2024年7月25日,美国国立综合癌症网络(National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN)对中枢神经系统肿瘤指南进行了更新,本次更新是继2024年5月31日2023.V1升级为2024.V1版后的再次更新(2024.V2版)。胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性颅内肿瘤,发病率约为每年5/10万人左右。本文对其中的成人胶质瘤实践指南进行简要解读,以便帮助从事于胶质瘤的相关临床工作人员更好地理解和应用指南中的内容。

Investigations on Fluid Resonance Within A Narrow Gap Formed by Two Fixed Bodies with Varying Breadth Ratios

The resonant motion of the fluid inside a narrow gap between two fixed boxes induced by incident regular waves with various wave heights is investigated by adopting a two-dimensional numerical wave flume based on an opensourced CFD package,*** two boxes have identical draft and height,but the upstream box has a variable *** article focuses on the influences of the breadth ratio,defined as the ratio of the breadth of the upstream box to that of the downstream box,on the following three aspects of hydrodynamic characteristics of gap resonance:(1)the wave height amplifications inside the gap,and in front and at the rear of the structure system,(2)the reflection,transmission,and energy loss coefficients of the structure system,and(3)the response and damping time of the fluid *** is found that the fluid resonant frequency,the amplification factor of the resonant wave height inside the gap and the maximum energy loss coefficient of the structure system are shown to gradually decrease with the increase of the breadth *** response time of gap resonance is shown to first increase and then decrease with the breadth ratio overall,regardless of the incident wave height,and the configuration that the two boxes have the same breadth would bring the largest response time of gap resonance.

基于听神经瘤膜性结构分类行肿瘤切除术的疗效分析

目的探讨以前庭神经束膜为界面的听神经瘤膜性结构分类及以此为依据对听神经瘤患者实施个体化手术的临床疗效。方法回顾性收集2015年1月至2019年12月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院神经外科收治的300例听神经瘤患者的临床资料,根据前庭神经束膜的完整性、清晰度及其与面神经的位置关系依次将听神经瘤膜性结构分为a(72例)、b(195例)、c(33例)三类并实施个体化手术切除,分析并比较三类患者临床资料的差异。术后1周行头颅MRI检查评估并比较三类患者的肿瘤切除程度。术后1个月、1年对患者进行临床随访,采用House-Brackmann(H-B)分级评估并比较三类患者术后面神经功能情况,其中H-B分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级为面神经功能良好;通过美国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学会听力分级标准评估并比较三类患者术后听力保留情况,其中纯音听阈均值>50 dB、言语分辨率≥50%为有效听力。结果300例患者中,肿瘤全切除262例(87.33%),近全切除29例(9.67%),部分切除9例(3.00%)。术后10例(3.33%)患者发生并发症,其中脑脊液漏5例,脑积水2例,切口感染、小脑出血、远隔部位出血(额叶)各1例。292例(97.33%)患者术中保留了面神经解剖结构,术前78例(26.00%)无有效听力者术后听力均未恢复。术后1个月、1年随访显示,面神经功能良好率分别为87.33%(262/300)、88.67%(266/300);术前存在有效听力的患者中,术后有效听力保留率分别为69.37%(154/222)、70.27%(156/222)。三类患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤侧别的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);肿瘤质地、Koos分级的差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);其中囊性听神经瘤膜性结构的完整性和清晰度较实性差,肿瘤Koos分级3~4级较1~2级膜性结构的完整性和清晰度差,b、c类患者中Koos分级3~4级占比均较a类高,c类较b类高(均P<0.05)。三类患者的肿瘤切除程度、术后1个月及1年的面神经功能和听力的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001),b、c类患者中肿瘤全切除、面神经功能良好、保留有效听力占比均较a类低,c类均较b类低(均P<0.01)。结论根据听神经瘤的膜性结构分类进行个体化手术可有助于实现肿瘤全切除、保护面神经功能及保留有效听力。前庭神经束膜完整性和清晰度差且与肿瘤粘连严重的患者,预后欠佳,术中尤其需提高警惕。

Resource allocation for multiuser two-way OFDMA relay networks with user rate constraints

This paper studies the resource allocation for a multi-user two-way amplify-and-forward （AF） relay network over orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing （OFDM） technology, where all users communicate with their pre-assigned partners. Using convex optimization techniques, an optimal solution to minimize the total transmit power while satisfy each user-pair＇s data rate requirements is proposed. We divide the resource allocation problem into two subproblems：（1） power optimization within user-pair and relay in each subcarrier. （2） optimal subcarrier allocation and sum power assignment among N parallel OFDM subcarriers. Closed-form expressions of the power among user-pair and relay can be obtained in subproblem （1）, and so the proposed algorithm decreases the variable dimensionality of the objective function to reduce the complexity of this optimization problem. To solve it, a three-step suboptimal approach is proposed to assign the resources to user-pairs： Firstly, decompose each user-pair into two sub user-pairs which have one-way and two-way relaying transmission modes. Secondly, allocate the subcarriers to the new mode user-pairs and assign the transmit power to each carrier. Thirdly, distribute the assigned power to three nodes allocated in the subcarrier. Simulation results demonstrate the significant power is saved with the proposed solutions, as compared to a fixed subcarrier allocation.

