提升区域绿色经济效率既是实现区域高质量发展的关键,更是促进区域协调发展的重要手段。揭示区域绿色经济效率梯度转换规律及影响因素,对促进区域绿色全面转型与协调发展具有重要意义。运用超效率EBM-GML模型测度长江经济带城市绿色经济效率,对比分析2016年长江经济带“共抓大保护、不搞大开发”战略前后区域绿色经济效率空间梯度格局变化,进而采用空间马尔科夫链和空间计量模型揭示绿色经济效率梯度转换规律与影响因素。结果表明:(1)2003—2020年长江经济带绿色经济效率整体呈持续上升趋势,2016年以来绿色经济效率增幅明显,技术进步是主要来源。(2)长江经济带绿色经济效率沿上中下游呈现纵向的“~”型梯度强化趋势,而从沿江向远江的横向来看,则呈现扁平化到倒“U”型梯度转换。(3)2016年以来长江经济带绿色经济效率发展趋势良好,高梯度城市的正向空间溢出效应凸显,使得低梯度城市“路径突破”效应显著增强。(4)经济发展、城市规模、投资强度、环境规制对绿色经济效率梯度转换具有正外部性,而产业结构、对外开放则有负向溢出效应。对比两个时期发现,绿色经济效率梯度转换的驱动因素发生了明显变化,其中经济发展水平、城市规模、产业结构、政府干预对绿色经济效率的间接效应强化,而环境规制对其直接效应增强。

凡纳滨对虾的主要选育目标分为两个方面:一是培育具有较强抗病、抗逆性的“高抗系”(GK),二是培育具有快速生长特性的“快大系”(KD)。然而,国内缺少针对这两个选育群体的遗传多样性特别是基因组近交水平的调查分析研究。基于液相芯片“黄海芯1号”(55 K SNP)的基因分型数据,首次分析了GK(1064尾个体)和KD(564尾个体)选育群体的遗传结构和遗传多样性,调查了连续性纯合片段(ROH)的基因组分布特征,并重点评估了两个群体的基因组近交水平。PCA及进化树分析表明GK及KD群体可明确分层,亲缘关系热图表明KD群体内个体间的亲缘关系比GK群体更近。GK群体包括的家系数量更多,导致其遗传多样性高于KD群体;两群体间的F_(st)为0.09,存在中等遗传分化。GK和KD群体每个ROH的平均长度分别为(1.70±0.34)Mb和(1.65±0.38)Mb,每个样本ROH的平均数量分别为1.98±1.30和2.07±1.37。GK和KD群体0.8~1.25 Mb长度的ROH占比分别为11.41%和19.17%,表明KD群体的选育历史比GK群体更长。两个群体>2.25 Mb长度的ROH片段占比分别为10.26和9.74%,表明两个群体短期内未发生近亲交配。七种基因组近交系数评估结果表明,KD群体的近交水平高于GK群体。不依赖基础群体等位基因频率的F_(ROH)和F_(HOM)方法可准确地评价育种群体的真实近交水平,而F_(VR1)、F_(YA1)和F_(LH1)等依赖基础群体等位基因频率的方法可以用来比较群体及个体间的相对近交水平。上述结果为准确地评估育种群体的近交水平和优化育种方案提供了重要参考依据。

Background:Although concomitant nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)is common in chronic hepatitis B(CHB),the impact of viral factors on NASH and the outcome of CHB patients concomitant with NASH remain *** aimed to investigate the outcomes of NASH in CHB patients receiving antiviral ***:In the post-hoc analysis of a multicenter trial,na?ve CHB patients receiving 72-week entecavir treatment were *** evaluated the biochemical,viral and histopathological responses of these *** histopathological features of NASH were also evaluated,using paired liver biopsies at baseline and week ***:A total of 1000 CHB patients were finally enrolled for analysis,with 18.2%of whom fulfilling the criteria of NASH.A total of 727 patients completed entecavir antiviral treatment and received the second *** HBe Ag loss,HBe Ag seroconversion and HBV-DNA undetectable rates were similar between patients with or without NASH(P>0.05).Among patients with NASH,the hepatic steatosis,ballooning,lobular inflammation scores and fibrosis stages all improved during follow-up(all Pline body mass index(BMI)≥23 kg/m2(Asian criteria)[odds ratio(OR):0.414;95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.190-0.899;P=0.012]and weight gain(OR:0.187;95%CI:0.050-0.693;P=0.026)were less likely to have NASH *** patients without NASH at baseline,22(3.7%)developed *** BMI≥23 kg/m2(OR:12.506;95%CI:2.813-55.606;P=0.001)and weight gain(OR:5.126;95%CI:1.674-15.694;P=0.005)were predictors of incident ***:Lower BMI and weight reduction but not virologic factors determine NASH resolution in *** value of weight management in CHB patients during antiviral treatment deserves further evaluation.

Background:The prevalence of skin diseases and diabetes mellitus(DM)are prominent around the *** current scope of knowledge regarding the prevalence of skin diseases and comorbidities with type 2 DM(T2DM)is limited,leading to limited recognition of the correlations between skin diseases and ***:We collected 383 subjects from the Da Qing Diabetes Study during the period from July 9th to September 1st,*** subjects were categorized into three groups:Normal glucose tolerance(NGT),impaired glucose tolerance(IGT),and *** prevalence and clinical characteristics of skin diseases were recorded and ***:In this cross-sectional study,383 individuals with ages ranging from 53 to 89-year-old were *** overall prevalence of skin diseases was 93.5%,and 75.7%of individuals had two or more kinds of skin ***,there were 47 kinds of comorbid skin diseases in patients with T2DM,of which eight kinds of skin diseases had a prevalence>10%.The prevalence of skin diseases in NGT,IGT,and T2DM groups were 93.3%,91.5%,and 96.6%,respectively;stratified analysis by categories showed a statistically significant difference in"disturbances of pigmentation"and"neurological and psychogenic dermatoses".The duration of T2DM also significantly associated with the prevalence of"disturbances of pigmentation"and"neurological and psychogenic dermatoses".Subsequently,the prevalence of"disturbances of pigmentation"was higher in males than females in NGT(P<0.01)and T2DM(P<0.01)*** addition,the difference in the prevalence of"disturbances of pigmentation"was also significant in NGT and T2DM groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:There was a high prevalence of skin diseases in the Da Qing Diabetes *** address the skin diseases in the Da Qing Diabetes Study,increased awareness and intervention measures should be implemented.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named "2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)" by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. This rapid advice guideline is suitable for the first frontline doctors and nurses, managers of hospitals and healthcare sections, community residents, public health persons, relevant researchers, and all person who are interested in the 2019-nCoV.
