During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the *** which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a restrictive link,closely associated with viscosity and the thickness of liquid *** contrast to two-dimensional surface observation,three-dimensional(3D)analysis method can offer a more intuitive,accurate,and comprehensive ***,this study employs a 3D X-ray microscope(3D-XRM)to obtained spatial distribution and 3D morphological characteristics of residual bubbles in mold flux under different basicity of liquid slag,different temperatures,and different holding *** results indicate that as basicity of slag increases from 0.52 to 1.03,temperature increases from 1423 to 1573 k,the viscosity of slag decreases,the floating rate of bubbles *** addition,when holding time increases from 10 to 30 s,the bubbles floating distance increases,and the volume fraction and average equivalent sphere diameter of the bubbles solidified in the mold flux gradually *** one word,increasing the basicity,temperature,and holding time leading to an increase in the removal rate of bubbles especially for the *** findings of bubbles escape behavior provide valuable insights into optimizing low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels.

Carbonyl iron absorbers(CI)face significant challenges in practical applications,such as corrosion,interface bonding failure,detachment,and high maintenance ***,we have developed intelligent self-healing technology based on proactive/passive mechanisms via in situ synthesis of self-healing factors(polydopamine/benzotriazole(PDA/BTA))and physical barrier layers(SiO_(2)/1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyl disilazane,SiO_(2)/HMDS)to enhance corrosion resistance,while also being compatible with efficient microwave absorption *** unique multiscale structure gives full play to the utilization of the roles of each functional layer,including the intelligent self-healing features of PDA/BTA,physical shielding and spatial confinement characteristics of SiO_(2)/HMDS,and magnetic-dielectric synergistic mechanism resulted from the good impedance matching characteristics,the conduction loss,the interfacial polarization loss and natural *** asfabricated composites achieved an exceptional minimum reflection loss value of-55.4 dB at 10.7 GHz and the effective absorption band of 7.6 ***,it still exhibits obvious self-healing and corrosion resistance characteristics after 360 h corrosion treatment,ascribed to the self-healing mechanism of PDA/BTA and the blocking intervention effect of SiO_(2)/*** work is considered to pave the way for the synthesis of high-performance magnetic absorbers,especially in enhancing their intelligent self-healing ability in corrosive environments.

Bubbles generated during the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in water splitting readily adhere to the electrode surface,thereby impeding contact between the electrolyte and the active sites,thereby increasing the ***,it is imperative to elucidate the bubble release behavior and engineer electrodes that facilitate faster bubble *** this study,inspired by the wood stem of the Norway spruce,we synthesized a gradient nanoporous high-entropy oxide(GNP-HEO)electrode with a controllable pore *** GNP-HEO,featuring a well-controlled gradient in pore size,is achieved through a straightforward strategy combining selective laser melting with selective phase *** unique gradient nanoporous structure not only facilitates bubble release but also diminishes the bubble shielding effect in OER,thereby enhancing electrocatalytic *** affect interaction of Al,Co,Cr,Fe,and Ni,coupled with the gradient nanoporous structure,yields exceptional OER performance,evidenced by an overpotential of 250 mV at a current density of 50 mA/cm^(2) and a Tafel slope of 38.0 mV/dec in 1 M *** functional theory calculations confirm that the GNPHEO adheres to the adsorbate evolution mechanism reaction pathway and exhibits significant *** work highlights a promising approach for the design and synthesis of high-performance OER electrocatalysts.

This study presents a novel method to fabricate metal-decorated,sulfur-doped layered double hydroxides （M/SLDH） through spontaneous redox and sulfurization *** developed Ag/SLDH and Pt/SLDH catalysts with abundant heterogeneous interfaces and hierarchical nanostructures demonstrated outstanding oxygen evolution reaction （OER） and hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） performance,achieving low overpotentials of 212 and 35 mV at 10 mA cm-2in 1 M kOH,*** both anode and cathode in water splitting,they required only 1.47 V to reach 10 mA cm-2and exhibited high structural robustness,maintaining stability at 1000 mA cm-2for 300 ***-situ Raman analysis revealed that the synergistic effects of metal nanoparticles and S doping significantly promote the transformation into the S-Co1-xFexOOH layer,which serves as the active phase for water ***,ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy （UPS） and density functional theory （DFT） analyses indicated that incorporating metal nanoparticles and S doping increase electron density near the Fermi level and reduce reaction energy barriers,thus enhancing intrinsic OER and HER *** study provides a scalable strategy for synthesizing high-performance electrocatalysts for water splitting,with promising potential for broader applications.

BACkGROUND A dual therapy regimen containing amoxicillin is a common treatment option for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(***).While substantial research supports the efficacy and safety of vonoprazan and amoxicillin(VA)dual therapy in the general population,there is still a lack of studies specifically focusing on its safety in elderly *** To evaluate efficacy and safety of VA dual therapy as first-line or rescue treatment for *** in elderly *** As a real-world retrospective study,data were collected from elderly patients aged 60 years and above who accepted VA dual therapy(vonoprazan 20 mg twice daily+amoxicillin 1000 mg thrice daily for 14 days)for *** eradication in the Department of Gastroenterology at Peking University First Hospital between June 2020 and January *** status was evaluated by^(13)C-urease breath test 6 weeks after *** adverse events(AEs)during treatment were *** In total,401 cases were ***-one cases were excluded due to loss to follow-up,lack of re-examination,or unwillingness to take *** total of 380 included cases comprised 250 who received VA dual therapy as first-line treatment and 130 who received VA dual therapy as rescue *** was successfully eradicated in 239 cases(95.6%)in the first-line treatment group and 116 cases(89.2%)in the rescue treatment *** overall incidence of AEs was 9.5%for both ***,9.2%of patients experienced an AE in the first-line treatment group and 10.0%in the rescue treatment *** patients discontinued treatment due to AE,with a discontinuation rate of 1.3%.No serious AE *** The VA dual therapy regimen as a first-line treatment and a rescue therapy was effective and safe for elderly patients aged 60 and older.
