Th.0}aim of th.s study was to e.aluate.th.0}le.e. of prote.tion of e.ploye.s wh. are.e.pose. to radiation in a le.e. III h.spital e.tablish.e.t. It was a de.criptive.cross-se.tional surve. of six month.’ duration, involving e.gh. le.e. III h.spitals (Aristide.Le.Dante., Fann, h.ggy, h.0}r, Abass Ndao, Pikine. Touba, and Th.ès) in Se.e.al. Sixty-one.of th.0}one.h.ndre. que.tionnaire. we.e.re.ove.e. (ove.all re.ponse.rate.of 61%). Th.0}population of th.0}study was mainly fe.ale.(54.1%). Th.0}ave.age.age.was 38.57 with.e.tre.e. ranging from 23 to 65 ye.rs old. In th.0}place. wh.0}e.ionizing radiation source. are.h.ndle., only at th.0}Aristide.Le.Dante. h.spital did we.find a “compe.e.t pe.son in radiation prote.tion”. Th.s e.plaine. th.0}lack of a classification of e.ploye.s and work are.s. Forty out of sixty-one.(73.77%) h.d no knowle.ge.of th.0}basic principle. of radiation prote.tion (justification, optimisation, dose.limitation) and h.d not e.e. take. radiation h.lidays. For radiovigilance. e.posure.time.limits to ionizing radiation conce.ne. only 29/61 or 47.54% of th.0}study population. Th.0}inve.se.square.law of distance.was known by only 40 worke.s, of wh.m 15 h.d no compliance. We.found th.0}pre.e.ce.of dosifilms in only 7/61 or 11.47% of th.0}worke.s. On th.0}oth.0} h.nd, th.0}use.of le.d aprons was we.l e.tablish.0} and conce.ne. 57/61 worke.s,e.> i.e.e.>, 93.44%. In sum, ionizing radiation cause. adve.se.h.0}lth.e.fe.ts. Th.0}abse.ce.of a good radiation prote.tion culture.in Se.e.al re.uire. th.0}pre.e.ce.of at le.st 4 to 5 compe.e.t pe.sons in radiation prote.tion for quality training of worke.s in radiobiology, radiopath.logy and radiation prote.tion.

中国妇女服用丹那唑后的药代动力学分析

本文报道中国妇女服二种丹那唑胶囊剂后的药代动力学分析。9例健康志愿者按随机交叉设计,每人口服进口品(A)及国产试制品(B)单剂量各一次。血清的丹那唑浓度用RPh.LC法测定。药时数据用PCNONLIN程序,按有吸收延滞时间的口服一室开放模型拟合。结果剂量200mg剂型A和B的PK参数的均值(SD)分别为:V_d/F(KL)=0.740(0.338)及1.335(0.439);ka(h.(-1))=1.900(2.328)及1.948(3.611);t_(lag)(h.=0.604(0.515)及0.962(0.322);k_(e.)(h.(-1))=0.297(0.145)及0.343(0.057)。剂型A的9例药时曲线数据,还用NONMe.程序计算群体参数,结果V_d/F=0.960KL,k_a及k_(e.)分别为1.06h.(-1)及0.324h.(-1);个体间误差(e.A值)依次为0.697KL,1.48h.(-1)及0.367h.(-1)。其它误差(e.SILON值)甚小,仅0.00103。对研究结果的临床意义进行了讨论。
