Enzyme prodrug therapies(EPTs)have been intensively explored as attractive approaches to selective activation of systemically administered benign prodrugs by the exogenous enzymes or enzymes expressed at the desired target site,thus achieving localized,site-specific therapeutic *** effective strategies(e.g.,antibody-,viral-,gene-,as well as polymer-directed EPT)have been developed for enzyme localization to locally activate systemically administered benign ***,intrinsic limitations(e.g.,complex intracellular environment and catalyst instability)make the practical application of EPT strategies a task that presents itself as highly *** a promising alternative to natural enzyme,nanozyme has attracted substantial attention since its discovery in 2007,mainly due to the advantages of robust catalytic activity,high stability,low cost,and facile ***,nanozyme-activated prodrug strategies bring a new opportunity for targeted therapy,referred to as nanozyme-activating prodrug *** review focuses on recently reported nanozyme-activated prodrug strategies,aiming to provide some new insights into the potential applications in site-specific drug synthesis.

Link Prediction Method Fusion with Local Structural Entropy for Directed Network

Link prediction utilizes accessible network information to complement or predict the network *** is an important prerequisite for link prediction which means links more likely occurs between two similar nodes. Existing methods utilize the similarity of nodes but neglect of network structure. However the link direction leads to a far more complex structure and contains more information useful than the undirected networks. Most classic methods are difficult to depict the distribution of the network structure with incidental direction so the similarity characteristics of the network structure itself are lost. In this respect, a new method of local structure entropy is proposed to depict the directed structural distribution characteristics, which can be used to evaluate the degree of local structural similarity of nodes and then applied to link prediction methods. Experimental results on 8 real directed networks show that this method is effective for both area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)and ranking-score measures, and improved predictive capacity of the baseline methodology.

Electrochemical energy storage and conversion techniques that exhibit the merits such as high energy density,rapid response kinetics,economical maintenance requirements and expedient installation procedures will hold a pivotal role in the forthcoming energy storage technologies *** recent years,aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have garnered substantial attention as a compelling candidate for large-scale energy storage systems,primarily attributable to their advantageous featu res encompassing cost-effectiveness,environmental sustainability,and robust safety ***,one of the primary factors hindering the further development of AZIBs originates from the challenge of cathode ***,the three mainstream types of mainstream cathode materials,in terms of manganese-based compounds,vanadium-based compounds and Prussian blue analogues,surfer from the dissolution of Mn~(2+),in the low discharge voltage,and the low specific capacity,*** strategies have been developed to compensation the above intrinsic defects for these cathode materials,including the ionic doping,defect engineering,and materials ***,this review first provides a systematic summarization of the zinc storage mechanism in AZIBs,following by the inherent merit and demerit of three kind of cathode materials during zinc storage analyzed from their structure characteristic,and then the recent development of critical strategies towards the intrinsic insufficiency of these cathode *** this review,the methodologies aimed at enhancing the efficacy of manganese-based and vanadium-based compounds are emphasis ***,the article outlines the future prospective directions as well as strategic proposal for cathode materials in AZIBs.

F-2 toxin is an estrogenic mycotoxin that causes reproductive disorders in *** acid(BA)is a natural pentacyclic lupane-structure triterpenoid that has diverse pharmacological *** this study,the antioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects of BA and its underlying mechanism are explored in F-2 toxin-triggered mouse ovarian *** found that BA alleviated the F-2 toxin-induced ovarian impairment by stimulating follicle growth,reducing inflammatory cell infiltration,repairing damaged mitochondria and endoplasmic ***,BA not only reversed F-2 toxin-induced reduction of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels in the serum,but also restrained the protein expression of the estrogen receptors a(ERa)and ERβ.Moreover,BA restored the balance of F-2 toxin-induced ovarian redox system ***,we found that 0.25 mg/kg BA played an anti-inflammatory role in the F-2 toxin-induced ovarian impairment by decreasing interleukin-1β(IL-1β).IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)mRNA expression,as well as inhibiting p38 protein *** data demonstrated that BA exerts its protective effect on F-2 toxin-induced ovarian oxidative impairment and inflammation by inhibiting p38 expression,which implies a natural product-based medicine to ameliorate F-2 toxin-caused female reproductive toxicity and provides a detoxifying method for food contaminated by mycotoxin.

