The PRO/Ⅱ process simulation software was applied to carry out simulated calculation of the aromatics fractionation unit and the heat integrated rectification process was proposed for the aromatics fractionation section of the 1.0 Mt/a toluene disproportionation unit at the Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company. The optimized operating parameters were obtained through the energy utilization analysis,process simulation,heat exchanger calculations and comparisons of utility consumption. The operation of commercialized unit has revealed that the design parameters of each rectification column were consistent with the operation results,and the utility consumption was about 47% lower than the traditional heat integrated process.

With the increasing maritime activities,a great demand of wide-area maritime digital data services is needed.Therefore,Narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IoT)that can provide wide coverage has been expected as an application for maritime communication networks(MCNS).In this paper,we aim to enhance the spectral efficiency in NB-IoT by reducing the cyclic prefix(CP)overhead in random access signal without causing interference.The key point of the proposed scheme is the symbols transmitted for multiple times repeatedly in NB-IoT.Specifically,all CP are removed and multi-path fading effect is eliminated by using a repeated symbol to cover the disturbed symbol to construct a circular convolution structure of the channel with the same effect as adding CP.In addition,a single-tap equalization is still appropriate.To validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme,simulation results are carried out with respect to the bit error ratio(BER).

In this paper,we address the Alamouti code in Filter-Bank Multicarrier with Offset Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(FBMC/OQAM)and propose a novel block-wise Alamouti code,in which a repeated block is designed to eliminate the imaginary interference among FBMC/OQAM symbols.The proposed approach exhibits a higher spectral efficiency than the conventional block-wise Alamouti scheme,as only one column of zero symbols is used as a guard interval instead of two.Furthermore,compared to the conventional scheme,the bit error ratio is improved in the proposed block-wise Alamouti,as the assumption on channel invariance at two adjacent sub-carriers is not required.Simulation results indicate that,with a significantly reduced overhead,the proposed Alamouti scheme achieves better performance over the conventional block-wise Alamouti scheme.

磺胺类抗生素(SAs)是自然水环境和污水处理系统中检出频次与残留浓度最高的抗生素之一。过氧乙酸(PAA)作为广谱性杀菌剂,因其氧化性强、环境友好等优势,其用于有机污染物降解成为研究热点之一。与传统H2O2基芬顿法等无机氧化法相比,PAA氧化反应生成乙酸,经中和后转化的乙酸钠可为后续生化工艺段提供优质碳源,有效降低含SAs废水的处理成本。该文对PAA基碳源补充型高级氧化法的研究进展与趋势进行了系统总结。以SAs作为典型水环境污染物,对近年来PAA基碳源补充型高级氧化工艺进行了系统总结分析,比较分析了其对各类水质背景中SAs的去除效能,并对过渡金属、碳基材料等多种PAA活化方式,工艺运行参数、活性氧物种(ROS)的交联作用机理以及SAs降解机制进行了剖析。研究发现,乙酰氧基自由基和乙酰过氧基自由基为PAA基高级氧化工艺中的基础活性物质,pH、PAA含量、共存物质等会不同程度上影响体系中ROS的生成路径。此外,磺胺类抗生素主要包括五元磺胺和六元磺胺,二者降解机理存在一定差异。五元磺胺降解主要依靠苯胺环上氨基氧化、羟基取代、S–N/S–C键断裂、N中心自由基偶联反应等4种途径;六元磺胺降解过程还包括SO_(2)脱除、斯迈尔斯重排等机制。在PAA基碳源补充型高级氧化工艺研究领域,新型高性能非均相PAA活化方式开发、实际工况的运行调控与成本控制等将成为未来研究热点。该文可为PAA基碳源补充型高级氧化工艺治理水环境新污染物的研究与应用方向提供参考。

采用溶液流延法,将不同比例的壳聚糖(CS)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、明胶(GEL)溶液混合均匀后,倾倒在有机玻璃板上流延成膜,制备不同系列CS/PVA/GEL复合薄膜,并通过红外分析、紫外分析和表面接触角测定等手段对其进行表征,同时,对CS/PVA/GEL复合薄膜的热稳定性能、燃烧特性、透氧性能、保鲜、力学等性能进行了测试。结果表明:当CS、PVA、GEL按照10/3/7质量比共混时,制得的共混膜综合性能最好。

分子筛催化重整生成油脱烯烃技术工艺路线简单,可大幅度缩减固废。研究草酸处理对USY分子筛骨架结构、孔结构以及酸性质的影响。以含微量苯乙烯的甲苯为模型原料,考察酸处理对USY沸石催化脱烯烃反应性能和稳定性的影响。采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对反应原料和产物组成进行分析。结果表明,草酸处理可脱除USY骨架铝原子,降低分子筛酸强度和酸量;苯乙烯可以与甲苯发生烷基化反应,也可以自身发生二聚反应,还可能发生副反应生成多环芳烃堵塞孔道,引起催化剂失活;采用草酸处理后,二聚反应和副反应被显著削弱,烷基化反应增强,催化剂寿命延长,催化剂脱烯烃反应稳定性显著提升。

Shape selective catalysis in methylation of toluene： Development, challenges and perspectives

Toluene methylation with methanol offers an alternative method to produce p-xylene by gathering methyl group directly from C1 chemical sources. It supplies a ＂molecular engineering＂ process to realize directional conversion of toluene/methanol molecules by selective catalysis in complicated methylation system. In this review, we introduce the synthesis method ofp-xylene, the development history of methylation catalysts and reaction mechanism, and the effect of reaction condition in para-selective technical process. If constructing p-xylene as the single target product, the major challenge to develop para-selective toluene methylation is to improve the p-xylene selectivity without, or as little as possible, losing the fraction of methanol for methylation. To reach higher yield ofp-xylene and more methanol usage in methylation, zeolite catalyst design should consider improving mass transfer and afterwards coveting external acid sites by surface modification to get short ＂micro-tunnels＂ with shape selectivity. A solid understanding of mass transfer will benefit realizing the aim of converting more methanol feedstock into para-methyl group.

＜正＞Zeolites are crystalline porous materials,which have widespread applications in industry.[1]The synthesis methods,structure,acid properties,as well as the modification of zeolites are important factors,which influences the applications of the materials.Experimental investigation on these factors is a heavy task,since there are too many parameters to be optimized for sample preparation,and characterization methods are not so robust to see the active sites in the pore.

Dear editor,Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) has been adopted in new radio(NR) [1], and multiple-port demodulation reference signal(DMRS) has been designed to achieve channel estimation. In NR, two ports of DMRS share the same frequency resource elements(RE) by employing an orthogonal code comprising cyclic shift phase. In general, channel estimation can be achieved via the classical discrete Fourier transform(DFT) scheme [2, 3] as channels for the two ports of DMRS can be separated in the time domain via the DFT scheme.
