High-temperature CO2electrolysis via solid oxide electrolysis cells (CO2-SOECs) has drawn special attention due to the high energy convention efficiency,fast electrode kinetics,and great potential in carbon ***,the development of cathode materials with high catalytic activity and chemical stability for pure CO2electrolysis is still a great *** this work,A-site cation deficient dual-phase material,namely(Pr0.4Ca0.6)xFe0.8Ni0.2O3-δ（PCFN,x=1,0.95,and 0.9）,has been designed as the fuel electrode for a pure CO2-SOEC,which presents superior electrochemical *** all these compositions,(Pr0.4Ca0.6)0.95Fe0.8Ni0.2O3-δ（PCFN95） exhibited the lowest polarization resistance of 0.458Ωcm2at open-circuit voltage and 800℃.The application of PCFN95 as the cathode in a single cell yields an impressive electrolysis current density of 1.76 A cm-2at 1.5 V and 800℃,which is76%higher than that of single cells with stoichiometric Pr0.4Ca0.6Fe0.8Ni0.2O3-δ（PCFN100） *** effects of A-site deficiency on materials'phase structure and physicochemical properties are also systematically *** an enhancement in electrochemical performance is attributed to the promotion of effective CO2adsorption,as well as the improved electrode kinetics resulting from the A-site deficiency.

Solid-oxide fuel cells(SOFCs)offer great promise for producing electricity using a wide variety of fuels such as natural gas,coal gas and gasified carbonaceous solids;however,conventional nickel-based anodes face great challenges due to contaminants in readily available fuels,especially sulphur-containing ***,the development of new anode materials that can suppress sulphur poisoning is crucial to the realization of fuel-flexible and cost-effective *** this work,La_(0.1)Sr_(1.9)Fe_(1.4)Ni_(0.1)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)(LSFNM)and Pr_(0.1)Sr_(1.9)Fe_(1.4)Ni_(0.1)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)(PSFNM)materials have been synthesized using a sol-gel method in air and investigated as anode mater-ials for *** nanoparticle-decorated ceramic anodes were obtained by the reduction of LSFNM and PSFNM in H_(2)at 850℃,forming a Ruddlesden-Popper oxide with exsolved FeNi3 bimetallic *** electrochemical performance of the Sr_(2)Fe_(1.4)Ni_(0.1)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)ceramic anode was greatly enhanced by La doping of A-sites,resulting in a 44%decrease in the polarization resistance in reducing *** maximum power densities of Sr-and Mg-doped LaGaO_(3)(LSGM)(300μm)electrolyte-supported single cells with LSFNM as the anode reached 1.371 W cm^(-2)in H_(2)and 1.306 W cm^(-2)in 50 ppm H_(2)S-H_(2)at 850℃.Meanwhile,PSFNM showed improved sulphur tolerance,which could be fully recovered after six cycles from H_(2)to 50 ppm H_(2)S-H_(2)*** study indicates that LSFNM and PSFNM are promising high-performance anodes for SOFCs.

Coordinated morphogenic adaptation of growing plants is critical for their survival and propagation under fluctuating *** morphogenic responses to light and warm temperatures,termed photomorphogenesis and thermomorphogenesis,respectively,have been extensively studied in recent *** photomorphogenesis,plants actively reshape their growth and developmental patterns to cope with changes in light ***,photomorphogenesis is closely associated with diverse growth hormonal ***,accumulating evidence indicates that light-directed morphogenesis is profoundly affected by two recently identified phytochemicals,karrikins(kaRs)and strigolactones(SLs).kaRs and SLs are structurally related butenolides acting as signaling molecules during a variety of developmental steps,including seed *** receptors and signaling mediators have been identified,and associated working mechanisms have been explored using gene-deficient mutants in various plant *** particular interest is that the kaR and SL signaling pathways play important roles in environmental responses,among which their linkages with photomorphogenesis are most comprehensively studied during seedling *** this review,we focus on how the phytochemical and light signals converge on the optimization of morphogenic *** also discuss molecular mechanisms underlying the signaling crosstalks with an aim of developing potential ways to improve crop productivity under climate changes.

Most organic electrode materials （OEMs） for rechargeable batteries employ n-type redox centers, whose redox potentials are intrinsically limited <3.0 V versus Li+/Li. However, p-type materials possessing high redox potentials experience low specific capacities because they are capable of only a single redox reaction within the stable electrochemical window of typical ***, we report 5,11-diethyl-5,11-dihydroindolo[3,2-b]carbazole （DEICZ） as a novel p-type OEM, exhibiting stable plateaus at high discharge potentials of3.44 and 4.09 V versus Li+/Li. Notably, the second redox potential of DEICZ is within the stable electrochemical window. The mechanism of the double redox reaction is investigated using both theoretical calculations and experimental measurements, including density functional theory calculations, ex situ electron spin resonance, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Finally,hybridization with single-walled carbon nanotubes （SWCNT） improves the cycle stability and rate performance of DEICZ owing to theπ–πinteractions between the SWCNT and co-planar molecular structure of DEICZ, preventing the dissolution of active materials into the electrolyte. The DEICZ/SWCNT composite electrode maintains 70.4%of its initial specific capacity at 1-C rate and also exhibits high-rate capability, even performing well at 100-C rate.

