风险高于其他等级,主要向较高效率下移。(3)中国城市旅游业绿色发展效率的总体基尼系数整体上呈现略微下降的趋势,但是波动性较强,并且阶段性特征较为明显。在2013年之前,空间差异呈现逐渐扩大趋势,随后在2014~2017年,呈现较为显著地缩小趋势,而后呈现略微扩大趋势。旅游业绿色发展效率存在空间差异的主要原因是区域内差异。(4)旅游专业化水平、交通通达度表现出正向溢出效应,而经济发展水平表现出负向溢出效应。最后,基于研究结论,提出相应建议,对促进中国城市旅游业高质量发展具有重要意义。

Bowel preparation protocol for hospitalized patients ages 50 years or older:A randomized controlled trial

BACKGROUND The incidence and mortality rate of colorectal cancer progressively increase with age and become particularly prominent after the age of 50 ***,the population that is≥50 years in age requires long-term and regular *** bowel preparation is the main reason preventing patients from undergoing regular *** standard bowel preparation regimen of 4-L polyethylene glycol(PEG)is effective but poorly *** To investigate an effective and comfortable bowel preparation regimen for hospitalized patients≥50 years in *** Patients were randomly assigned to group 1(2-L PEG+30-mL lactulose+a lowresidue diet)or group 2(4-L PEG).Adequate bowel preparation was defined as a Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)score of≥6,with a score of≥2 for each ***-inferiority was prespecified with a margin of 10%.Additionally,the degree of comfort was assessed based on the comfort *** The proportion of patients with a BBPS score of≥6 in group 1 was not significantly different from that in group 2,as demonstrated by intention-to-treat(91.2%vs 91.0%,P=0.953)and per-protocol(91.8%vs 91.0%,P=0.802)***,in patients≥75 years in age,the proportion of BBPS scores of≥6 in group 1 was not significantly different from that in group 2(90.9%vs 97.0%,P=0.716).Group 1 had higher comfort scores(8.85±1.162 vs 7.59±1.735,P<0.001),longer sleep duration(6.86±1.204 h vs 5.80±1.730 h,P<0.001),and fewer awakenings(1.42±1.183 vs 2.04±1.835,P=0.026)than group *** For hospitalized patients≥50 years in age,the bowel preparation regimen comprising 2-L PEG+30-mL lactulose+a low-residue diet produced a cleanse that was as effective as the 4-L PEG regimen and even provided better comfort.

针对制造商公平关切下的二级供应链,构建非合作博弈模型,考察批发价契约与收益共享契约的供应链协调功能。通过逆向归纳求解博弈均衡,分析发现:与零售商公平关切时不同,制造商公平关切时批发价契约总是无法协调供应链,制造商将利用其先动优势使得自己总是处于优势不公平(即其利润总大于零售商);当市场潜在需求足够大,且制造商的优势不公平感知足够强时,若令收益共享率为1/2,且制造商以成本价供货,则该收益共享契约可实现供应链协调。
