Cervical cancer is a prevalent and deadly cancer that affects women all over the *** affects about 0.5 million women anually and results in over 0.3 million *** of this cancer was previously done manually,which could result in false positives or *** researchers are still contemplating how to detect cervical cancer automatically and how to evaluate Pap smear ***,this paper has reviewed several detection methods from the previous researches that has been done *** paper reviews pre-processing,detection method framework for nucleus detection,and analysis performance of the method *** are four methods based on a reviewed technique from previous studies that have been running through the experimental procedure using Matlab,and the dataset used is established Herlev *** results show that the highest performance assessment metric values obtain from Method 1:Thresholding and Trace region boundaries in a binary image with the values of precision 1.0,sensitivity 98.77%,speciﬁcity 98.76%,accuracy 98.77%and PSNR 25.74%for a single type of ***,the average values of precision were 0.99,sensitivity 90.71%,speciﬁcity 96.55%,accuracy 92.91%and PSNR 16.22%.The experimental results are then compared to the existing methods from previous *** show that the improvement method is able to detect the nucleus of the cell with higher performance assessment *** the other hand,the majority of current approaches can be used with either a single or a large number of cervical cancer smear *** study might persuade other researchers to recognize the value of some of the existing detection techniques and offer a strong approach for developing and implementing new solutions.

在区域或全球尺度,250m分辨率的MODIS EVI常被用于作物分类。而且,基于遥感数据可以快速准确的进行作物分类,并为辅助农业政策的制定,因而得到了广大研究者的关注。研究提出了直接使用多年MODIS 250mEVI和临近年份地面调查数据进行作物分类的方法。首先,通过扩展2011,2012和2013年的野外调查数据获得全疆的典型地块,并从地块中提取MODIS纯像元作为分类样本。接着使用免疫系统网络分类器(ABNet)提取研究取的主要作物,包括棉花、玉米、冬小麦和葡萄等。在三年的数据中,任意两年的地面数据用于训练分类器,用使用训练好的分类器对另一年的数据进行分类。例如,使用2011和2012年的数据训练分类器,并对2013年的数据进行分类。结果表明,每年的分类精度达80%以上,且kappa系数高于0.7。今后工作中,仍需使用更多的地面数据获得更的更精细的分类结果。

Weight stigma mitigating approaches to gender-affirming genital surgery

The use of body mass index(BMI)to determine eligibility for gender-affirming surgery in transgender and nonbinary individuals has been *** BMI thresholds are often meant to be protective,restricting patients from access to surgery can also cause *** is a rationale for the continued use of BMI,but the inherent problems with it must also be recognized,including how weight stigma impacts patients’access to gender-affirming surgery and influences clinical *** article uses a narrative review of current literature to discuss how high BMI affects surgical outcomes in gender-affirming genital surgeries,as well as analogous procedures,existing de facto BMI thresholds,and how to both minimize the harms of proceeding with surgery in patients with a high BMI or the harms of delaying for weight *** factors into surgical decision-making based on the existing literature,which demonstrates that high BMI is associated with increased surgical risk,including higher incidences of surgical site infections and poor wound healing,as well as the possibility of free flap complications,which are a component of certain genital *** patient population is at higher risk for eating disorders,and it is prudent to find alternatives to requiring patient self-monitored weight *** impacts of weight stigma should be considered when treating gender-affirming surgery patients,and further data and research are needed to augment shared decision-making and lead to practice change.

FTIR absorption spectra indicate that H^+can easily enter the crystal structure and form OH^-centers in Er:Yb:YCOB and O-H bonds prefer to lie in the a-c *** our current studied concentration level,crystal samples with higher OH-abso rption coefficie nts demonstrate stro nger fluo rescence intensity and longer fluorescence lifetime at 1535 *** the stretching vibration energy of OH-group approximately corresponds to the energy gap between the 4 I11/2 and 4 I13/2 levels of Er^3+,and thus,OH^-ions can shorten the fluorescence lifetime of Er^3+-4I11/2 level by the phonon-assisted cross-relaxation process between the Er^3+and *** curre nt results confirm that a certain conte nt of OH ions can enhance the ene rgy transfer process from Yb^3+to Er^3+and subsequently promote fluorescence output in 1.5-1.6μm.