In spite of the high potential economic feasibility of the tandem solar cells consisting of the halide perovskite and the kesterite Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4(CZTSSe),they have rarely been demonstrated due to the difficulty in implementing solution-processed perovskite top cell on the rough surface of the bottom ***,we firstly demonstrate an efficient monolithic two-terminal perovskite/CZTSSe tandem solar cell by significantly reducing the surface roughness of the electrochemically deposited CZTSSe bottom *** surface roughness(R_(rms))of the CZTSSe thin film could be reduced from 424 to 86 nm by using the potentiostatic mode rather than using the conventional galvanostatic mode,which can be further reduced to 22 nm after the subsequent ion-milling *** perovskite top cell with a bandgap of 1.65 eV could be prepared using a solution process on the flattened CZTSSe bottom cell,resulting in the efficient perovskite/CZTSSe tandem solar *** the current matching between two subcells involving the thickness control of the perovskite layer,the best performing tandem device exhibited a high conversion efficiency of 17.5%without the hysteresis effect.

Anode materials for rechargeable electric car batteries are obtained from Li-metal owing to their extremely high specific capacity and low redox ***,safety concerns related to dendrite formation on the anode surface caused by the uneven distribution of Li-ions during the discharge process interfere with the use of Li-metal in industrial *** this study,methyl vinyl sulfone(MVS),a sulfone-based functional electrolyte additive,is used in an additive engineering strategy to control Lielectrolyte interactions and address the aforementioned *** dendrite growth may be restricted,and transition metal degradation on the surface of the cathode can be reduced by the MVS-derived functional electrolyte additive interfacial *** electrochemical performance of an ethylene carbonate/dimethyl carbonate(EC/DMC)+1 wt% MVS Li-metal anode of a Li||Li symmetric cell exhibits remarkable cycle stability,maintaining a low overvoltage for over 750 h at 1 mA cm^(-2),and capacity of 1 mA h cm^(-2).Additionally,LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811) full cells with the MVS additive exhibit enhanced electrochemical stability for 250 cycles at a current density of 100 mA g^(-1).This study provides an innovative approach for stabilizing the metal-electrolyte interfacial layer that may be used for practical applications in metal-based rechargeable batteries.

BACKGROUND Diabetic foot(DMF)complications are common and are increasing in *** factors related to wound complications are yet to be established after transtibial amputation under the diagnosis of DMF *** To analyze the prognosis and risk factors related to wound complications after transtibial amputation in patients with *** This retrospective cohort study included seventy-two patients with DMF complications who underwent transtibial amputation between April 2014 and March *** groups were categorized based on the occurrence of wound complications,and we compared demographic data between the complication group and the non-complication group to analyze risk ***,a multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify risk *** The average follow-up period was 36.2 *** the 72 cases,31(43.1%)had wound *** these,12 cases(16.7%)received further treatment,such as debridement,soft tissue stump revision,and re-amputation at the proximal *** a group that required further management due to wound complications after transtibial amputation,the hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)level was 9.32,while the other group that did not require any treatment had a 7.54 HbA1c *** prevalence of a history of kidney transplantation with wound complications after transtibial amputation surgery in DMF patients was significantly greater than in cases without wound complications(P=0.02).Other factors did not show significant *** Approximately 43.1%of the patients with transtibial amputation surgery experienced wound complications,and 16.7%required additional surgical *** HbA1c levels and kidney transplant history are risk factors for postoperative wound complications.

In this paper,we study tidal forces in the Schwarzschild black hole,whose metric explicitly includes a generalized uncertainty principle(GUP)*** also investigate interesting features of the geodesic equations and tidal effects that are dependent on the GUP parameterαrelated to a minimum ***,by solving the geodesic deviation equations explicitly with appropriate boundary conditions,we show thatαin the effective metric affects both the radial and angular components of the geodesic equation,particularly near the singularities.

This study investigates the effect of characteristics and distribution of Mg_(17)Al_(12)precipitates on the uniaxial tensile and three-point bending properties of extruded Mg alloys containing high Al *** extruded Mg–9Al–1Zn–0.3Mn(AZ91)alloy contains lamellar-structured Mg_(17)Al_(12)discontinuous precipitates along the grain boundaries,which are formed via static precipitation during natural air *** extruded Mg–11Al–1Zn–0.3Mn(AZ111)alloy contains spherical Mg_(17)Al_(12)precipitates at the grain boundaries and inside the grains,which are formed via dynamic precipitation during *** to inhomogeneous distribution of precipitates,the AZ111 alloy consists of two different precipitate regions:precipitate-rich region with numerous precipitates and finer grains and precipitate-scarce region with a few precipitates and coarser *** AZ111 alloy exhibits a higher tensile strength than the AZ91 alloy because its smaller grain size and more abundant precipitates result in stronger grain-boundary hardening and precipitation hardening effects,***,the tensile elongation of the AZ111 alloy is lower than that of the AZ91 alloy because the weak cohesion between the dynamic precipitates and the matrix facilitates the crack initiation and *** bending,a macrocrack initiates on the outer surface of bending specimen in both *** AZ111 alloy exhibits higher bending yield strength and lower failure bending strain than the AZ91 *** bending specimens of the AZ91 alloy have similar bending formability,whereas those of the AZ111 alloy exhibit considerable differences in bending formability and crack propagation behavior,depending on the distribution and number density of precipitates in the *** bending specimens of the AZ111 alloy,it is found that the failure bending strain(ε_(f,bending))is inversely proportional to the area fraction of precipitates in the outer zone of bending specimen(A_(ppt)),with a relation