Objective To develop a specific SARS virus-targeted antibody preparation for emergent prophylaxis and treatment of SARS virus infection. Methods By using phage display technology, we constructed a naive antibody library from convalescent SARS patient lymphocytes. To obtain the neutralizing antibody to SARS virus surface proteins, the library panning procedure was performed on purified SARS virions and the specific Fab antibody clones were enriched by four rounds of repeated panning procedure and screened by highthroughput selection. The selected Fab antibodies expressed in the periplasma of E. coli were soluble and further purified and tested for their binding properties and antiviral function to SARS virus. The functional Fab antibodies were converted to full human IgG antibodies with recombinant baculovirus/insect cell systems and their neutralizing activities were further determined. Results After four rounds of the panning, a number of SARS-CoV virus-targeted human recombinant Fab antibodies were isolated from the SARS patient antibody library. Most of these were identified to recognize both natural and recombinant SARS spike （S） proteins, two Fab antibodies were specific for the virus membrane （M） protein, only one bound to SARS-CoV nucleocapsid protein. The SARS-CoV S and M protein-targeted Fab or IgG antibodies showed significant neutralizing activities in cytopathic effect （CPE） inhibition neutralization test, these antibodies were able to completely neutralize the SARS virus and protect the Vero cells from CPE after virus infection. However, the N protein-targeted Fab or IgG antibodies failed to neutralize the virus. In addition, the SARS N protein-targeted human Fab antibody reacted with the denatured N proteins, whereas none of the S and M protein specific neutralizing antibodies did. Gravity assistance is a critical factor influencing CO_(2)-Oil mixing and miscible flow during EOR and CO_(2)geological *** on the Navier-Stokes equation,component mass conservation equation,and fluid property-composition relationship,a mathematical model for pore-scale CO_(2) injection in oilsaturated porous media was developed in this *** model can reflect the effects of gravity assistance,component diffusion,fluid density variation,and velocity change on EOR and CO_(2) *** nonhomogeneous porous media,the gravity influence and large density difference help to minimize the velocity difference between the main flow path and the surrounding area,thus improving the oil recovery and CO_(2) *** CO_(2) injection angles and oil-CO_(2) density differences can increase the oil recovery by 22.6% and 4.2%,respectively,and increase CO_(2) storage by 37.9% and 4.7%,*** diffusion facilitates the transportation of the oil components from the low-velocity region to the main flow path,thereby reducing the oil/CO_(2) concentration difference within the porous *** diffusion can increase oil recovery and CO_(2) storage by 5.7% and 6.9%,*** addition,combined with the component diffusion,a low CO_(2) injection rate creates a more uniform spatial distribution of the oil/CO_(2) component,resulting in increases of 9.5% oil recovery and 15.7% CO_(2) storage,*** study provides theoretical support for improving the geological CO_(2) storage and EOR processes.

Effect of BaO and MgO on structure and properties of aluminate slag with various CaO/Al_(2)0_(3)ratios

To provide theoretical guidance for performance stability control of low-reactive mold fluxes,the effects of BaO and MgO on the structure and properties of aluminate slag with various CaO/Al_(2)0_(3)(C/A)ratios were investigated using the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,Raman spectroscope,hemispherical melting point instrument,rotational viscometer and X-ray *** results indicated that with BaO and MgO addition,the structure polymerization was first weakened and then enhanced at C/A of 1.1,and the transition contents corresponded to 8 wt.%BaO and 2 wt.%MgO,respectively,while the structure polymerization decreased continuously at C/A of *** the viscosity change was well consistent with the structure evolution,the polymerization degree played a more prominent role in the slag viscosity than superheat degree when the melting temperature difference was within 40℃.The break temperature decreased initially and then increased with augment of BaO and MgO at C/A of 1.1,while it manifested a decrease trend with BaO addition,and it decreased obviously but then turned to increase with MgO increment at C/A of *** crystallization phase and crystallization ratio kept stable with BaO increment,while the crystallization ratio rose greatly with MgO promoting LiAlO_(2)precipitation at C/A of *** crystal types of all experimental slags were mainly Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)and CaF_(2)at C/A of 1.3,and the precipitation of crystalline phase BaAl2O4 demonstrated a rising trend,while that of Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)gradually declined with BaO augment.
