This paper introduces a modified formal variable separation approach,showcasing a systematic and notably straightforward methodology for analyzing the B-type kadomtsev-Petviashvili(BkP)*** the application of this approach,we successfully ascertain decomposition solutions,Bäcklund transformations,the Lax pair,and the linear superposition solution associated with the aforementioned ***,we expand the utilization of this technique to the C-type kadomtsev-Petviashvili(CkP)equation,leading to the derivation of decomposition solutions,Bäcklund transformations,and the Lax pair specific to this *** results obtained not only underscore the efficacy of the proposed approach,but also highlight its potential in offering a profound comprehension of integrable behaviors in nonlinear ***,this approach demonstrates an efficient framework for establishing interrelations between diverse systems.

In this study,a numerical method based on the Pell-Lucas polynomials(PLPs)is developed to solve the fractional order HIV/AIDS epidemic model with a treatment *** HIV/AIDS mathematical model with a treatment compartment is divided into five classes,namely,susceptible patients(S),HIV-positive individuals(I),individuals with full-blown AIDS but not receiving ARV treatment(A),individuals being treated(T),and individuals who have changed their sexual habits sufficiently(R).According to the method,by utilizing the PLPs and the collocation points,we convert the fractional order HIV/AIDS epidemic model with a treatment compartment into a nonlinear system of the algebraic ***,the error analysis is presented for the Pell-Lucas approximation *** aim of this study is to observe the behavior of five populations after 200 days when drug treatment is applied to HIV-infectious and full-blown AIDS *** demonstrate the usefulness of this method,the applications are made on the numerical example with the help of *** addition,four cases of the fractional order derivative(p=1,p=0.95,p=0.9,p=0.85)are examined in the range[0,200].Owing to applications,we figured out that the outcomes have quite decent ***,we understand that the errors decrease when the value of N *** figures in this study are created in *** outcomes indicate that the presented method is reasonably sufficient and correct.

Decellularised extracellular matrix (dECM) is a biomaterial derived from natural tissues that has attracted considerable attention from tissue engineering researchers due to its exceptional biocompatibility and malleability attributes. These advantageous properties often facilitate natural cell infiltration and tissue reconstruction for regenerative medicine. Due to their excellent fluidity, the injectable hydrogels can be administered in a liquid state and subsequently formed into a gel state in vivo, stabilising the target area and serving in a variety of ways, such as support, repair, and drug release functions. Thus, dECM-based injectable hydrogels have broad prospects for application in complex organ structures and various tissue injury models. This review focuses on exploring research advances in dECM-based injectable hydrogels, primarily focusing on the applications and prospects of dECM hydrogels in tissue engineering. Initially, the recent developments of the dECM-based injectable hydrogels are explained, summarising the different preparation methods with the evaluation of injectable hydrogel properties. Furthermore, some specific examples of the applicability of dECM-based injectable hydrogels are presented. Finally, we summarise the article with interesting prospects and challenges of dECM-based injectable hydrogels, providing insights into the development of these composites in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. © 2024, Chinese Medical Multimedia Press Co Ltd. Novel Batch Polishing Method of Ceramic Cutting Inserts for Reducing Tool Wear

Ceramic cutting inserts are a type of cutting tool commonly used in high-speed metal cutting ***, the wear of these inserts caused by friction between the workpiece and cutting inserts limits their overall effectiveness. In order to improve the tool life and reduce wear, this study introduces an emerging method called magnetic field-assisted batch polishing(MABP) for simultaneously polishing multiple ceramic cutting inserts. Several polishing experiments were conducted under different conditions, and the wear characteristics were clarified by cutting S136H steel. The results showed that after 15 min of polishing, the surface roughness at the flank face,edge, and nose of the inserts was reduced to below 2.5 nm, 6.25 nm, and 45.8 nm, respectively. Furthermore, the nose radii of the inserts did not change significantly, and there were no significant changes in the weight percentage of elements before and after polishing. Additionally, the tool life of the batch polished inserts was found to be up to 1.75 times longer than that of unpolished inserts. These findings suggest that the MABP method is an effective way to mass polish ceramic cutting inserts, resulting in significantly reduced tool wear. Furthermore, this novel method offers new possibilities for polishing other tools.

We investigated the emission properties of Eu3+-doped GdNbO4-based oxide phosphors,aiming at improving the Eu3+emission by codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Eu3+singly doped,Eu3+and Bi3+doubly doped,and Eu3+,Bi3+,and Li+triply doped GdNbO4were prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction *** red-orange emissions from Eu3+in the singly doped samples are significantly improved by the codoping of Bi3+,mainly due to the energy transfer from Bi3+to Eu3+.The additional codoping of Li+is found to increase the Eu3+emission *** improvement might be attributed to the increase in the photoluminescent quantum yield originating from larger grain sizes and better crystallinity.A detailed analysis of the X-ray diffraction pattern and the asymmetric ratio estimated from the photoluminescence spectra show that the local lattice environment around Eu3+in GdNbO4does not change significantly with the codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Our results indicate that Li+doping is a promising way to improve the emission properties of rare-earth ion-doped GdNbO4phosphors.

Upon infecting a host cell,the reticulate body(RB)form of the Chlamydia bacteria simply proliferates by binary fission for an extended *** data show only RB units in the infected cells 20 hours post infection(hpi),spanning nearly half way through the development *** data collected every 4 hpi,conversion to the elementary body(EB)form begins abruptly at a rapid rate sometime around 24 *** modeling proliferation and conversion as simple birth and death processes,it has been shown that the optimal strategy for maximizing the total(mean)EB population at host cell lysis time is a bang-bang control qualitatively replicating the observed conversion ***,the simple birth and death model for the RB proliferation and conversion to EB deviates in a significant way from the available data on the evolution of the RB population after the onset of RB-to-EB *** working with a more refined model that takes into account a small size threshold eligibility requirement for conversion noted in the available data,we succeed in removing the deficiency of the previous models on the evolution of the RB population without affecting the optimal bang-bang conversion strategy.