There are an increasing number of Narrow Band IoT devices being manufactured as the technology behind them develops *** high co‐channel interference and signal attenuation seen in edge Narrow Band IoT devices make it challenging to guarantee the service quality of these *** maximise the data rate fairness of Narrow Band IoT devices,a multi‐dimensional indoor localisation model is devised,consisting of transmission power,data scheduling,and time slot scheduling,based on a network model that employs non‐orthogonal multiple access via a *** on this network model,the optimisation goal of Narrow Band IoT device data rate ratio fairness is first established by the authors,while taking into account the Narrow Band IoT network:The multidimensional indoor localisation optimisation model of equipment tends to minimize data rate,energy constraints and EH relay energy and data buffer constraints,data scheduling and time slot *** a result,each Narrow Band IoT device's data rate needs are met while the network's overall performance is *** investigate the model's potential for convex optimisation and offer an algorithm for optimising the distribution of multiple resources using the kkT *** current work primarily considers the NOMA Narrow Band IoT network under a single EH ***,the growth of Narrow Band IoT devices also leads to a rise in co‐channel interference,which impacts NOMA's performance *** simulation,the proposed approach is successfully *** improvements have boosted the network's energy efficiency by 44.1%,data rate proportional fairness by 11.9%,and spectrum efficiency by 55.4%.

Investigation of the Appropriate Partial Level Density Formula for Pre-Equilibrium Nuclear Exciton Model

Ericson formula represents the first formula, which was suggested to describe the partial level density (PLD) formula in pre-equilibrium region of the nuclear reactions. Then a number of corrections were added to this formula in order to make it more suitable to physical meaning. In this paper, there are two aims to be done: the first aim is to study the correspondence between one and two-components formulae in Ericson, Pauli, and pairing corrections;the second aim is to compare and study the results of Comprehensive formula, which contents with all corrections, with Ericson, Pauli, and pairing formulae. The Comprehensive formula was suggested to simulate the reality. To achieve these aims the 56Fe and 90Zr nuclei were chosen and the results showed that the difference between one and two-components formulae was too small which can be neglected. Furthermore, the results strongly recommended that for cross section calculations of the nuclear reaction, one must use Comprehensive formula rather than Pauli formula.

南亚是一个文明地区,拥有各种种族和亚族群,它们各自在历史殖民统治,文化和宗教上也有所不同,这样的情况带来了严重的区域性民族和领土冲突。在过去的六十年中,还没有其它两个国家像印度和巴基斯坦那样有着影响到全球性安全与冲突的双边关系。本研究着眼于中巴战略同盟的历史背景及其对南亚地区印巴关系的影响。本研究使用了二手资料,例如出版的书籍、文章等。通过随机抽取82个巴基斯坦人进行有关印巴关系的感知调查,收集了主要数据。这项研究表明,1947年英国对印度次大陆的殖民划分的不利历史条件引发了人们根深蒂固的不良情绪,并在印度与其新建立的邻国巴基斯坦之间造成了冲突。此外,边界和领土纠纷在几乎每个国家的生活中都起着至关重要的作用。但是,在1951年巴基斯坦成为继印度之后的第一个承认中国的伊斯兰教国家和第二个南亚国家之后,这两个国家多年来一直是强大的盟友,而印度和美国也仍然是盟友。而且,这些战略联盟以一种服务于每个国家利益的方式发展。通过军事援助,在印巴之间的大多数战争中,特别是在克什米尔战争中,中国和巴基斯坦的盟国对巴基斯坦都具有重要意义。尽管如此,本研究第三章中的知觉调查分析结果表明,政府方法的变化、妇女的参与以及中国在印度和巴基斯坦之间解决冲突的调解工作可能会对地区安全和解决冲突的可能途径产生重大影响。
