A model that rapidly predicts the density components of raw coal is *** is based on a threegrade fast float/sink *** recent comprehensive monthly floating and sinking data are used for *** predicted data are used to draw washability curves and to provide a rapid evaluation of the effect from heavy medium induced ***-one production shifts worth of fast float/sink data and the corresponding quick ash data are used to verify the *** results show a small error with an arithmetic average of 0.53 and an absolute average error of *** indicates that this model has high *** theoretical yield from the washability curves is 76.47% for the monthly comprehensive data and 81.31% using the model *** is for a desired cleaned coal ash of 9%.The relative error between these two is 6.33%,which is small and indicates that the predicted data can be used to rapidly evaluate the separation effect of gravity separation equipment.

Chrysanthemum indicum Flower is usually consumed as functional food. This paper described an improved total quality assessment method for Chrysanthemum indicum Flower by simultaneous quantitation using a single standard to determine multi-components method combined with high performance liquid chromatography fingerprint analysis. Six main components of Chrysanthemum indicum Flower including two flavonoids and four phenolic acids were simultaneously quantified using linarin as the internal reference standard. The method was fully validated with respect to linearity, precision, accuracy, robustness and *** validated method was successfully applied to the analysis of thirty three batches of Chrysanthemum indicum Flower samples. Under the same chromatographic conditions, fingerprint analysis in combination with Similarity analysis and principal component analysis was performed to identify the samples from different regions. In general, an effective assessment using a single standard to determinate multi-components method combined with fingerprint analysis make the reliable qualitation and quantitation analysis of Chrysanthemum indicum Flower available.

The commercial vinyl ester resins(VER)was modified by diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)to enhance its toughness,which is called *** diisocyanate(HDI),a common curing agent for polyurethane(PU),was found to be a reactive agent for MVER and can contribute to the toughness of *** on present experiment results,the crosslinking mechanism of MVER and HDI system is very similar to that of *** FTIR result shows the-NCO of HDI can react with the-OH of *** microstructure of material prepared by MVER and HDI was characterized by NMR,and it was revealed that the unique microstructure leads to the good *** different content of HDI has an influence on the microstructure,and the microstructure gradually reduces the toughness and mechanical performances of the MVER cured with increasing concentration of reactive curing agent(HDI).This feature is consistent with a maximum in toughness as a function of the additive(HDI)content,followed by a rapid deterioration in toughness at higher *** toughness exhibits the maximum at such an HDI concentration(20wt%).Therefore,the special curing agent(HDI)and reactive mode is very important to the microstructure and mechanical properties of ***,there should be other reactions which contribute to the curing and microstructure of the material,which needs the further research.

Prediction model for corrosion rate of low-alloy steels under atmospheric conditions using machine learning algorithms

This work constructed a machine learning(ML)model to predict the atmospheric corrosion rate of low-alloy steels(LAS).The material properties of LAS,environmental factors,and exposure time were used as the input,while the corrosion rate as the output.6 dif-ferent ML algorithms were used to construct the proposed *** optimization and filtering,the eXtreme gradient boosting(XG-Boost)model exhibited good corrosion rate prediction *** features of material properties were then transformed into atomic and physical features using the proposed property transformation approach,and the dominant descriptors that affected the corrosion rate were filtered using the recursive feature elimination(RFE)as well as XGBoost *** established ML models exhibited better predic-tion performance and generalization ability via property transformation *** addition,the SHapley additive exPlanations(SHAP)method was applied to analyze the relationship between the descriptors and corrosion *** results showed that the property transformation model could effectively help with analyzing the corrosion behavior,thereby significantly improving the generalization ability of corrosion rate prediction models.

In order to lower the usage of expensive Cyanex 923 and increase the extraction capacity of the system of Cextrant 230,the synergistic extraction of thorium from chloride media by a mixture of Cextrant 230 and Cyanex 923 was *** maximum synergistic enhancement coefficient(R)of 1.53 is obtained at 1:1 molar ratio of Cextrant 230/Cyanex *** syne rgistic extracted species of Th^(4+)is determined as ThCl_(4)·2Cextrant 230·Cyanex *** synergistic extraction of Th^(4+)is an entropy-driven exothermic *** loading capacity of 0.60 mol/L mixed extractant for thorium is about 17.10 g/L(calculated as ThO_(2)),and the loaded thorium in the organic phase can be effectively stripped by distilled *** comparison,rare earth cations are barely extracted under the similar conditions,suggesting that the mixtures can be applied to separate thorium from rare earths.A cascade extraction process was developed based on the synergistic extraction system to separate thorium from the hydrochloric acid leaching of *** content of thorium in the leaching solution decreases obviously from 19.90 mg/L to1.4μg/L by 3 stages of extraction,which is superior to sole Cextrant 230 or Cyanex *** introduction of Cextrant 230 into the extraction system not only lowers the usage of Cyanex 923 but also enhances the selective extraction of thorium at low acidity,implying that the synergistic extraction system can selectively extract thorium more efficiently and economically than the sole systems.

实验室柔性空气室跳汰机的床层运动规律符合传统跳汰机床层的运动规律,说明柔性空气室跳汰机能够代替传统空气室跳汰机,且产生的脉动水流更平稳,进气的冲力更大。工业型柔性空气室跳汰机在赵固二矿选煤厂应用的实验结果表明:应用柔性空气室的大型跳汰机很好地解决了脉动水流不均匀的问题,各项工艺指标均优于原有跳汰机,可为选煤厂带来显著的经济效益。由此可知,柔性空气室在大型跳汰机应用效果良好、稳定可靠,为跳汰机大型化的研究提供一定的数据支持。

利用模型跳汰试验装置,使用13 mm粒级不同颜色的橡胶物料模拟精煤与矸石,借助高速动态分析系统,研究操作参数对跳汰床层的影响,并分析颗粒分层过程.试验发现,跳汰周期和风压对跳汰床层的影响最大,得出基于模型跳汰试验装置的最佳操作参数为:跳汰周期1.3 s,进气期16%,排气期22%,膨胀期40%,风压4 kPa.根据高速动态分析仪拍摄的颗粒运动过程,分析跳汰分层过程,发现颗粒的运动符合有强迫振动方程,结合试验数据,对强迫振动方程进行修正.统计发现颗粒按密度分层主要发生在上升末期和下降初期,在这一阶段,跳汰床层松散度较大,颗粒间存在较大空隙,为不同密度颗粒之间交换位置创造了有利条件.随着入料粒度范围的增加,颗粒按密度完成分层所需的时间增加.

能源微藻由于生长周期短、油脂含量高、可再生、低污染等优点,被认为是未来最有潜力替代化石能源的生物质能源。但是,目前能源微藻生产成本(尤其是在采收环节)过高,阻碍了其产业化进程。本文综述了国内、外能源微藻的采收方法,对絮凝、离心、过滤、气浮等传统方法的作用机理和采收效率进行了比较:絮凝法适用广,离心法效率高;过滤法处理个体大的藻类较为经济;气浮法工艺简单、能耗低。同时,阐述了能源微藻采收的新方法——磁选法、正向渗透技术、真空气举、微生物共生法等,其中,磁选法回收率高,正向渗透技术低污染,真空气举能耗低,微生物共生法可与传统方法相结合,减少化学絮凝药剂的使用。最后,指出了能源微藻采收过程中存在的问题以及今后的发展方向:可通过多种方法相结合来降低采收成本,以期为能源微藻早日实现产业化提供参考。
