As an important mechanism in multi-agent interaction,communication can make agents form complex team relationships rather than constitute a simple set of multiple independent ***,the existing communication schemes can bring much timing redundancy and irrelevant messages,which seriously affects their practical *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a targeted multiagent communication algorithm based on state control(SCTC).The SCTC uses a gating mechanism based on state control to reduce the timing redundancy of communication between agents and determines the interaction relationship between agents and the importance weight of a communication message through a series connection of hard-and self-attention mechanisms,realizing targeted communication message *** addition,by minimizing the difference between the fusion message generated from a real communication message of each agent and a fusion message generated from the buffered message,the correctness of the final action choice of the agent is *** evaluation using a challenging set of Star Craft II benchmarks indicates that the SCTC can significantly improve the learning performance and reduce the communication overhead between agents,thus ensuring better cooperation between agents.

The synthesis of block copolymers of poly(tetrahydrofuran)-b-poly(α-amino acid)(PTHF-b-PAA)is challenging since it is difficult to combine the two blocks produced via different/conflicting ring-opening polymerization(ROP)*** this contribution,the cationic ROP of THF is catalyzed by rare-earth triflate[RE(OTf)3]and terminated by 2-(t-butyloxycarbonyl-amino)ethanol(BAE).After the deprotection of t-butyloxycarbonyl(Boc)group,the chain end of PTHF is quantitatively changed to amino group which thereafter initiates the nucleophilic ROP ofα-amino acid N-thiocarboxyanhydrides(NTAs).Both polymerizations are well controlled,generating PTHF and PAA segments with designable molecular weights(MWs).PTHF-b-polylysine(PTHF-b-PLys)and PTHF-b-polysarcosine(PTHF-b-PSar)are obtained with MWs between 8.6 and 28.7 kg/*** above amphiphilic diblock copolymers form micelles in ***40-b-PSar32 acts as a surfactant to stabilize oil-in-water *** segments of PTHF-b-PAA are biocompatible and promising in the biomedical application.

The severity of Verticillium wilt on cotton caused by defoliating strains of Verticillium dahliae has gradually increased and threatens production worldwide. Identification of the molecular components of leaf defoliation may increase cotton tolerance to V. dahliae. Ethylene, a major player in plant physiological processes, is often associated with senescence and defoliation of plants. We investigated the cotton–*** interaction with a focus on the role of ethylene in defoliation and defense against V. *** plants inoculated with V. dahliae isolate V991, a defoliating strain, accumulated more ethylene and showed increased disease symptoms than those inoculated with a non-defoliating strain. In cotton with a transiently silenced ethylene synthesis gene(GhACOs) and signaling gene(GhEINs) during cotton–V. dahliae interaction, ethylene produced was derived from cotton and more ethylene increased cotton susceptibility and defoliation rate. Overexpression of AtCTR1, a negative regulator in ethylene signaling, in cotton reduced sensitivity to ethylene and increased plant resistance to V. ***, the results indicated precise regulation of ethylene synthesis or signaling pathways improve cotton resistant to Verticillium wilt.

目的探讨肿瘤医院中心静脉置管患者导管相关血流感染(CRBSI)病原菌耐药情况及其危险因素.方法收集2019年1月-2022年12月河北医科大学第四医院299例中心静脉置管患者资料,观察留置中心静脉导管患者的CRBSI病原菌及药物敏感结果,并对危险因素进行分析.结果调查发现84例患者发生了CRB-SI,千日感染率为0.08‰;感染居首位的科室为ICU;共培养分离病原菌88株,其中革兰阴性菌51株占57.95%,革兰阳性菌31株占35.23%,检出率前5位的菌株为肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、人葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、阴沟肠杆菌,主要病原菌对青霉素、头孢菌素、红霉素、喹诺酮类等抗菌药物有较高的耐药率;置管时间、糖尿病是CRBSI的危险因素,而白蛋白是CRBS1的保护因素(P<0.05).结论引起CRBSI发生的病原菌主要为革兰阴性菌,且耐药率较高,临床应提高警惕,同时对于存在高危因素的患者应采取有效防控措施,以预防CRBSI的发生.

2015—2021年句容市居民死因分析

目的了解句容市居民主要死因及寿命损失情况,为制定慢性病防控政策提供科学依据。方法利用2015—2021年句容市居民人口数据和死因监测数据,分析粗死亡率、标化死亡率、死因顺位、构成比、期望寿命、去死因期望寿命、寿命损失值、年度变化百分比(APC)、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、减寿率(PYLLR)和早死概率等指标以及变化趋势;预测句容市“健康中国2030”早死概率预测值与目标值实现情况。结果2015—2021年句容市平均粗死亡率为748.43/10万,平均标化死亡率为294.71/10万,标化死亡率呈逐年下降趋势(APC=-2.26%,t=85.33,P0.05);其中,慢阻肺粗死亡率呈逐年下降趋势(APC=-5.22%,t=16.52,P<0.05)。四类重大慢性病总标化死亡率(APC=-3.30%)和总早死概率(APC=-2.05%)呈均下降趋势(t=169.92、9.58,P值均<0.05)。预测2030年四类重大慢性病总早死概率为9.84%。2015—2021年句容市全死因PYLL为96864人年,全死因PYLLR为23.53‰,全死因和恶性肿瘤PYLL、PYLLR均呈逐年下降趋势(P值均<0.05)。结论2015—2021年句容市居民标化死亡率呈下降趋势,恶性肿瘤仍是主要死因,慢性病对句容市居民的期望寿命、潜在寿命和早死概率影响较大,伤害引起的寿命损失值呈上升趋势,应调整本地疾病防控策略。

Genetic Parameters of Body Length and Response to Selection for Growth Across Four Generations of Artemia sinica

To investigate the genetic components of growth in the brine shrimp Artemia sinica, we estimated the genetic parameters of body length and the response to selection using a fully pedigreed population of A. sinica. The base population was generated from four wild founder populations. We tested 4160 offspring in 360 families over four generations for growth and survival performance. Across four generations, we produced full-and half-sib families with nested mating, where two dams were mated to the same sire. Individual body length was measured for each nauplius at day 20 post-hatching. Heritability of body length was estimated across four generations with the restricted maximum likelihood method. The heritability of body length in A. sinica was low(0.14 ± 0.05), and the common environmental effect was 0.14 ± 0.02. We estimated the response to selection for body length by calculating the difference in the mean breeding values between different generations. The accumulated genetic gain in body length was 278.94 μm after three generations of selection. This low response to selection was probably caused by the low heritability of body length, small sample size, and the low selection intensity(50%). The results suggest that A. sinica selective breeding programs must be changed to generate any substantial, sustainable genetic increases in body length. We suggest that optimal genetic gains could be achieved by introducing wild strains into the nuclear breeding population to increase genetic variation, and by increasing the size of the breeding population to allow for increased selection intensity.
