The title compound, methyl 2-（diphenylamino）-4-phenyl-1,3-thiazole-5-carboxylate, was synthesized and studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. These experimental studies were supported by quantum mechanical calculations. The structure was solved in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.573（3）, b = 19.533（7）, c = 9.876（3）, β = 92.35（4）°, V = 1845.2（10）3, T = 85（2） K, Z = 4, R = 0.040 and wR = 0.089 for 6424 observed reflections with I2σ（I）.

The title compound Ph3P=C（H）C（O）PhNO2 （L） has been prepared by the addition of triphenylphosphine in acetone as solvent to 2-bromo-1-（3,nitrophenyl）ethanone followed by the addition of alkaline solution of sodium hydroxide. The yellow crystals of the title ylide were grown in methanol/chloroform solution by drop method without stirring at room temperature. The solid state structure of ylide has been established by X-ray crystallography analysis. In the molecule of the title compound, the geometry around the P atom is nearly tetrahedral and the O atom is in synperiplanar orientation to the P atom. The nitrophenyl ring is twisted with respect to the plane of the carbonyl group through an angle of 36.6（1）°. The crystal （C26H20NO3P, Mr = 425.40） belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 10.889（3）, b = 14.467（3）, e = 13.872（4）A, β = 103.08（3）°, V = 2128.6（10） A3, Z= 4, T= 100（2） K, R = 0.059 and wR = 0.163 for 3984 observed reflections with I〉 2σ（I）.

Microparticles with diameter within the range of Dn = 26-38 μm were prepared from functional poly（ester- anhydride）s with different amount of allyl groups in the side chains, using emulsion solvent evaporation technique. Porous structure was obtained as the effect of photocrosslinking of aUyl groups. 2,2-Dimetoxy-2-phenylacetophenone （DMPA）（0.5 wt%-10 wt%） was used as a photoinitiator. The crosslinking was carried out by UV irradiation during the solvent evaporation. Effectiveness of the crosslinking was characterized by the content of insoluble part of samples and it was in the range of 18%-75%. Porosity of microparticles （in the range of 76%-88%） depended on the functionality of poly（ester- anhydride）s and amount of the photoinitiator used. The most porous particles were obtained with use of 0.5 wt% of DMPA. Their flow ability expressed by Carr＇s index was excellent, and their theoretical mass mean aerodynamic diameters were acceptable for use in pulmonary drug delivery. The most porous particles were loaded with p-nitroaniline, theophilline or doxycycline. The loading efficiencies of drugs in porous microspheres were higher compared to nonporous ones. The porosity of loaded microparticles was slightly decreased, however their flow ability was still very good.

I studied the influence of various combinations of auxin and cytokinin concentrations, and the increased content of zinc and enzymatic casein hydrolizate in SH medium on initiation and proliferation of embryogenic callus of Abies nordmanniana （Steven） Spach. Addition- ally, the effect of ABA, PEG-4000 and different wave- lengths on the maturation of somatic embryos was tested. The use of optimum composition of modified SH medium with BA, KIN and 2.4-D while simultaneously ensuring appropriate external conditions resulted in 15.5 % embryogenesis. Finally, satisfactory results of microprop- agation of A. nordmanniana by somatic embryogenesis were obtained providing seven lines of embryogenic callus with high proliferation capacity. Those lines gave properly developed seedlings in white LED light with a wavelength of 400-700 nm, preceded by eight-week vernalization treatment of the callus. This paper may provide a protocol by which all stages of somatic embryogenesis of A. nord- manniana can be carded out, including the preceding 24-h seed disinfection with NaOCl and PVP, which resulted in 100 % frequency of uninfected zygotic embryos that were capable of starting embryogenesis.

Ordered titanium dioxide nanotubes （TiOaNTs） modified with indium tin oxide （ITO） films were obtained via magnetron sputtering, in which ITO plate was used as a target, onto the as-anodized titania support followed by the calcination process. The morphology of fabricated material with deposited oxide was investigated using scanning electron microscopy. Raman and UV-Vis spectroscopies were utilized to characterize crystalline phase and optical properties of prepared samples, whereas X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy allowed determining the binding energy of present elements. In the case of titanium, three various oxidation states were identified and also the presence of indium and tin was confirmed. The electrochemical test carried out when the sample was exposed to light allows for selection of the most photoactive material. The highest photocurrent was registered when only 5-nm ITO layer was sputtered, and it equals 256 and 133 μA cm^-2 for the electrode material immersed in 0.5 M KOH and K2SO4 electrolytes, respectively, that is accordingly 3.5 and 4.4 times higher than the one observed for pristine titania. Furthermore, ITO-modified titania exhibits excellent photostability upon prolonged illumination that is of key importance for possible application in light-driven processes.

Differential heat of absorption of CO_2 in aqueous solutions of N,N-diethylethanolamine(DEEA) and activated DEEA solutions up to a total concentration of 2 mol·L^(-1) was measured as a function of CO_2 loading at 313.15 K using a reaction calorimeter. In order to analyze the performance of N-methyl-1,3-propanediamine(MAPA)as an activator, DEEA blended solutions containing 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mol·L^(-1) MAPA were studied. The heat of CO_2 absorption in single DEEA solutions was unaffected by changing the DEEA concentration in the range of(0.5–2) mol·L^(-1). On the other hand, increasing the concentration of MAPA in aqueous amine mixtures of(DEEA + MAPA) raised the heat of absorption.

Hydroxyapatite ((Ca10（PO4）)6（OH）2, abbreviated as HA) plays a crucial role in implantology, dentistry and bone surgery. Due to its considerable similarity to the inorganic fraction of the mineralized tissues（bones, enamel and dentin）, it is used as component in many bone substitutes, coatings of metallic implants and dental materials. Biomaterial engineering often takes advantage of HA capacity for partial ion substitution because the incorporation of different ions in the HA structure leads to materials with improved biological or physicochemical properties. The objective of the work is to provide an overview of current knowledge about apatite materials substituted with silicon ions. Although the exact mechanism of action of silicon in the bone formation process has not been fully elucidated, research has shown beneficial effects of this element on bone matrix mineralization as well as on collagen type I synthesis and stabilization. The paper gives an account of the functions of silicon in bone tissue and outlines the present state of research on synthetic HA containing silicate ions（Si-HA）. Finally, methods of HA production as well as potential and actual applications of HA materials modified with silicon ions are discussed.

Invasive micropapillary carcinoma (IMPC) is a rare histological type of tumor, first described in invasive ductal breast cancer, than in malignancies in other organs such as lungs, urinary bladder, ovaries or salivary glands. Recent literature data shows that this histological lesion has also been found in cancers of the gastrointestinal system. The micropapillary components are clusters of neoplastic cells that closely adhere to each other and are located in distinct empty spaces. Moreover, clusters of neoplastic cells do not have a fibrous-vascular core. The IMPC cells show reverse polarity resulting in typical ‘’inside-out’’ structures that determines secretary properties, disturbs adhesion and conditions grade of malignancy in gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Invasive micropapillary carcinoma in this location is associated with metastases to local lymph nodes and lymphovascular invasion. IMPC can be a prognostic factor for patients with cancers of the stomach, pancreas and with colorectal cancer since it is related with disease-free and overall survival. The purpose of this review is to present the characterization of invasive micropapillary carcinoma in colon, rectum, stomach and others site of GI tract, and to determine the immunohistological indentification of IMPC in those localization.