Although ABSCISIC ACID INSENSITIVE 4(ABI4)was initially demonstrated as a key positive regulator in the phytohormone abscisic acid(ABA)signaling cascade,multiple studies have now shown that it is actually involved in the regulation of several other cascades,including diverse phytohormone biogenesis and signaling pathways,various developmental processes(such as seed dormancy and germination,seedling establishment,and root development),disease resistance and lipid *** with its versatile biological functions,ABI4 either activates or represses transcription of its target *** upstream regulators of ABI4 at both the transcription and post-transcription levels have also been documented in recent ***,a complicated network consisting of the direct target genes and upstreamregulators of ABI4,through which ABI4 participates in several phytohormone crosstalk networks,has been *** this review,we summarize current understanding of the sophisticated ABI4-mediated molecular networks,mainly focusing on diverse phytohormone(including ABA,gibberellin,cytokinin,ethylene,auxin,and jasmonic acid)*** also discuss the potential mechanisms through which ABI4 receives the ABA signal,focusing on protein phosphorylation modification events.

Seed plants have evolved to maintain the dormancy of freshly matured seeds until the appropriate time for germination. Seed dormancy and germination are distinct physiological processes, and the transition from dormancy to germination is not only a critical developmental step in the life cycle of plants but is also impor- tant for agricultural production. These processes are precisely regulated by diverse endogenous hormones and environmental cues. Although ABA （abscisic acid） and GAs （gibberellins） are known to be the primary phytohormones that antagonistically regulate seed dormancy, recent findings demonstrate that another phytohormone, auxin, is also critical for inducing and maintaining seed dormancy, and therefore might act as a key protector of seed dormancy. In this review, we summarize our current understanding of the sophisticated molecular networks involving the critical roles of phytohormones in regulating seed dormancy and germination, in which AP2-domain-containing transcription factors play key roles. We also discuss the interactions （crosstalk） of diverse hormonal signals in seed dormancy and germination, focusing on the ABA/GA balance that constitutes the central node.

Pulse coding off-chip learning algorithm for memristive artificial neural network

Memristive neural network has attracted tremendous attention since the memristor array can perform parallel multiplyaccumulate calculation(MAC)operations and memory-computation operations as compared with digital CMOS hardware ***,owing to the variability of the memristor,the implementation of high-precision neural network in memristive computation units is still *** learning algorithms for memristive artificial neural network(ANN)is unable to achieve the performance comparable to high-precision by using CMOS-based ***,we propose an algorithm based on off-chip learning for memristive ANN in low *** the ANN in the high-precision in digital CPUs and then quantifying the weight of the network to low precision,the quantified weights are mapped to the memristor arrays based on VTEAM model through using the pulse coding weight-mapping *** this work,we execute the inference of trained 5-layers convolution neural network on the memristor arrays and achieve an accuracy close to the inference in the case of high precision(64-bit).Compared with other algorithms-based off-chip learning,the algorithm proposed in the present study can easily implement the mapping process and less influence of the device *** result provides an effective approach to implementing the ANN on the memristive hardware platform.

In the light of Robinson and Wilczek's new idea,and motivated by Banerjee and Kulkarni's simplified method of using only the covariant anomaly to derive Hawking radiation from a black hole,we generally extend the work to Kerr-Newman black hole in dragging coordinates *** is shown that the flows introduced to cancel the anomaly at the event horizon are equal to the corresponding Hawking radiation in dragging coordinates frame,which supports and extends Robinson and Wilczek's opinion.

The electro-oxidation of ethanol on a highly preferred orientation (220) Ni electrode and alower texture degree Ni electrode in 1 mol/L NaoH was investigated with cyclicvoltammetry. The mechanism of ethanol oxidation on the highly preferred orientation Nielectrode is proposed. It is shown that the current peak of electro-oxidation of ethanol onthe highly preferred orientation (220) Ni electrode is much higher than that of the lowertextUre degree (220) Ni electrode, Ni(Ⅲ) on the surface of the highly preferredorientation(220)Ni electrode is responsible for the oxidation ethanol.
